موږ نه غواړو چې د یو مافیایي تجارتی شرکت له حکومت سره یوځای کار وکړو.
شل کاله د افغانستان مافیا په حکومت کې وه. دوی دحکومت څخه یوتجارتی شرکت جوړ کړی وو. دوی خپل جیبونه په پیسو ډک کړل او خپل خپلوان یې پر دولتي چوکیو مقرر کړل. دوی د نشه يي توکو په قاچاق، اداري فساد، له دولتي خزانې څخه د پیسو په غلا او په بېلابېلو جنايي کړنو کې لاس درلودی. دوی دولتي چوکی تر یو ملیون ډالرو پورې پیسو په بدل کی خرڅولی. دوی هغه پیسې چې د دولت له خزانې څخه یی غلا کړلې یا یی د مخدره توکو له قاچاق او نورو جرمي فعالیتونو څخه لاسته راوړلي په بهرنیو بانکي حسابونو کې ساتلی یا یی په بهر کې کورونه او جایدادونه په رانیول.
په پای کې دوی ټول د ملیاردونو ډالرو سره یو ځای بهر ته وتښتېدل. ځینوحتی چورلکې (هلیکوپتر الوتکی) د سرو زرو په خښتو او د پیسو په بوجیو ډکې کړلی، خارجی هیوادونو ته یی یوړلی اوافغان ولس یی یوازی پرېښوی.
موږ د افغانستان ټولو قومونو ته درناوی لرو. د راتلونکي حکومت او کابینې لپاره زموږ په لیست کې د ټولو قومونو اشخاص شامل دي. موږ د خپلې راتلونکې حکومتدارۍ لپاره د باور وړ، پوه او لوستي کسان لرو. موږ به قطعاً له افغان مافیا او د پخواني حکومت له غړو سره همکاري ونه کړو.

Dear world community,
We do not want to collaborate with a government of a mafia trading company.
For 20 years, the Afghan mafia was in power. They transformed the government into a trading company. They filled their own pockets with money and appointed their relatives to government positions. They were involved in drug trafficking, corruption, embezzlement from the state treasury, and various criminal activities. They sold government positions for payments of up to $1 million USD. The money they stole from the state treasury or earned from drug trafficking and other criminal activities was invested in foreign bank accounts or used to purchase properties abroad.
In the end, they all fled abroad with billions of US dollars. Some even filled helicopters with gold bars and bags of money during their escape, leaving the Afghan people behind.
We respect all tribes of Afghanistan. Our list for the future government and cabinet includes individuals from all tribes. We have reliable, qualified, and educated individuals for our future governance. We will under no circumstances collaborate with the Afghan mafia and members of the former government.

ددا ظالمانو دیکتاتورانو جنرالانو دنده داده چی پښتانه داسلام په نامه وروزی، وروسته دتروریستی موخو دپاره کار ځنی واخلی او د پښتنو په واسطه پښتانه ووژنی. تر ۴۴ کالو زیاتی مودی راهیسی ددوی دروزل سوو تروریستانو همدغه دنده ده. ددوی یو پلان دادی چی دپښتون او افغان نسل ختم کړی اوپرهغه افغانانو باندی چی دډیورنډ دواړو خواوو ته ژوندی پاته وی دبیری او وحشت فضا جوړه کړی او په دا توګه یی مجبوره کړی چی دا پاته افغانان دپنجابیانو تابع سی یایی دنوکرانو غوندی سی. ددوی بل کوښښ دادی چی د ډیورنډ دکرښی دواړو خواوو ته د طبیعی ذخیرو او کانونو اختیار او کومانده ددوی په لاس کی وی. ددوی راتلونکی پروژه داده چی دپښتنو او افغانانو څخه په منځنی آسیاکی دخپلو موخو دپاره کارواخلی ترڅوچی تاجکستان, ازبکستان, ترکمنستان او قرغزستان په خپله قبضه کی راولی. دوی خپل پنجابیان په جنګ کی نه قربانی کوی بلکی د پښتون قوم په جنګ کی ور مخ ته کوی.
زموږ ګران ولسه دا حقیقت دی او داسی وخت به راځی چی موږ به دبیری څخه د خپلو بچیانو او لوڼو اختیار نه لرو. خبراوسی که غواړی چی خپل ځان او خپلو راتلونکونسلونو ته نجات ورکړی سره یوسی تاسی ته ددښمن پالیسی معلومه ده چی و نه غولیږی.
پنجابیانو دافغان په خاوره کی دسیمی جالی دیوال جوړ کړی دی, دوی غواړی چی په دا توګه افغان ولس وغولوی. موږد پښتونخوا او بلوچستان د ولس څخه غوښتنه کوو چی د پنجابیانو سره دسیمی جالۍ ددیوال په برخه کی هیڅ کار ونکړی او کارګر ور و نه لیږی. پنجابیانو چی دسیمی جالۍ ددیوال سره پوستی جوړی کړی دی موږ ستاسی څخه غوښتنه کوو چی هیڅ یوی پوستی ته هم خوراکی مواد او نور دضرورت شیان ور ونه رسوی. که تاسی د پنجابیانو سره دسیمی جالۍ ددیوال په برخه کی کار وکړی یا د پنجابیانو پوستو ته خوراکی مواد اونور دضرورت شیان ور ورسوی دا به د ډیورنډ دکرښی دواړو خواوو ولس ته ملی خیانت وی. داموضوع جدی ونیسی.

