Dear Member States of the UN Security Council, Dear UN Secretary-General Antonio Gutteres,

We condemn in the strongest possible terms the Taliban's decision not to allow girls in Afghanistan to go to school.

With our letter dated March 23, 2022, we called on Afghan women to a large demonstration on March 25, 2022 in Kabul to protest against the closure of girls' schools. However, we found that the Taliban banned the demonstrations and locked the women in their homes like prisoners. The women are afraid of the Taliban. Otherwise, millions of women and girls would have marched into the streets to demand their rights. The Taliban oppress women so that men are also afraid of the Taliban. We had written to the Afghan media to report on the call for a large demonstration. Unfortunately, the media and TV stations in Afghanistan do not work freely and are mostly under the control of IS terrorists. The media and TV stations are only allowed to report what the IS terrorists tell them.

In recent months, the Taliban had assured the Afghan people and the world community that all schools in Afghanistan, including schools for girls, would be reopened on March 23, 2022. On March 23, 2022, girls in Afghanistan went to their schools with great hope. However, the Taliban sent the girls home and reversed their decision to open girls' schools from the 7th grade. The girls cried and were very sad that they were denied the right to education.

There are two wings within the Taliaben. Some of the Taliban are relatively liberal. They respect women's rights. They want a progress for Afghanistan. The second part of Taliban are against education for women and trample on women's rights. They misuse Islam for their own ends. Although in Islam education for women and men is equally permitted and compulsory, they prevent education for women. This group operates under Punjab command. They are also responsible for terrorist attacks in the past on innocent people including infants and pregnant women in the hospitals. In reality, they are the IS terrorists. The terrorists have been trained in Pakistan for over 40 years and sent to Afghanistan.

We appeal to all member states of the Security Council, please help Afghan women. Afghan women are in need and urgently need support

We ask all the women and girls of Kabul to hold a large demonstration in all the streets of Kabul next Friday, March 5th, 2022 at 11:00 am. Raise your voices, demand your rights, and make the public aware of  the fact that you are locked up in your homes and deprived of your rights. The world needs to hear your voices. We tell the whole nation not to allow the mercenaries from Punjab to trample on the rights of Afghan women in the name of Islam and with false excuses. We ask all men in Kabul to stay home on the day of the women’s demonstrations and take care of their children. Afghan men do not leave the decision on the rights of Afghan women in the hands of the people of Punjab. We ask the shopkeepers in Kabul to keep their shops closed next Friday due to the demonstration mentioned above.
We call on journalists in Kabul to come out with their cameras and report to the world on the demands of Afghan women. The Taliban cannot justify with any law preventing women from going to school.

The Taliban should stop national treason and immediately release all innocent journalists and innocent people they have arrested.


All of us Afghan people ask the journalists to report independently on everything and to inform the people about every event, because that is a right of all Afghan people. Do not listen to the national traitors who pressure you and prevent you from doing your work.


The national flag is not the flag of Mullah Haibattullah to ban it. It is the generals of the Pakistani secret service ISI who want to ban our national flag. The whole people should unite against it.

As an exception, we will give you another chance and repeat our offer from November 8th, 2021 as described below:

 

To all the Taliban,

As you know, we wrote you several letters. In a letter dated November 7, 2020, we made you an offer to work with our government in the area of order and discipline. In a letter dated June 21, 2021, we warned you of the consequences of slavery at the ISI. On August 21, 2021, we asked you to break off your relationship with ISI and lay down your arms. We have been waiting for you to comply with our request. However, you did not respond to our offer. We have therefore removed you from our list.

