We learned from the media reports that about 10 Taliban members traveled to Oslo Norway at the invitation of the Norwegian government. 

In our opinion, inviting the Taliban members is completely wrong. 

97 percent of the Afghan population do not want a Taliban regime. Taliban have taken the Afghan people hostage by force of arms. 17 people belonging to the Taliban leaders or cabinet members are on the terror list. The Taliban have murdered approximately 1. 5 million innocent people, including infants. Pregnant women and elderly people. They’re still massacring innocent people and getting a short trial. They oppress women and force underage girls into marriage. They beat women on the streets. You just shot women without asking. Millions of women sit at home like prisoners. Many men are also unable to leave their homes for fear of the Taliban. The Taliban shut down our school system for a year. They have closed universities and many schools especialy high schools for girls. The journalists are not allowed to work freely. The TV stations have no freedom of expression. They are under Taliban control and censored. The Taliban regime has no justification according to Islamic religion. Islam is a peaceful religion. It is the strategy of Pakistan to use the name of Islam to achieve their own illegally goals using the Taliban as puppets. That is why some Taliban are puppets of Pakistan.

We do not want political support for the Taliban from the Norwegian government. We do not want the Norwegian government to recognize the Taliban regime. The 17 Taliban leaders must remain on the terrorist list. The Afghan state's frozen assets must not be paid out to the Taliban government. Supporting the Taliban would mean supporting terror and trampling on the rights of the Afghan people and women. It would be good if Taliban members who have entered Norway were imprisoned. Otherwise they should be sent back to Afghanistan immediately. The Taliban's trip to Norway, dialogue and talks between Norway and Taliban are are totally unacceptable to the Afghan people. 

We continue to welcome the humanitarian assistance to the Afghan people.

We have heard from the media that Turkey is again trying to negotiate with the Taliban to take over the management of Afghan airports.

We have written to you several times on 6th December 2021, 21th December 2021 and 30th December 2021 that we and the Afghan people do not agree with Turkey taking over responsibility for Afghan airports. However, Turkey has not respected the will of the Afghan people.

If Turkey try to take over Afghan airports again, we will exclude Turkey from buying and investing in Afghanistan’s natural resources.

We want our country of Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan back because this is our country and this is our people.

We want the Pakistani government to move the Torkham, Chaman or other crossing point to Atak as it was before November 12, 1893. That is where the border between Afghanistan and Pakistan is supposed to be. The hundred years of the Durand Agreement are long gone. These were from 1893 to 1993.

Of course, some Taliban members are straw men from Pakistan. If Pakistan intends to trick some Taliban into signing that the Durand Line is supposed to be the border and that Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan belong to Pakistan, that would be a joke and a mistake. None of the Afghan people will recognize this.

Pakistan! Leave the strategy like gangster, please. If Pakistan wants to trick the Afghans again and take our land, then they are only dreaming. Pakhtunkwa and Balochistan is our right, our country and our people. We both sides of the Durand Line belong together. Leave your trick game aside. No country in the world has the right to give away part of Afghanistan, namely Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan, to Pakistan, no way.

After reunification of Afghanistan, all officers and officials who are from Pashtunkhwa and Baluchistan and work in Pakistan Army or in other fields will be integrated into Afghan army or government authorities and hired.

We would like to point out that 97 percent of the Afghan people do not want the Taliban regimes. If the Taliban want to kill people, make short trial. They massacred many people, including women. They have trampled on human rights, including women's rights. It is the strategy of Pakistani intelligence agency ISI to use the name of Islam to achieve their own evil goals using the Taliban as puppets. Some of the Taliban leaders and members are sons and slaves of the Punjab.

Above we have mentioned only part of the atrocities committed by the Taliban. 

We want justice from the world. We appeal to the United Nations and the world community not to pay any money to the Taliban government. However, we want humanitarian aid to continue to be provided to the Afghan people.

Dear Afghan people on both sides of the Durand Line,

Mr. Gulbuddin Hekmatyar is a war criminal. He is responsible for the deaths of hundreds of thousands of infants, children and the elderly in Afghanistan.

He is a mercenary from the Punjab and a slave from the ISI. If we take over the government in Afghanistan, then Mr. Gulbuddin Hekmatyar will be delivered to The Hague Criminal Court. We will not take vigilante justice.

Pakistani Foreign Minister Mr. Shah Mahmud Qureshi said that 80,000 Pakistanis have died due to instability in Afghanistan and that Pakistan has suffered US $ 150 billion in financial damage.

If Pakistan sent 80,000 Punjabis to Afghanistan, it would have killed over 2 million Afghans on both sides of the Durand Line in the past 42 years, causing an estimated $ 2 trillion in damage to the Afghan people.

Pakistan has enriched itself with the war in Afghanistan and received billions from the world community. Pakistan built an atom bomb in Afghanistan during the war. The Pakistani government cannot control its own country Pakistan, Punjab and Sindh. Pakistan has no control over its atomic bomb. So Pakistan should neutralize its atomic bomb.