Dear Ladies and gentlemen,
It is the duty of all of us to free ourselves from the Punjabi dictators and war criminals.
For a long time, it has been the task of the Pakistani government and the Pakistani army to take orders for criminal projects from abroad and apply them to us, the Afghan people. On one side of the Durand Line, for more than 44 years, they have killed over 2 million people, from infants to the elderly, and forced millions of people to leave their homes and seek refuge in other countries. On the other side of the Durand Line, they have set Baluchistan and Pashtunkhwa on fire for more than 50 years. Several thousand people have disappeared without a trace; they are arrested, beaten, tortured, and killed.
These cruel dictator generals are tasked with training Pashtuns in the name of Islam, then using them for terrorist purposes and killing Pashtuns by Pashtuns. This has been the mission of trained terrorists for more than 44 years. They have a plan to eradicate the Pashtun and Afghan race and create an atmosphere of fear and terror among the remaining Afghans on both sides of the Durand Line, forcing them into submission to the Punjabis or making them servants of the Punjabis. Their further goal is to control the natural resources on both sides of the Durand Line. Their future project is to use Pashtuns and Afghans in Central Asia for their own purposes, to take control of Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, and Kyrgyzstan. They do not sacrifice their own Punjabis in war but let the Pashtun people fight.
Our dear people, this is the truth, and there will come a time when we will no longer have right to determination over our sons and daughters. Be aware that if you want to save yourselves and your future generations, you must unite. You know the enemy's politics. Do not let yourselves be deceived.
The Punjabis have erected a fence on Afghan territory; they want to deceive the Afghan people in this way. We urge the people in Pashtunkhwa and Baluchistan not to work on the fence with the Punjabis and not to send workers to the Punjabis at the fence. We urge you not to deliver food and other essential goods to any of the guard posts that the Punjabis have erected along the fence. If you collaborate on the fence with the Punjabis or deliver food and other necessary items to the Punjabi guard posts, it would be a national betrayal of the people on both sides of the Durand Line. Take this matter seriously.

The Afghan people will not be deceived by the slogans of the ISI.
Ladies and Gentlemen,
For 75 years, the Pakistani Military Intelligence (ISI) has been deceiving the Afghan people on both sides of the Durand Line with words like "Pakistan and Afghanistan are brothers and neighbors." The Afghan people are no longer fooled by these false slogans.
The ISI's puppet, Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar, serves the interests of Punjab and betrays the Pashtuns and other Afghan tribes. It is an ISI trick to occasionally grant a Pashtun a high position temporarily to deceive the Pashtuns and other Afghan tribes on both sides of the Durand Line.
The government of Pakistan and the ISI should know that the people in Afghanistan will no longer be deceived by their lies and tricks. The Pakistani government and the ISI should not be under any illusions. Baluchistan and Pashtunkhwa are territories of Afghanistan. The people on both sides of the Durand Line are one Afghan nation. Pakistan should immediately withdraw its terror army and authorities from Baluchistan and Pashtunkhwa.
To the respected Chinese Government,
د چین ښاغلی حکومت ته
چين او افغانستان ګاونډي هېوادونه دي او موږ د خپل ګاونډي په توګه ستاسو درناوی کوو. چین له پاکستان سره ټینګی اړیکې ساتي. که تاسو پاکستان ته ملیاردونه ورکوئ یا پیسی د بخشش په توګه ورکوئ دا ستاسو خپله مسله ده.
لکه څنګه چې موږ مخکې هم په خپل لیک کې تاسی ته لیکلي وه، موږ غواړو یو ځل بیا تاسی دا موضوع ته متوجه کړو چې بلوچستان او پښتونخوا د افغانستان د خاورې برخه ده. پښتونخوا، بلوچستان او د ډیورنډ کرښې دواړه غاړې یو ولس، یوه کورنۍ او یو افغانستان دي.
که د چین او اسلام اباد تر منځ د بلوچستان او پښتونخوا په اړه کوم تړونونه سوي وي او یا په راتلونکي کې داسې تړونونه وسي، موږ یې په هیڅ صورت نه منو. په پایله کې، دا ډول ټول تړونونه باطل دي.
پاکستان یو ډیر درواغجن او خطا ایستونکی هیواد دی. په پاکستان کې د ډاکټرانو او انجینرانو ډیپلومونه، پاسپورټونه، نړیوال اسناد او داسی نور په جعل کارۍ سره جوړیږي. حتی د پیلوټانو جوازونه جعلي جوړیږي، چې ډیری پیلوټان په جعلي جوازونو سره الوتنې کوي. د پاکستان حکومت ډېر جنایتکار دی.