With a letter dated September 27th, 2021, we gave you another chance and informed you of the requirements for cooperation, which we will repeat below to remind you:

  • We want to take over the full government in Afghanistan. After 42 years of chaos in Afghanistan, we want to restore order and discipline and promote reconstruction. First we have to solve the important problems of our country, then we will do the rest of the work.
  • You must end your contacts with the Pakistani Military Intelligence Service (ISI). We want to increase the number of our own secret services in our country. Our intelligence services should work for the interests of Afghanistan, not the interests of Punjab. Pakistan has tricked you. Indeed, Pakistan is not in love with you, nor does it want to work for Afghanistan's interests. Pakistan wants to work for Punjab. Pakistan's plans are long-term. Pakistan also wants to endanger the future profits and generations of Afghanistan. You have to use your own brains and minds. The Punjab ISI is not happy about the reconstruction of our country, but about the destruction of our country, as they have destroyed our country for 42 years.
  • All the tribes in our country are the same Afghans and one people. You must respect all Afghans; you should be strong for your own people, for your own country, for protecting the profits of your own country, for progress of the country, for stability, for your own national army, air force, self-defense, independent government and freedom. All Afghans should look after the interests of Afghanistan for the benefit of current and future generations and work for progress.
    We have noticed that you have violated women's rights several times. The women cannot walk the streets for fear of you. We don't want Afghanistan to become one of the largest women's prison in the world. Afghan women have suffered greatly for 42 years. Women's rights are an absolute taboo and women are fully entitled to them. We do not want women's rights to be deprived and we do not allow you to curtail women's rights. The women are our daughters, sisters and mothers. The women deserve respect and appreciation. This is a matter of cours for most countries in the world and for 97 percent of the Afghan people. I have been observing the situation of women and men in Afghanistan and in the world for a long time. I have found that women are even more suitable than men in some areas. The world has changed a lot. You shouldn't underestimate Afghan women. Afghan women can work in ministries, administrations, offices, shops, etc. The women can become professors and doctors. Women can become heads of government. Many women were or are successful heads of government. Women can become queens. Many women were or are queens. The women get along very well with modern computer systems and new technologies. Afghan women are able to work with their own brains and don't need your brains and guardianship. Of course women must have the same educational opportunities as men.
  • You have to accept freedom of religion
  • You must refrain from terrorism and neutralize yourself. You have to end all relations with other terrorist groups like Al-Qaeda, IS, etc.
  • You have no knowledge of politics because in Pakistan you only received training for terrorist purposes. Domestic and foreign policy will be taken over by our government. You must not interfere in domestic and foreign policy. Of course, you have to accept what our government says to you.
  • We will offer you the following 2 ministries:

- Ministry of Religion and Pilgrimages,

- Ministry of War Victims, Disabled People and Donation Distribution

You could also support our government in the following tasks:

  • Surveillance and control of customs offices and borders to prevent smuggling.
  • Monitoring of mineral resources.
  • For order and discipline: In each province, a commander of yours will assist our government in the area of order and discipline. Each commander will form a team from the Taliban members. The team in the large provinces such as Kabul will consist of 250 people and in the smaller provinces of 100 to 250 people. All Taliban members must wear uniform. As far as the penalties for murder and grand theft are concerned, our government may have discussions with you. Penalties for women are the sole responsibility of the Afghan State. There will also be the state police.
  • You could help the government fight against drugs.
  • You will be subject to the instructions and command of the Afghan state as the commander in chief. Self-justice is strictly forbidden.
  • We will close the office in Qatar in the future regardless of whether you work with us or not, whether you want to or not.
  • We do not accept the ISI emirate from Punjab.
  • We do not accept the Punjab ISI plans that you are practicing in Afghanistan.
  • We do not accept the flag of Punjab ISI.
  • If you wish, we can hire some of your people as advisors to our government.                  

Of course, all Taliban members who work with our government will get their salaries from the state treasury. They´ll be well paid.

You(Taliban) must not put the media under your control. The journalists must be able to work independently and must not be threatened by them.

Under no circumstances should you(Taliban) push our country and its 38 million people into crisis and instability.