 

On August 29, 2021, 10 people were killed in an air strike by US drones in Kabul. The victims were 7 children and 3 adults. The Afghan state treasury pays the victims' families US $ 10,000 per child and adult killed. An additional $ 20,000 in compensation is paid for property damage. These amounts are paid only if the victims' families have not received any compensation from elsewhere.

About 2 years ago, more than 10 Hazara people were murdered by terrorists in a coal mine in Balochistan. The Afghan state treasury pays the victims' families $ 3,000 per person killed.

On September 4, 2009, US planes bombed tank trucks hijacked by the Taliban in Kunduz. Around 100 people, including children and civilians, were killed in the air strike.. The Afghan state treasury pays the families of the civilian victims US $ 3,000 per child and adult killed. Of course the above amounts will be paid out as soon as a new ordinary government takes over in Afghanistan.

It is the military intelligence service of the Pakistani ISI that is spreading such news on behalf of Mullah Haibatullah in order to trick the entire Afghan people. Half of the Afghan people live on one side and half on the other side of Durand Line. For example, if we were to build a fence around Islamabad, it doesn't mean that Islamabad belongs to Afghans.

Pakistan built the barbed wire on the Durand Line. They want to separate 2 families. With this trick they want to annex Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan.

The Pakistani Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed said in front of the camera on December 26th, 2021 that Pakistan had spent money on the construction of the barbed wire and that police officers sacrificed their lives. But that's a problem from the Punjab itself. There are rumors that Punjab paid a $ 70 million bribe to previous Afghan government to shut their mouths regarding construcion of the fence. Even if the Pakistan build an iron wall, they can never separate two tribes of Afghanistan. They will never achieve their goal of annexing Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan. The territory of Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan belongs to Afghanistan. The Afghan people are settled everywhere. They Pakistan want to build a fence in between. They can never annex our territory and they can never divide the Afghan people.

Punjab wants to separate us with a fence. Get rid of that fence. Please don't listen to the Punjab and ISI mercenaries who are supporters of this fence. Both sides of Afghanistan are an Afghanistan. The people on both sides of the Durand Line are an Afghan people. Pakistani Punjab has no right to build a fence between us.

Turkey said they are waiting for the Taliban's OK to take over the Afghan airports. The Taliban have no permission to make such decisions. The Taliban have forcibly taken Afghanistan hostage. There are 17 people in the Taliban government who are on the terrorist list. We, the entire Afghan people, will in no way accept agreements that are made between the Taliban and Turkey on airports, investments and natural resources.

We have written to Turkey several times, on December 21st, 2021 and December 6th, 2021. But Turkey has shown no respect for the Afghan people. Turkey is again playing with the old tricks to take over the Afghan airports. We have given power of attorney to India and Saudi Arabia for all of our airports in Afghanistan. India and Saudi Arabia don't want to play tricks and games like Turkey. The India and Saudi Arab want to help us honestly and neutrally. Arab Emirates or Emirates Airlines can also join India and Saudi Arabia and work together, but without Turkey and Qatar.

We consider Turkey's takeover of the Afghan airports to be a trick game. Indeed, Turkey wants to gain a foothold in Afghanistan, invest here and buy our natural resources at low prices. There are also rumors of agreements reached under the table between Turkey and the Taliban.

Due to the state of war, we do not want any investments in Afghanistan at the moment. We only want to distribute the orders for investments in Afghanistan fairly among all countries after the end of the war. The world community, including India and China, are also interested in investing in Afghanistan. But Turkey wants to be present in Afghanistan earlier in order to secure the first-class mineral resources and first-class investment deals for itself. It is not allowed for Turkey to come alone and use trickery to secure the orders and main business in Afghanistan for itself. If Turkey thinks that it will secure the natural resources of Afghanistan for itself with the trickery and agreements that are being made under the table, then that is a mistake. All natural resources of Afghanistan are free. After the end of the war and the restoration of peace, not only Turkey but all countries of the world community, including India and China, which are interested in investing, will be invited to participate in the auction. The natural resources of Afghanistan would be offered through online auction. We, the Afghan people and the world will be able to see who has offered how much.

Turkey needs to know that no trickery is allowed here because it is about the interests of our country and our people. If Turkey continues to play its tricks with the poor Afghan people, our friendship will be scratched.

The news portal “Taand News” reported today on December 28th 2021 that tomorrow on December 29th 2021 Mr Ashraf Ghani will talk about the reasons for the overthrow of his government.

Dear Afghan people,

Mr. Ashraf Ghani is the mercenary of the Punjab and servant of the ISI. Don’t believe him. For more than seven years he has deceived the Afghan people with lies and tricks. We have around 5000 Uighurs in Afghanistan. On October 8, 2021, more than 50 people were killed and more than 150 people injured in a suicide attack in Kunduz-Afghanistan. The assassin was a Uyghur. There must have been several similar cases in which the Uyghur terrorists killed innocent people. That is why we do not want such terrorists in our country.

We would like to ask the United Nations to find a solution for the the fate or relocation of the approximately 5000 Uyghurs currently in Afghanistan by February 15, 2022. Any country that agrees to accept these Uyghurs can arrange their pick-up.

If the approx. 5000 Uyghurs have not been relocated to another country by February 15, 2022, then we would ask the Chinese authorities to arrange a pick up of the Uyghurs from Afghanistan.

