دچین و ښاغلی ولسمشر شي جين پينګ ته

لکه څنګه چې موږ د 2022 کال د مارچ په 7 مه په خپل لیک کې یادونه کړیده، موږ (افغانستان) غواړو له چین سره ښه همسایه واوسو

د ۲۰۲۲ کال د مارچ په ۲۴ مه له رسنیو څخه خبر سوو چې چین او طالبان د افغانستان د  کانونو په اړه خبرې کوي. موږ د دې ډول خبرو اتروسر هیڅ موافق نه یو. موږ د 2022 کال د مارچ په 14 په خپله اعلامیه کې واضح کړه چې موږ په اوسني حالت کې  نه غواړو چې  زموږ کانونه په  اجاره ورکړو یا پیشکی قراردادونه  وکړو. موږ دا هم واضح کړه چې طالبان اجازه نه لري چې د افغانستان د معدني زیرمو په اړه تړونونه وکړي. کله چې په افغانستان کې سوله او نظم ټینګ شي، له هغه وروسته به د افغانستان د کانونو په اړه  کار شروع کړو او له ټولو علاقمندانو سره چې غواړي د افغانستان په معدنونو کی پانګونه وکړي، خبرې اترې کوو.

په هرصورت، موږ د چین د حکومت د متضاد سیاست څخه  حیران یو. ویل کیږي چې په چین کې له یو ملیون څخه ډیر اویغوران په جبری ډول  کمپونو ته لیږل سوي دی  ترڅو دا خلک داسلام ددین څخه واړوی. د دوی جوماتونه یی نړولی دي. هغه اویغوریان چې  پرخپل مسلمانی مذهب پاته وی  د چین حکومت یی دتروریستانوپه نامه یادوی . له بلې خوابیا عجبه داده چې تاسی  افراطی طالبانو اسلامپالو ته  احترام کوئ او له هغو سره ګرمه دوستي ساتئ. ستاسی لوړ رتبه دولتي چارواکي او دیپلوماتان په خاص ډول د طالبانو سره د لیدو لپاره کابل ته راځي. موږ دا د شرم وړ کار بولو.

Dear Mr. President Xi Jinping,

as we informed you in our letter of March 7th, 2022, we want to be good neighbors with China.

On March 24, 2022, we learned from the media that China and the Taliban were holding talks about Afghanistan's mineral resources. We have no understanding for such discussions. In our letter of March 14, 2022, we made it clear that we do not want to lease our mineral resources in the current situation and also do not want to make any pre-contracts. We also pointed out that the Taliban are not allowed to conclude treaties on Afghanistan's mineral resources. When peace and order are restored in Afghanistan, after that we will deal with the natural resources of Afghanistan and we will conduct negotiations with all interested parties who want to invest in the natural resources of Afghanistan.

By the way, we are very surprised by the Chinese government's contradictory policy. It is said that over 1 million Uyghurs in China have been sent to re-education camps to make these people irreligious. Their mosques have been destroyed. Those Uyghurs who practice their Muslim religion are labeled as terrorists by the Chinese government. On the other hand, it contradicts that you respect the Taliban Islamists and maintain warm friendship with them. Their high-ranking government officials and diplomats come to Kabul specifically to visit the Taliban. We find this shameful.
In the current situation, we ask the Chinese government to exercise restraint and refrain from leasing mineral resources in Afghanistan.