In a letter dated October 22nd, 2021, we informed you that our above offer is valid for approx. One month. Since then, you haven't done much to meet the requirements for working with us. The deadline expires on November 22nd, 2021. The points of our offer are non-negotiable. If you miss the deadline, we will draw the necessary conclusions and make our decision.

We are Afghans and love our homeland!!

Seven months ago, you took over the government of Afghanistan by force and wanted to rule over the Afghan people. But it has become clear to the Afghan people, to the world and to you that you have no idea how to govern a country and therefore cannot govern. We don’t want you to be killed by warfare. We do not want to see civil war re-starting in Afghanistan and killing the Afghan people again, so that the Generals of ISI and Punjab politicians sit around the table, drink Pakistani alcohol, laugh and clap at the fact that they have once again incited the Afghans to wage war and kill each other.

We appeal to you, bring your families from the cities of Punjab and other places to Afghanistan, end your relationships with the Pakistani secret service ISI.

Please do not leave or exchange your current positions. The states in which you are located must not exchange Afghan ambassadors and diplomats or force them to vacate their posts. Otherwise, it would mean interference in the foreign policy and affairs of Afghanistan

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

 
Afghanistan is in a state of war. As long as peace and order have not been established in Afghanistan, no one is allowed lease  Afghanistan's natural resources. It would be like an attack to exploit Afghanistan's current situation and plunder its natural resources. Such action would be comparable to the example of  throwing a person to the ground with forceful blows and then stealing valuables from his pockets. Whether it is China or other countries, they should show respect for our country and our people and be ashamed to take advantage of Afghanistan's unstable state. Afghanistan is currently in a weak phase. Some countries want to start plundering our natural resources because of this weakness of Afghanistan. Honest countries and governments wouldn't do that.
 
As we clarified in our letter dated December 30, 2021, all agreements with the Taliban regarding Afghan mineral resources are invalid and will not be recognised. We will only deal with Afghan mineral resources after stability, peace and order have been restored in Afghanistan.
 
To the Taliban:
Caution! Don't touch Afghanistan's natural resources. You have harmed Afghanistan to a great extent. You are not allowed to lease Afghan mineral resources. Your any agreements regarding the mineral resources are invalid.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

Today, March 13, 2022, the media reported again that Turkey, Qatar and the Taliban are negotiating the tasks of managing and securing Afghan airports. They do not need to engage in such negotiations because we have mandated Air-India, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates to be responsible for administrative and security tasks in Afghan airports. We have already pointed this out in our letters of December 23, 2021 and December 30, 2021.

India is a very good friend of Afghanistan and has always been loyal to Afghanistan. India has often helped Afghanistan. That is why the Afghan people trust India.

We have settled the issue of airport security a long time ago and have delegated that task to India. There's nothing to negotiate.

Appeal to all women around the world!


Today is Women’s Day all over the world. While billions of women are rejoicing and celebrating Women’s Day today, millions of women across Afghanistan suffer under the Taliban regime. Afghan women sit sadly at home, suffering and crying. In Afghanistan, millions of women are imprisoned at home. For fear of being killed by the Taliban, they are unable to move outside their homes. Since the Taliban came to power, many women protesting for their rights have been murdered on the road, in their homes or elsewhere.

We ask the billions of women around the world to support Afghan women.

Dear Mr. President Joe Biden,

On March 4, 2022, a suicide bombing attack was carried out in Peshawar under the command of the Pakistani secret service ISI, killing at least 63 innocent people and injuring more than 200 people. The Peshawar attack shows that the Pakistani ISI does not want to stop terrorizing.

Punjab! We want our fatherland back!

Dear Ladies and gentlemen,

Today, March 4, 2022, a terrorist attack was carried out in Peshawar, Resaldar Street in the Shiite mosque during Friday prayers, killing at least 56 people and injuring more than 194 people. Children were also among the victims.

We condemn in the strongest possible terms the terrorist attack that has killed innocent people, waging war in the name of religion.