Unfortunately, Turkey is trying to coerce the Afghan people. We do not agree that Turkey should take over responsibility for our airports.

So far, this case has not occurred,but if Turkey against our will by force takes responsibility for Afghan airports in its hands, then we will need your military ground forces to protect our civil airports against the against the unauthorized occupation by Turkey or other foreigners. We will inform you in this case. We ask that you be ready to reach all civil airports in Afghanistan within 24 hours if necessary. If you were to encounter armed resistance in protecting our civil airports, you would get permission to use firearms to defend our civil airports if necessary.

We have asked Russia to patrol our entire territory, airports and airspace. You are not responsible for the Air Force.

Air India has supported Ariana Afghan Airlines several times, even in its founding by donating passenger planes to Afghanistan several times.  They did what we wanted and were happy to fulfill our wishes. Moreover, Afghanistan has very old relations with India and Saudi Arabia.  We want countries like India and Saudi Arabia to take over responsibility for our civilian airports, because the aid from these countries is not for their own purposes, but neutral.                            Starting from today, December 23, 2021, we authorize Air-India and Saudi-Arabien Airlines to take over responsibility for all civilian airports in Afghanistan around the clock. They are responsible for civilian security and personal control, without military duties. This responsibility is temporary because we ourselves are not in a position to do these things.

In particular, we are very enthusiastic about Prince Mohammad bin Salman for his liberal politics. His policies are also a role model for us.

As we have learned, Turkey wants to invest in Afghanistan. We are not currently in favor of investment in Afghanistan because we are in a state of war. 

We have pointed out several times in our statements that we do not accept any agreements made under the table with the Taliban. All agreements that have been made with the Taliban or previous governments, for example on mineral resources, are invalid and useless. 

Around 1.5 million people, including infants, pregnant women and the elderly, have been murdered in the name of Islam in Afghanistan.                              Numerous people have also been injured and severely disabled. And now our natural resources are being plundered in the name of Islam. This means that some countries want to buy our natural resources at a bargain price, for example, a commodity worth 1000 US dollars, they want to take away from us for 10 US dollars.  

We, the entire Afghan people, do not want our natural resources to be plundered in the current state of war. We want our natural resources to be auctioned on the free market so that we can get reasonable prices for our natural resources that are in line with their real values. 

Furthermore, according to the media, it was learned that Turkey and Qatar want to take over responsibility for the Afghan airports. We do not agree with this.  It is said that IS terrorists fly to Pakistan via Turkey, are received by the Pakistani military upon arrival in Pakistan and are sent to Afghanistan. Qatar and Turkey have close relationship with the Taliban. We must not forget that the Taliban are terrorists. We, the Afghan people, want to transfer responsibility for our airports to a country that we trust and that is honest with us.

From today, December 20, 2021, we want the Russian Air Force to temporarily monitor and patrol the entire Afghan territory and airspace so that no Pakistani and other unauthorized foreign drones, fighter planes and other military objects enter the entire Afghan airspace and territory, as our Afghan Air Force is unfortunately  currently unable to protect our airspace from strangers. According to media reports, on December 16, 2021, drones flew in Afghan airspace and bombed parts of Kunar. It is said to have been Pakistani drones.

We do not want unuthorized alien drones, fighter planes and other military objects in our entire territory or airspace.

the media reported that you visit the Afghan politicians and authorities several times a week or invite some Afghan politicians to the embassy. Many Afghans have complained several times that the public has not been informed of the reasons for your frequent visits above. However, the Afghan people have a legitimate interest in being informed of the purpose and details of the talks mentioned above.

We would be delighted if you, as ambassador to Afghanistan, would respect diplomatic rule. Therefore, on behalf of the Afghan people, we kindly ask you that in future all your meetings with the Afghan authorities are published at least 3 days in advance on your website and in the media and reported to the Afghan authorities. The Afghan people should be informed of the date, purpose, interlocutor and outcome of all conversations and visits to the Afghan authorities.

We hope for your understanding that if the above-mentioned expectations of the Afghan people are not met, the closure of the Pakistani embassy in Kabul could be considered.

after September 11, 2001, you started the mission in Afghanistan to destroy the Taliban and terrorists. Unfortunately, the goals was not achieved. In Afghanistan as a whole, around 1.5 million people, including a large number of infants, pregnant women and old people, have died, numerous people have been injured and become severely disabled. Millions of Afghans are on the run from fear and hunger.

Based on the previous experience from the mission in Afghanistan and for the protection of the civilian population, it would be appropriate for the time being to refrain from sending again of US soldiers, fighter planes or drones to Afghan territory from 9 December 2021 until further notice.

Of course, it does not mean that the friendship between Afghanistan and the US has been broken. The friendship continues.

The Afghan people should not be afraid, hold their heads high and be prepared for emergencies in their homeland 

The Afghan people have suffered from oppression and tyranny for more than 42 years. More than 2 million Afghans have been murdered since 1979. In addition, numerous people were injured and severely disabled. Furthermore,large part of the Afghan people has become poorer. For 42 years people have wept  everywhere in Afghanistan because of atrocities, tyranny and poverty. The suffering of the Afghan people, who have suffered more than enough, must now come to an end.   