د بلوچستان او پښتونخوا خلک د افغان ولس برخه ده. موږ د ډیورنډ کرښې دواړو غاړو ته یو ولس یو. طبعاً موږ ټول افغان ولس په بلوچستان او پښتونخوا کې د خپلو خویندو او وروڼو ترشا په کلکه ولاړ یو. موږ به هیڅکله دا قبول نه کړو چی د پاکستان پوځي استخباراتي اداره (آی ایس آی ) دی په بلوچستان او پښتونخوا کې د خلکو شکنجه کولو، لادرکه کولو او وژلو ته دوام ورکړی
بلوچستان او پښتونخوا د افغانستان خاوره ده. افغانستان دغه سیمې د ۹۹ کلونو لپاره بریتانیا ته په امانت ورکړې وې. زموږ دغه خاوره باید د ۱۹۹۲ کال د نوامبر په ۱۱ نېټه بېرته موږته راتسلیم سوي وای. مګر پاکستان چلبازی او غلطه لوبه وکاروله او د ترهګرو په ګمارلو سره یی په افغانستان کې جګړې ته دوام ورکړی. پاکستان افغان ولس په کورنۍ جګړه کې ښکېل کړی تر څو د یوی خوا د نړۍ له ځينو هېوادونو څخه په ميلياردونو ډالر ترلاسه کړي او دبلی خوا د افغان ولس او نړۍ توجه د افغانستان د کورنۍ جګړی خواته کړی چی په نتیجه کی یی د افغانستان د بيا يو ځای کېدو موضوع هېره سي. له ۷۶ کلونو راهیسې پاکستان په دی نه دی توانیدلی چی د بلوچستان او پښتونخوا ولس د ځان کړې. د دې نه ترلاسه کېدونکې موخې د تحقق لپاره پاکستان هر ډول ظلمونه چې په وس یی پوره وه، دبلوچستان او پښتونخواه پر مظلوم ولس یی تطبیق کړل لکه بندی کول, شکنجه، بمباری، وژنې او داسې نور
په ۱۹۸۹ کال کې شوروي اتحاد له افغانستانه خپل ځواکونه وایستل. په هغه وخت کې موږ یو فعال حکومت او فعاله اداره درلوده. زموږ پوځ د ځان د دفاع لپاره ښه سمبال وو. پاکستان زموږ په هیواد کې د ترهګرو په ګمارلو سره کورنۍ جګړه پیل کړه. په ۱۹۹۶ کال کې پاکستان وافغانستان ته خپل روزل سوي ترهګر را ولېږل او د هوايي ځواک او ټانکونو په ګډون یې زموږ ټول پوځ او تجهیزات له منځه یوړل. د پاکستان دیکتاتور جنرالانو له افغانستان څخه ډېرې وسلې غلا کړې او پاکستان ته یې ولېږدولې. دوی حتی د افغان پوځ د پخلنځي وسایل او لوښی هم لوټ کړل