Dear world,

the Pakistani secret service ISI is responsible for this terror attack. The ISI has also used the name of Islam for terror purposes in Afghanistan and was behind attacks that killed innocent people. Now the series of such attacks is continued in Pashtunkhwa, Peshawar.

Whenever such terrorist attacks have happened in Afghanistan, Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan, the Pakistani ISI used the excuse that the Taliban, IS or other groups carried out the attacks. In reality, ISI itself was mostly the mastermind behind such attacks.

We want the world to hold the Pakistani government and the intelligence agency ISI accountable.

Dear Afghan people on both sides of the Durand Line,

whether you are Sunni, Shia or different tribes, hold together on both sides of the Durand Line. The enemy of the Afghan people on both sides of the Durand Line is trying to fuell disputes between Sunnis, Shias and the tribes. The killing of innocent people shows how weak and cowardly the enemy of the Afghan people is.

We express our condolences to the families of the victims of the attack in Peshawar and wish the injured a speedy recovery.

If we take over the government in Afghanistan, we will pay $3,000 each to the families of the killed victims and $1,000 each to the injured persons from the state treasury if we take office.

We learned from news portals that the FTAF General Assembly is currently taking place in Paris. The issue of states financing terrorism is also about Pakistan. We would like to address you on behalf of the Afghan people with the following request:

After the Soviet Army invaded Afghanistan in 1979, Pakistan was given an opportunity to use and abuse time. Pakistan is responsible for the deaths of more than 500,000 Afghans in the period from 1979 to 1989. A large proportion of these were innocent people such as teenagers, teachers, engineers, students, schoolchildren and other civilians. They were neither communists nor did they have anything to do with communism. Under the command of the Pakistani secret service ISI, the mujahideen murdered these people. Pakistan didn't care if these people were communists or not. For Pakistan, the main thing was to let the Afghan people die slowly. They also tried to blow up some dams in Afghanistan and damage other economic projects. The dams and economic projects were not communists. They served for the good of the Afghan people. Pakistan's strategy is well known to the Afghan people. Pakistan wants to gradually destroy the Afghan people and economy.

After the withdrawal of the Soviet Army in 1989, the war in Afghanistan should have ended. However, Pakistan did not want Afghan people on both sides of the Durand Line to live in peace, but rather let them die slowly. Therefore, in the 1990s, Pakistan’s  strategy produced conflicts among the Afghan tribes and different Mujahedin groups in order to get them into conflict with each other. Pakistan has repeatedly incite Sunnis and Shias, Pashtuns and Hazaras against each other. Since the withdrawal of the Soviet army in 1989, around 1.5 million Afghans have been murdered using various methods.

Afghanistan until 1992 had a strong self-defense army. We had about 400 fighter jets and helicopters, about 4000 tanks and military vehicles. Pakistan smuggled them to Punjab or destroyed them in Afghanistan. Afghan military dishes and kitchen equipment were sold in bazaars in Pakistan.

When the first Taliban government fell after September 11, 2001, all Afghans rejoiced that peace and joy had finally come to Afghanistan. Unfortunately, there was no peace and joy. It got even worse than before. There were grief, suffering, crying, poverty and murder of innocent people that continues to this day.

Pakistan has arrested, tortured and killed innocent people in Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan using various terrorist methods. Sometimes the ISI dress up people in civilian clothes and kill their opponents in Pashtunkhwa, Baluchistan and Afghanistan with masked faces.

Pakistan has blindly fired rocket-propelled grenades several thousand times from Pashtunkhwa at the residential areas in Kunar province of Afghanistan, killing and injuring innocent people including children, women and others.

Pakistan's military intelligence agency ISI has been responsible for the deaths of more than 2 million Afghan people on both sides of the Durand Line for over 40 years, including infants, children, pregnant women, the elderly and sick people. On both sides of the Durand Line in Pashtunkhwa, Balochistan and Afghanistan, the killing machinery of Pakistan continues to operate.
 
Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan admitted in his December 2021 speech that his country had fought wars over money, and that money was at the centre of his country’s foreign policy. He added that such a policy sacrificed the honor of his country for money and allowed others to use the territory of Pakistan.

Pakistan has received huge payments of many billions of US dollars from several countries around the world.

According to a report published in February 2022, former Pakistani army general and ex-head of Pakistan's ISI, Mr. Akhtar Abdulrahman, stole millions of dollars from US funds he was storing in banks in Switzerland in the 1980s .

According to a media report on February 23, 2022, ex-Foreign Minister of Pakistan Mr. Khwaja Mohammad Asif tweeted that the 40-year war in Afghanistan destroyed generations of Afghan people, while the same war made some generations in Pakistan billionaires.
 
The press in Pakistan is largely under state control. Therefore, the media and journalists in Pakistan are unable to report on the atrocities committed by Pakistan.

We also wrote to you on July 29, 2021, October 07, 2021, October 20, 2021 and October 29, 2021 and expected that Pakistan would be put on the black list of states financing terrorism. Unfortunately, Pakistan has so far been spared by the world institutions. Since then, numerous people have been murdered on both sides of the Durand Line. If our letter at the time had been taken into account, it could have saved the lives of many people on both sides of the Durand Line. Sparing Pakistan could be understood as an endorsement of evildoings by Pakistan. The murdered people cannot have an attorney for themselves to demand justice. So we feel a moral obligation to raise the voices of these people.
 
Some of the world public already knows about the evils of Pakistan. Another part might find out about it later. Sooner or later things will come out. Regardless of whether you make the right decision now or wrong, one day the world will know about it.
 
For the above reasons, we are asking FATF to blacklist Pakistan as a terror-financing state.

India sends 50,000 tons of wheat to Afghanistan as humanitarian aid!

India has also provided multi-billion US dollars in humanitarian and economic aid to Afghanistan in the past.

On February 19, 2022 a small taxi “so-called Rekscha or Tuc Tuc” was traveling in the city of Kandahar with 3 women as passengers. The Taliban asked the driver to stop. When the driver ignored their request and drove on, the Taliban opened fire on the mini-taxi Tuc Tuc and shot the 2 female passengers. A woman was killed and other was injured. The relatives of the murdered woman demonstrated in front of the city hall of Kandahar on February 20, 2022 demanding justice. The journalists present were prevented from reporting and detained for several hours. This is just one example of numerous such cases that also happen every day in other provinces of Afghanistan and the public does not learn anything about them. The Taliban shoot innocent people without asking. They commit vigilantism and massacres. The women and most of the employees of the former government have been sitting at home like prisoners for more than 6 months for fear of the Taliban. The girls are not allowed to go to high schools. The Taliban's strategy has nothing to do with Islam. It is a secret strategy developed by Pakistan and practiced by the Taliban on behalf of Pakistan. Unfortunately, the US government and the United Nations have so far failed to respond adequately to the Taliban.

The World Bank wants to support Afghanistan with 600 million US dollars. In recent months, further financial aid in the form of cash payments has also been made to Afghanistan from other countries. The cash payments to Afghanistan give the impression that the US government and the United Nations could be covertly behind the government of the Taliban. We demand that the US government and the United Nations should show a clear edge whether or not you stand behind the regime of the Taliban terrorists?

Unfortunately, we have changed our mind. It may be that among the Uighurs there are also innocent people. We do not want to deport innocent people from Afghanistan for humanitarian reasons. However, we want those Uighurs who are terrorists to be evacuated from Afghanistan to China. However, we cannot without further ado see which Uighurs are terrorists and which are not. The Uighurs received their terrorist training from the Pakistani secret service ISI. That is why the Pakistani ISI knows which Uyghur terrorists are in Afghanistan. If the United Nations asks for and receives the list of Uyghur terrorists from the Pakistani ISI, then we can give you the green light on the list which Uyghur terrorists you should evacuate to China and which innocent Uyghurs are allowed to remain in Afghanistan for humanitarian reasons.