We the Afghan people want that from today  07.12.2021 no country may use the entire territory of Afghanistan for cold war. This applies to all countries such as Russia, China, USA, EU, Arab States etc.   

Mr. Karim Khan, the chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in The Hague, said on December 6th 2021 that the worst war crimes in Afghanistan were commited by the Taliban and ISIS. We ask the International Court of Justice to investigate the war crime mentioned.  We draw the attention of the United Nations (UN) to the fact that the Taliban are war criminals and terrorists. Under no circumstances should a terrorist become Afghanistan’s ambassador to the UN.

We have learned through the media that Turkey and Qatar are taking over the responsibilities for the operation tasks of Kabul Airport. 
 
We have great respect for Turkey and Qatar. We do not want Turkey and Qatar, with their armed forces, to take over the operation tasks of  Kabul Airport at this time. 
 
We also pointed out in our letter of 17. 06. 2021 that we do not agree with the transfer of the security tasks of Kabul Airport to Turkey. 
 
The Taliban have taken the government of Afghanistan hostage by force of arms. That is why we and the world do not recognise the Taliban government in any way. 
 
Some countries want to use the Taliban to secure their own benefits in Afghanistan’s natural resources, such as oil, gas and other minerals. Our country has been at war for 42 years. We do not want some countries to take advantage of our country's state of war for their own advantage and profit. 

 
The contracts that have been concluded with previous governments or that may be concluded with the Taliban are never accepted by us. We have also pointed out in our previous letters that the contracts with previous governments are not valid. Possible contracts with the Taliban are also invalid and useless because they have taken the government in Afghanistan hostage by force of arms.

We have written several times to the United Nation (UN) and the world about this. Unfortunately no one has responded to our request so far.


In particular, all of the Afghan women suffer greatly from the Taliban regime. The Women in Afghanistan are like locked up at home. They cannot leave their homes because of fear. Very few women are rarely seen on the streets. Many men who were formerly in the military or in the administration are also hiding at home for fear of the Taliban. According to the latest report of the human rights organization, 100 people who worked in the security sector of the former government have been killed by the Taliban, in some cases have disappeared without a trace in four provinces of Afghanistan. According to media reports, several hundred – probably several thousand – of people were massacred by the Taliban after they took power.


Unfortunately, Afghanistan has been a victim of the Cold War since 1979.


Now the eyes of all Afghans are on the help of five veto powers and Israel.

By letter dated 7. 11. 2020 we made an offer to the Taliban to work with our future government in the area of order and discipline. By letter dated 27. 09. 2021 we gave the Taliban another chance and informed them of the conditions for cooperating with our future government. By letter dated 22. 10. 2021 we informed the Taliban that our offer was valid for about 1 month. By letters dated 08. 11. 2021 and 19. 11. 2021 we reminded the Taliban that our offer is limited to 22. 11. 2021 However, the Taliban did not accept our offer. This means that our offer is no longer valid. The Taliban have shown that they do not want peace and continue to insist on their ideology, for which they were trained in Pakistan. Moreover, the Taliban do not have the freedom to decide whether to accept our offer. Decisions on behalf of the Taliban are made by the Pakistani military intelligence service ISI.

The Taliban do not respect human rights. We don't hear anything from the female journalists in Afghanistan. Very little is reported by journalists from Kabul. There is hardly any reporting from other provinces because journalists can no longer work freely. On November 21, 2021, the Taliban announced the tightening of media laws. From now on, women who work for Afghan television channels must comply with the so-called hijab regulation. TV series with female actresses are no longer allowed to be shown. The showing of films and TV series from foreign countries is also prohibited. Playing music on the TV channels, weddings and events is no longer allowed. The Taliban have banned the entertainment and joy of Afghans and turned the laughter of the Afghan people into tears.


The above-mentioned Taliban laws do not actually come from the Taliban themselves. The Taliban are under the command of the Pakistani military intelligence service ISI. The Taliban claim that the Taliban government posts were allegedly distributed by Mullah Haibatullah. The fact is that Mullah Haibattullah does not have the authority or knowledge to carry out such tasks. In fact, the Pakistani Secret Service ISI distributes the posts among the Taliban.

The Taliban want to impose their terrorist ideologies under the name of Islam. They carry out suicide bombings, killing innocent people. Terrorists don’t care whether they kill babies, children, pregnant women or old people. They have been educated accordingly by the Pakistani ISI. They pose a threat to the Central Asian region.

There are 20 terrorist groups in Pakistan that have received the same training and brainwashing, but different names from the ISI such as Taliban, Haqqani Network, ISIS, Al Qaeda, Lashkar-e-Taiba etc. In fact, all these terrorist groups are the same. Some of the ISIS operatives come from Syria and Iraq and land at Pakistani airports, where they are received by the Pakistani military service and sent to Afghanistan. The aim and ideology of the Pakistani secret service is to set up a headquarters of the terrorist organisation in Afghanistan consisting of Taliban terrorists and other groups as in 2001. This time, the terror center could look even worse and more dangerous. The Pakistani secret service wants to carry out drug trafficking, arms trafficking, international terrorist training and export of terrorism via the headquarters of the terrorist organisation. The Pakistani secret service wants to bring the region under its control, intimidate the various governments of the world with terror and plunder Afghanistan’s natural resources.

The Taliban terrorists are not real Muslims. They are thieves and gangsters dressed as Muslim mullahs. They steal armoured vehicles, weapons and the mineral resources of Afghanistan and smuggle them into Punjab. On November 18, 2021, it was reported in the media that Taliban commanders were stealing armored cars belonging to former government officials and businessmen and sending them to Punjab. There are reports that the Taliban smuggle the weapons of the former Afghan Army into Punjab. It is the Punjab’s plan to plunder Afghanistan. The Pakistani Punjab has twice destroyed the Afghan army and air force by terrorists, who 1st time in 1996 and 2nd time on 15. 08. 2021. We, the Afghan people, do not want terrorists. The Taliban have no chance of being accepted by the Afghan people. They quickly conquered Afghanistan because Mr. Ashraf Ghani, Mr. Hamdullah Muhib and their associates collaborated with the Pakistani ISI. It was a secret plan to hand Afghanistan over to terrorists.

The Taliban claim to have established internal security in Afghanistan. That’s a lie. The Taliban use the databases to track people who worked with previous governments or NATO. They commit massacres, kill journalists, pregnant women, former army officers, soldiers, police and former government officials. On August 19, 2021, the Afghans carried the three-coloured Afghan flag at the ceremony marking the anniversary of the independence of Afghanistan. The Taliban shot at these people in the city of Jalalabad, killing some civilians. In the city of Mazar-i-Sharif on November 4, 2021, the bodies of 6 women were found, including 1 women’s rights activist. The terrorists had called these women a few days before their murder and told them that they wanted to send them abroad. Again and again, in the city of Jalalabad and other cities, the bodies of people who have been killed are found who are cruelly murdered. The Taliban often kill people secretly. They’re liars, thieves and gangsters. Similar to bank robbers holding people hostage in a bank and threatening to shoot them if they move, the Taliban have taken the Afghan people hostage by force of arms. People are all scared to death. Most people, especially Afghan women, are unable to leave their homes for fear of the Taliban. Many Afghan traders no longer want to invest in Afghanistan and emigrate abroad.

We ask the world to consider that the Taliban are not politicians, but terrorists, and they should also be recognised as terrorists. Approximately 100 mullahs as Taliban leaders must not trample on the rights of 38 million people and do whatever they want. We, the Afghan people, do not want terrorists to rule our country. The first 100 days of the Taliban government have proven that the Taliban are a blatant liar and tricksters, working under the orders of the ISI.

We have written several times to the United Nations (UN), USA, EU, G-20 and other countries on the above matter. So far, we have not seen a major step or response by the international community to effectively combat terrorism in Afghanistan. In fact, the terrorists are not too strong. They are definitely defeatable. The world should not get into a desperate situation in the fight against terrorism. That is why we appeal to all friends of Afghanistan to free us from the terrorists. We want the Taliban to be attacked and destroyed from above and below.

We appeal to the world not to remove the Taliban from the blacklist under any circumstances. We demand that no country in the world should recognize the Taliban government. It would be a betrayal of Afghanistan and the Afghan people.

To all the Taliban,

As you know, we wrote you several letters. In a letter dated November 7, 2020, we made you an offer to work with our government in the area of order and discipline. In a letter dated June 21, 2021, we warned you of the consequences of slavery at the ISI. On August 21, 2021, we asked you to break off your relationship with ISI and lay down your arms. We have been waiting for you to comply with our request. However, you did not respond to our offer. We have therefore removed you from our list.

With a letter dated September 27th, 2021, we gave you another chance and informed you of the requirements for cooperation, which we will repeat below to remind you:

  • We want to take over the full government in Afghanistan. After 42 years of chaos in Afghanistan, we want to restore order and discipline and promote reconstruction. First we have to solve the important problems of our country, then we will do the rest of the work.
  • You must end your contacts with the Pakistani Military Intelligence Service (ISI). We want to increase the number of our own secret services in our country. Our intelligence services should work for the interests of Afghanistan, not the interests of Punjab. Pakistan has tricked you. Indeed, Pakistan is not in love with you, nor does it want to work for Afghanistan's interests. Pakistan wants to work for Punjab. Pakistan's plans are long-term. Pakistan also wants to endanger the future profits and generations of Afghanistan. You have to use your own brains and minds. The Punjab ISI is not happy about the reconstruction of our country, but about the destruction of our country, as they have destroyed our country for 42 years.
  • All the tribes in our country are the same Afghans and one people. You must respect all Afghans; you should be strong for your own people, for your own country, for protecting the profits of your own country, for progress of the country, for stability, for your own national army, air force, self-defense, independent government and freedom. All Afghans should look after the interests of Afghanistan for the benefit of current and future generations and work for progress.
    We have noticed that you have violated women's rights several times. The women cannot walk the streets for fear of you. We don't want Afghanistan to become one of the largest women's prison in the world. Afghan women have suffered greatly for 42 years. Women's rights are an absolute taboo and women are fully entitled to them. We do not want women's rights to be deprived and we do not allow you to curtail women's rights. The women are our daughters, sisters and mothers. The women deserve respect and appreciation. This is a matter of cours for most countries in the world and for 97 percent of the Afghan people. I have been observing the situation of women and men in Afghanistan and in the world for a long time. I have found that women are even more suitable than men in some areas. The world has changed a lot. You shouldn't underestimate Afghan women. Afghan women can work in ministries, administrations, offices, shops, etc. The women can become professors and doctors. Women can become heads of government. Many women were or are successful heads of government. Women can become queens. Many women were or are queens. The women get along very well with modern computer systems and new technologies. Afghan women are able to work with their own brains and don't need your brains and guardianship. Of course women must have the same educational opportunities as men.
  • You have to accept freedom of religion
  • You must refrain from terrorism and neutralize yourself. You have to end all relations with other terrorist groups like Al-Qaeda, IS, etc.
  • You have no knowledge of politics because in Pakistan you only received training for terrorist purposes. Domestic and foreign policy will be taken over by our government. You must not interfere in domestic and foreign policy. Of course, you have to accept what our government says to you.
  • We will offer you the following 2 ministries:

- Ministry of Religion and Pilgrimages,

- Ministry of War Victims, Disabled People and Donation Distribution

You could also support our government in the following tasks:

  • Surveillance and control of customs offices and borders to prevent smuggling.
  • Monitoring of mineral resources.
  • For order and discipline: In each province, a commander of yours will assist our government in the area of order and discipline. Each commander will form a team from the Taliban members. The team in the large provinces such as Kabul will consist of 250 people and in the smaller provinces of 100 to 250 people. All Taliban members must wear uniform. As far as the penalties for murder and grand theft are concerned, our government may have discussions with you. Penalties for women are the sole responsibility of the Afghan State. There will also be the state police.
  • You could help the government fight against drugs.
  • You will be subject to the instructions and command of the Afghan state as the commander in chief. Self-justice is strictly forbidden.
  • We will close the office in Qatar in the future regardless of whether you work with us or not, whether you want to or not.
  • We do not accept the ISI emirate from Punjab.
  • We do not accept the Punjab ISI plans that you are practicing in Afghanistan.
  • We do not accept the flag of Punjab ISI.
  • If you wish, we can hire some of your people as advisors to our government.                  

Of course, all Taliban members who work with our government will get their salaries from the state treasury. They´ll be well paid.

You(Taliban) must not put the media under your control. The journalists must be able to work independently and must not be threatened by them.

Under no circumstances should you(Taliban) push our country and its 38 million people into crisis and instability.

In a letter dated October 22nd, 2021, we informed you that our above offer is valid for approx. One month. Since then, you haven't done much to meet the requirements for working with us. The deadline expires on November 22nd, 2021. The points of our offer are non-negotiable. If you miss the deadline, we will draw the necessary conclusions and make our decision.

According to media reports, you are smuggling the weapons out of Afghanistan and selling them to Pakistan. As you know, Punjab has been hostile to Afghanistan for more than 50 years, killing over 1.5 million Afghans and causing billions in damage to us. More than 50,000 people in Balochistan and tens of thousands of people in Pashtunkhwa have disappeared without a trace. It is possible that a large number of these people could be murdered by Pakistani military intelligence.

Many people have become ill, including mentally ill. They have no money to pay for their treatment. People have to sell their own children out of need. Many have lost their homes and spend the night in parks, on streets and on pedestrian paths. The people of all of Afghanistan are exhausted. Millions of people have had to leave their homes. Some died while trying to escape or drowned in the Mediterranean. Numerous refugees were robbed, beaten and tortured on their way to escape.

The terrorists who committed the abovementioned crimes under the name of Islam in Afghanistan were sent to Afghanistan from Pakistan. The training camps of more than 20 terrorist groups are located in Pakistan. They  are operating under different names such as Taliban, Haqani, IS, Al-Qaida, Lashkar-e-Taiba, etc. Pakistan imported some of the terrorists from other countries. A big part of terrorists was produced in Pakistan itself. Pakistan has opened numerous Koran schools (madrasa) in Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan. With various tricks, the children were usually recruited from poor families and taken into the madrasa. The children were thoroughly brainwashed. The teachers in madrasa are all mullahs who have connections with Pakistani ISI intelligence. The children's education was based on educating them for war and suicide bombings. The Koran students were told that they would die as martyrs in war and suicide bombings and then go to paradise. In Paradise, every martyr will have 72 virgins. As soon as the children reached their teens, they received military training from the Pakistani army. These people are young and naive. They believed the false assurances of the mullahs in Pakistani madrasas that after dying as warriors or suicide bombers, they would go to paradise and have 72 virgins. Of course, a large number of Koran students who had been trained by Pakistani ISI were ready for combat and suicide bombings. In this way, Pakistan has prepared the Taliban and other terrorist groups to go to Afghanistan, to fight the Afghan army, to carry out suicide bombings in Afghan cities, to kill innocent soldiers and civilians.The children in the Koran schools (madrasa) were originally not terrorists. Pakistan has used the Koran schools for its own purposes and with tricks and brainwashing turned the children into terrorists.