In the case that the Pakistani ISI does not publish the list of Uyghur terrorists, then all Uyghurs should remain in Afghanistan until a new government in Afghanistan takes power. Then we can check which of the Uighurs are terrorists. We will then provide you with the list of Uyghur terrorists and give the green light for their evacuation to China.

There’s another possibility. If your government reached an agreement with the United Nations that only the Uyghur terrorists would be punished by you and that the innocent would be released like normal people, then you would be able to evacuate all Uyghurs to China.

Dear President Xi Jinping,

There are about 5,000 Uyghurs in Afghanistan. On October 8, 2021, more than 50 people were killed and more than 150 people were injured in a suicide attack in Kunduz, Afghanistan. The assassin was Uyghur. There must have been several similar cases where Uyghur terrorists killed innocent people. That's why we don't want such terrorists in our country.

In a letter dated December 23, 2021, we wrote to Secretary General of the United Nations Antonio Guterres that we do not want any Uyghurs in our country. Any country willing to host these Uyghurs has until February 15, 2022 to arrange for them to be picked up from Afghanistan. Apparently no country wanted to take in the Uyghur terrorists. Therefore we ask President Xi Jinping to resettle the Uyghurs from Afghanistan to China. The evacuation of these people can take place between February 18, 2022 and March 18, 2022. The transport should be done with civilian machines and with the help of security personnel. The evacuation should have been completed and the security guards should have left Afghanistan by midnight on March 18, 2022 at the latest.

We appeal to the authorities in Afghanistan to assist the Chinese security forces in evacuating the Uyghurs.

However, the money belongs to the poorest of the poor of the Afghan people. You want the poorest of the poor to have their bread taken away to compensate the victims of 9/11. The September 11 attacks were planned elsewhere. The Afghan people were punished as scapegoats for this. Your decisions regarding Afghanistan appear to be marked by feelings of hatred towards the Afghan people. First, the entire Afghan army was wiped out. August 15 was showtime at Kabul Airport. You withdrew the US soldiers and abandoned Afghanistan. Then you passed this decree to take 3.5 billion from Afghanistan's money and to punish the poorest of the poor of the Afghan people. This is wrong. Because of your Afghansitan policy, people have lost confidence in the US. We Afghans love the American people, but we Afghan people are not happy with your Afghanistan policies. All of us Afghan people do not accept your decision about this Afghan assets. All money should remain in banks until a new government takes power in Afghanistan. Then all money can be paid out.

They made a positive impression on me.


Regarding our conflicts with Pakistan, let's say as an example, if we give away the part of our land south of the Durand Line to Pakistan and sign an agreement on it not once but several times, our conflicts or problems with Pakistan will still last forever. There might be a period of calm for a short time only, but after that the conflicts will start again because we are one family on both sides of the Durand Line and we belong together. Our culture and our language unite us. Reunification is our right because south of the Durand Line is the part of our country and the people there are the part of our people. That is why we the Afghan people will definitely not be able to give away a part of our country and our people to Pakistan.


We are asking Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth, we are asking Mr Boris Johnson and we are asking the British Government, please help us to find a peaceful solution between Pakistan and Afghanistan, so that Pakistan can hand over the part of our country south of the Durand Line to Afghanistan. Certainly such a peaceful solution is in the interests of Pakistan and Afghanistan. This will result in many advantages for both countries.

The Pakistani secret service ISI and the Pakistani Ministry of the Interior are using various methods of terror to pressure the people of Pashhtunkhwa and Baluchistan and are condemning them in their absence in court behind closed doors. We ask Amnesty International and the United Nations to open their eyes and investigate the cases of these people.