Pakistan has trained terrorists for more than 30 years. Of course, training, arming and all the infrastructure for the terrorists cost a lot of money. For decades, Pakistan has repeatedly received aid worth billions of dollars from the USA, EU, England and rich oil states. It is a source of money and business for Pakistan to take billions of dollars from the west and rich oil nations. Pakistan has abused the aid and used  indirectly a large part of the funds for terrorist financing.

The factors why Pakistan trained terrorists are as follows:

Pakistan wants to put pressure on the Afghan people to recognize the Durand Line as the border with Pakistan and thus the Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan areas as Pakistani territory.

Pakistan wants Afghanistan to be under its influence and command.

Pakistan wants to prevent the education of the people of Pashtunkhwa, Balochistan and Afghanistan in order to keep them all under its influence.

Afghanistan is a rich country in terms of its natural resources. Pakistan has a great interest in Afghanistan's mineral resources. Pakistan wants to get a piece of the profits from Afghanistan's mineral revenues.

Pakistan is the archenemy of India. Pakistan wants to train the Afghan people in Pashtunkhwa, Balochistan and Afghanistan to become a terrorist group for so-called holy war, in order to use them in the war against India in the first ranks of the war front.

The ISIS, Al-Qaeda, Lashkar-e-Taiba and other terrorist groups are sent from Pakistan to destabilize Afghanistan and regions such as Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan and Iran and bring them under their own influence. This would create problems for Russia.

Afghanistan is divided by the Durand Line. According to the Durand Agreement, Pakistan should have handed over Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan to Afghanistan in 1993 after 100 years. Pashtunkhwa and Balochists are our country and our right. We love our country and our people. The people of Pashtunkhwa, Balochistan and Afghanistan suffer from Pakistani tyranny. In Balochistan, more than 50,000 and in Pashtunkhwa more than 10,000 people have disappeared without a trace.

The Pakistani government has opened a very small number of schools in Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan, but numerous Koran schools (madrassa). Afghans who criticized Pakistan for its negative behavior during political television debates in Afghanistan were often murdered. Critics of the Pakistan government were also often killed in Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan.

It's a joke that more than 100,000 super-trained soldiers from almost 50 countries, including 30 NATO countries, with modern high-tech weapons, fighter jets, missiles and bombs did not manage to defeat the few thousand Taliban within 20 years. This is not believable and the world is not honest with Afghanistan. Apparently they didn't seriously want to win the war in Afghanistan, even though they could have won it. It was foreseeable in advance what would happen to Afghanistan if terrorism did not end. That means the return of the Taliban regime, the disregard for human rights and women's rights and chaos. All of this could have been prevented. Afghanistan and the Afghan people fell victim to a plan that resulted in Afghanistan falling back into the hands of terrorists.

In reality there were no self-formed Taliban, Haqani, IS, Al-Qaeda, Lashkar-e-Taiba or other terrorist groups in Afghanistan. These groups were mainly invented and produced in Pakistan. Please be honest with the Afghan people. Usually when one country sends a couple of terrorists to another country for terrorist purposes or commits some small sin, it is reported on television and embargoed on the guilty country. Pakistan has trained terrorists in its country and sent them to Afghanistan for terrorist purposes for over 30 years. Nevertheless, Pakistan was spared. No sanction has yet been imposed on Pakistan. Pakistan is on the gray list of terrorist-financing countries. Normally, for an effective fight against terrorism, Pakistan would have to be blacklisted and Sanctions are to be imposed on Pakistan. 

We Afghans are innocent people and victims of the above-mentioned terrorism. The war in Afghanistan has been going on for more than 42 years. There are more than 2 million deaths and numerous severely disabled people. Families have been torn apart, millions of people have fled, people die, suffer, cry and starve every day. The Afghan people are very sad. Please end the war.

Dear world, the whole of Afghanistan is on both sides of the Durand Line and the people are all Afghans. This is our country and our people. We do not want the Pakistani government or the USA, EU, England, the rich Gulf States, Russia, China or other of our neighboring countries to determine our fate behind closed doors. We Afghans want to determine our own politics and our fate.

All of Afghanistan's natural resources belong to the Afghan people. We don't want to sell our natural resources until both parts of our country are reunited and the war is over. It is up to the Afghan people to decide which country they want to sell their natural resources to. We Afghans want to sell our natural resources ourselves without being influenced by other countries. Selling Afghanistan's natural resources is not the job of other countries. This is our country and our right.

We Afghan people on both sides of the Durand Line want reunification. The Pakistani government should release all political prisoners in Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan. We want to end the terror industry forever and take the fate of Afghanistan in our own hands. After a very long war, we Afghans want to finally restore peace in our country. We are sending this letter to the UN, US government, EU and European governments, 5 Vito powers, Asia governments, Australia, New Zealand, Africa governments and G-20 countries.

We ask the world, after such a long war time, let Afghanistan be satisfied and peaceful and help us financially. Please end the Holocaust in Afghanistan! Please end the Holocaust in Afghanistan! Please end the Holocaust in Afghanistan!

Punjab wants Afghan girls and boys not to go to school. Punjab wants to destabilize Afghanistan for its own interests. 