Pakistan uses similar methods in Pashtunkhwa, Baluchistan and Afghanistan as Benito Mussolini used in Italy. Appeal to the people of Afghanistan, wake up, stand together. What the President of the United States of America is doing is a disaster and a great threat to the freedom of our people throughout Afghanistan, both for the present and future generations.

We want our freedom and justice for the people of Afghanistan. We do not want to hand over our Afghan women to the Taliban. We want our national army and a stable Afghanistan. We want order and discipline.

In 2014, an Afghan said that if you worked with Pakistan, you would get whatever you wanted. I didn't accept. After that, Mr. Ashraf Ghani got the chance to become the governor of Afghanistan through election fraud.

I didn't fight for myself to become Prime Minister. I fought for my Afghan people. I fought for reunification because we are one people. I wanted to liberate the two sides of the Durand Line, Afghanistan, Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan from the tyranny of Pakistan and the Pakistani intelligence agency ISI. I want to avoid Afghan women falling into the hands of Taliban terrorists. I fought for all tribes to be Afghan and one people. I fought for justice for the Afghan people.

The Government of Pakistan and the Pakistani Military Intelligence Agency (ISI) have been oppressing the Afghan people on both sides of the Durand Line with terror and various forms for more than 50 years.

Pakistan should have returned the areas of Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan to Afghanistan in 1993 because they belong to Afghanistan. We want our country back. On both sides of the Durand Line we are one people. Reunification is our right. For 75 years, Pakistan has failed to make the Pashhtunkhwa and Baluchistan regions his own. How is he going to do that for eternity? 

Since May 1992 until now, Pakistan and some other countries have installed various puppet governments in Kabul. It was all unsuccessful governments. Pakistan and some other countries want a weak Afghanistan and an unstable government under the influence of ISI.

We want the ideology of Pakistan and some other countries in dealing with Afghanistan to be ended. The Afghan people on both sides of the Durand Line want a peaceful Afghanistan, freedom, justice, discipline and stable government. That is the wish of 80 million Afghans on both sides of the Durand Line. We declare invalid all contracts and agreements concluded since May 1992 with the puppet governments.

We have written several times to Mr. President Joe Biden, the United Nations and the world community about the Afghanistan conflict. So far, we and the Afghan people have not seen a positive response in this regard.

We, the all-Afghan people, now ask Israel: Liberate us, the all-Afghan people from the tyranny of Pakistan and some other countries. We hand over the matter of Afghanistan to Israel. Of course we want other countries to support us in realizing the wishes of the Afghan people for a stable Afghanistan.

According to the media, the Afghans have complained several times that the foreign aid is not reaching the needy in full. For example, if donor countries or foreign banks decide to provide aid for Afghanistan worth 100 million US dollars, then the large part of this, around 70 million, will be used for transport costs and other expenses. There remains a small part of approx. 30 Millions of US dollars that are actually reaching the needy in Afghanistan. 

Therefore we and the Afghan people appeal to the World Bank, Asia Bank, United Nations, EU and all donor countries in the world to pay attention to cost savings and more transparency in their aid to Afghanistan. Before purchasing the relief goods, a price comparison should be made and the goods should be bought from the cheapest provider. 

All purchase costs of the aid, transport costs, travel expenses and distribution costs of the aid should be clarified in detail and documented in detail, i. e. : 

  • In which country were the relief goods purchased? 
  • Total number of goods purchased: How many pieces, kilos or litres 
  • Prices of goods purchased: per item, kilo or liter and total amount 
  • Transport costs, number of transport vehicles, costs per tonne and total transport costs 
  • Freight costs for air transport, per ton and total costs Travel costs and expenses with receipts if possible 
  • Personnel costs abroad, e.g. for purchasing and delivering the goods: How many people were employed and what fees were paid, stating their names 
  • Personnel costs in Afghanistan e.g. B. for the distribution of the goods: How many people were used and what fees were paid, stating their names 
  • Distribution of relief goods in which cities? How many people was the aid distributed to? 
  • If the aid is paid out in cash, it should also be made clear which amounts were distributed where and to how many people. 

We appeal to all aid organisations such as Red Cross, Help, “Doctors Without Borders”, etc. to disclose how much money they have received from which donor country or foreign bank for Afghanistan, for which aid projects these funds have been used or distributed, with all details of the purchase costs , transport costs and other expenses as described above. 

Any aid sent to Afghanistan by the world or foreign banks for the Afghan people must not be misused. 

Both the world public and the Afghan people have a legitimate interest in the aid funds arriving and being used appropriately and in full. For this reason, everything should be clarified in detail, documented and published online.

When the Taliban took control of the city of Kabul on August 15, 2021, schools and universities for girls were closed in most provinces. We and the world know that Afghan women have long been victims of oppression. The women sit at home like prisoners. Schools and universities for girls are still closed. 
 
In those provinces where girls have been excluded from attending school and university, girls in grades 2 to 6 are to be paid $20, girls in grades 7 to 12 are to be paid $30, and female sutudents of the universities are to be paid $50. We know that in some provinces girls' schools and universities are open. This aid would not be distributed there. This help represents a small reparation and is to be regarded as a drop in the ocean. 
 
We appeal to the countries of the world, to the World Bank and the Asia Bank, to immediately disburse these amounts of promised aid for Afghanistan to entitled students. The aid should have been disbursed by the end of February 2022. In order to avoid misuse, the distribution of the above-mentioned payments should be based on the lists of names of schools and universities and all students receiving this aid should be registered.

after 15 August 2021 some Afghans have fled abroad and some more Afghans still want to flee. We ask the world, of all the Afghans who have come to them or will come to them soon, to send back to Afghanistan the doctors, pilots, teachers, military and police officers, administrators, engineers, judges, prosecutors, nurses, women’s rights activists and other qualified professionals. If they don't do that,, Afghanistan will remain without qualified personnel. As a result, Afghanistan is going to get even worse than the worst.

We appeal to the competent airport authorities not to allow anyone to travel abroad without valid travel documents. We appeal to all passport authorities in all provinces to temporarily stop the regular issuance of passports from now on. Passports will only be issued for the severely ill, for seriously ill people,  including their accompanying persons, for treatment purposes abroad.

Dear Mr Guterres,

You have called for the release of Afghanistan's frozen financial assets on a number of occasions. This gives the impression that you are endorsing the payment of Afghanistan's frozen funds to a government made up of Taliban terrorists.

We have observed your dealings with Afghanistan from the start and found that you turn a blind eye to some facts about Afghanistan. It was all a smart plan that the armed forces and police in all provinces of Afghanistan were disempowered one by one. It doesn't all happen by itself. It was all a planned thing. It seems that you also knew about this smart plan. From May 2021 to date, we have not heard from you any comment as to why the Afghan army and police were wiped out.

Your speeches about disregard for women's rights and children's rights in Afghanistan do not seem to us to be taken seriously. The matter is presented differently to the world public. In fact, this is a smart plan.

97 percent of the Afghan population do not want a Taliban regime. Taliban have taken the Afghan people hostage at gunpoint. 17 Taliban leaders and cabinet members of the Taliban government are on the terrorist list. The Taliban are complicit in the murder of around 1.5 million innocent people, including young children. Pregnant women and the elderly. They still massacre innocent people and make short work of it. They oppress women and force underage girls to marry. They beat women on the street. They just shot women without asking. Millions of women sit at home like prisoners. Many men are also unable to leave their homes for fear of the Taliban. The Taliban shut down our school system for a year. They have closed universities and many schools, especially girls' schools. Journalists are not allowed to work freely. TV stations have no freedom of speech. They are under Taliban control and censored.

Not a penny of the frozen money should be paid to the Taliban government. Under no circumstances should the Taliban government be recognised.

We continue to welcome humanitarian aid to Afghanistan.