Those Taliban who love their country and people should never use the Punjab recipe. The Taliban should respect Hazara, Shiites and other tribes. The sons of Punjab, who are under the Taliban, should not be allowed to flee to Punjab. They should be punished severely. 

We learned that Punjab's sons are beating up journalists. We ask the Taliban to protect journalists and to respect them. Nor do the thieves want journalists to discover them or to be recorded by cameras. The sons of ISI are like thieves. They are working for ISI and they are afraid of the cameras. We ask the Taliban patriots to allow journalists to work freely. 

The Taliban should know that the Afghan army has not surrendered, but is taking a breather. As soon as our announcement is made, all 300,000 soldiers will return to their barracks. The Taliban will be surprised. 

We made an offer to Taliban on 27. 09. 2021. They have about a month time to decide. If the Taliban do not accept our offer, they will lose that opportunity and we will consider other plans. We want to remind the Taliban once again to get rid of ISI.t 

As everyone knows, the Pakistani Foreign Minister Mr. Shah Mahmood Qureshi, the ISI Generals Mr. Faiz Hamid and Mr. Nadeem Anjum visited the Taliban in Kabul on October 21, 2021. The visit from these gentlemen was not out of love for the Taliban. For 50 years they have deceived the Afghan people with lies and trickery. They had come to deceive the Taliban again with lies and tricks. We have given them a ban. If they had honor, they would no longer have entered our country. It's a shame on these gentlemen from Punjab. 

The Baluch live partly to the north and partly to the south of the Durand Line. All Pashtuns, Baluch and other tribes living in Pashtunkhwa and Baluchistan are all our Afghan people. They can come to Afghanistan freely at any time and do not need a visa. 

Punjab cannot even control its own province of Punjab, let alone bring Pashtunkhwa, Balochistan and the whole of Afghanistan under its control. Pakistan’s strategy is impossible and wrong. Therefore, Pakistan should give upco the thoughts and impossible dream of bringing Pashtunkhwa, Baluchistan and Afghanistan under its control. Otherwise, war, conflicts and problems will continue in both Pakistan and Afghanistan. Pakistan has been unable to take possession of Pashtunkhwa and Baluchistan for 74 years. He will not be able to do so in the next few centuries. The war has not yet reached Punjab and Sindh. Pakistan must expect the war could also reach Punjab and Sindh.  Numerous people could kill in vain on both sides. It would be very good if the Pakistani government and the Pakistani secret service think about changing their policy towards the whole of Afghanistan and happily handing over to Afghanistan the provinces of Pashtunkhwa and Baluchistan, which is the territory of Afghanistan. That would be in the interests of both Pakistan and Afghanistan. This can create peace, joy and prosperity in Central Asia.

We have learned from online news portals that the FTAF's General Assembly is currently taking place in Paris. The issue of terrorist-financing states also includes Pakistan.

There have been several groups of terrorists in Pakistan for several years. These groups are funded by Pakistan and trained by the Pakistani military. They operate under the command of the Pakistani military intelligence service ISI. There is ample evidence of it in the archives of Afghan television stations and the world media. The Haqqani group is an example of those terrorist groups that were trained and funded in Pakistan. The Haqqani group also operating under ISI command. The Haqqani group is responsible for suicide bombings in all cities of Afghanistan. Numerous NATO soldiers and innocent people were killed in their terrorist attacks. The attacks were carried out in hospitals, schools, marketplaces, bazaars, etc. The victims were mostly civilians, women, children, infants and newborn babies.

According to media reports, the Haqqani group held a meeting on October 19, 2021 in the luxury hotel Intercontinental Kabul and praised the families of the suicide bombers with gifts of 10,000 Afghanis each and one piece of land per family.

We want justice from the world and the FTAF because Pakistan is responsible for the deaths of numerous people, including NATO soldiers and civilians, because of its terrorism funding. Pakistan has been graylisted by the FTAF a number of times and given opportunities to end terrorist financing. Yet Pakistan has continued to train and fund terrorists nonetheless. If Pakistan is not blacklisted this time either, there is a likelihood that Pakistan will continue to operate terrorist financing. We therefore appeal to the world and the FTAF to put Pakistan on the black list of terrorist-financing states. That would be the right of NATO soldiers and innocent people who have been killed by terrorists trained and financed by Pakistan. Sparing Pakistan would mean injustice to the Afghan people as well as to the murdered soldiers and civilians.

We also ask the United Nations (UN) to impose sanctions on Pakistan.

The Pakistani army is training terrorists and Pakistani secret service is working with terrorists.

We, the Afghan people, do not want the Pakistani Air Force to enter Afghan airspace.
From now on, both Pakistani military aircraft and transport aircraft of military are banned from flying over Afghanistan’s airspace. This also applies to Pakistani transit military flights that want to fly via Afghanistan on their way to other countries.
Pakistani military generals, officers and soldiers are also strictly forbidden to enter our territory. Furthermore, the entry of ISI military intelligence officers into our country is strictly forbidden. Visits by military officers and ISI officers are also strictly forbidden.

We want the world to blacklist Pakistan and impose sanctions on it.