Dear G20 Countries,
Pakistan was founded in 1947 when territories such as Punjab and Sindh were separated from India. Part of Afghanistan is also temporarily located with Pakistan. Over the past 76 years since its inception, Pakistan has committed every conceivable crime it could against the people on both sides of the Durand Line. Under the guise of Islam, Pakistan has trained more than 20 terrorist groups in the last 44 years. By employing these terrorists, Pakistan has murdered over 2 million Afghan people. Terrorism appears to be a lucrative business for Pakistan, as it has received billions of US dollars from some countries through these activities. The generals and politicians of Pakistan are dictators and war criminals who have set innocent people in Baluchistan and Pashtunkhwa ablaze.
In Pashtunkhwa and Baluchistan, innocent people, doctors, engineers, politicians, educated individuals, and activists disappear without a trace. All forms of oppression and cruelty are practiced against them in prisons. They are tortured and killed. Even the bodies of some of the disappeared individuals vanish without a trace. VOA Pashto, VOA-Deewa, and BBC Pashto have repeatedly reported on this matter.
We have lodged multiple complaints about Pakistan with the United Nations, Mr. Guterres, the International Court of Justice in The Hague, the US government, the European Union, and the international community, urging them to impose sanctions on Pakistan and hold Pakistani war criminals accountable before the International Criminal Court. Unfortunately, they have not shown any response or taken any action to date. We ask, why?
The people of Baluchistan and Pashtunkhwa are part of the Afghan nation. We are one people on both sides of the Durand Line. Naturally, we, the entire Afghan nation, stand firmly with our sisters and brothers in Baluchistan and Pashtunkhwa. We will not accept the Pakistani military intelligence agency ISI torturing, disappearing, and killing people in Baluchistan and Pashtunkhwa.
Baluchistan and Pashtunkhwa are Afghan territories. Afghanistan had lent these territories to Great Britain for 99 years. The return of our territory to us should have occurred on November 11, 1992. However, Pakistan resorted to trickery and deceit. Pakistan, by employing terrorists, instigated the continuation of the war in Afghanistan. Pakistan entangled the Afghan people in a civil war to collect billions of US dollars from some countries worldwide and to ensure that both the Afghan people and the world forget about the reunification of Afghanistan. For 76 years, Pakistan has been unsuccessfully attempting to annex the people in Baluchistan and Pashtunkhwa. In pursuit of this unattainable goal, Pakistan has practiced all forms of oppression, including arrests, torture, bombings, killings, among other methods.
In 1989, the Soviet Union withdrew its troops from Afghanistan. At that time, we had a functioning government and administration. Our army was well-equipped for self-defense. Pakistan initiated a civil war in our country by employing terrorists. In 1996, Pakistan sent the terrorists trained there to Afghanistan and destroyed our entire army and equipment, including the air force and tanks. The dictator generals of Pakistan have stolen many weapons from Afghanistan and transported them to Pakistan. They have even looted the kitchenware of the Afghan army.
Dear G20 countries,
We, the entire Afghan nation, implore you to assist us in resolving the conflict between Pakistan and Afghanistan. You should be aware that if the conflict between Pakistan and Afghanistan remains unresolved, Pakistan will never be able to subjugate the people in Pashtunkhwa and Baluchistan. Consequently, the conflict will persist, and innocent people will continue to be murdered. Of course, the entire Afghan nation stands with the people of Baluchistan and Pashtunkhwa. They are our people. They are our culture. We are one people on both sides of the Durand Line. Reunification is our right. No one should give away our territory to Pakistan against the will of the entire Afghan nation.
Therefore, we request the G-20 countries and the international community to peacefully resolve the conflict between Pakistan and Afghanistan in the interest of all parties. Otherwise, this conflict will continue indefinitely.

it was strange how the Taliban were brought to power and left to run Afghanistan. Unfortunately there are some countries that are secretly supporting the Taliban for their own interests to plunder Afghan natural resources using Taliban and trickery.
We learned today August 31, 2023 through the media that the Taliban have signed deals for Afghanistan's mineral resources with contractors from Turkey, Britain, China and Iran.
On behalf of the entire Afghan people, we categorically oppose all contracts regarding Afghanistan's natural resources, whether past or present, and whether with domestic or foreign contractors. We declare all contracts and agreements invalid and irrelevant.
Why aren't those countries or contractual partners who sign treaties and agreements with the Taliban about Afghanistan's natural resources not ashamed, while the Taliban have taken the Afghan people hostage and are trampling on women's rights?
It is a great disgrace that they are contracting with Taliban for mineral resources. We expressly point out that all such contracts and agreements have no legal validity.

On August 16, 2023, "VOA Deewa" reported the arrest of Mr. Zohaib Pashteen, an activist of the Pashtun Tahafuz Movement (PTM). According to the PTM's statements, Mr. Pashteen was arrested and tortured by Pakistani Police on August 13, 2023, and he has not been released since. Earlier, in May 2023, three other activists - Mr. Eid Rahman, Mr. Zakim Madakhel, and Jalal - were reportedly arrested by the Pakistani army and have not been released up to now.
As reported by "VOA Deewa" on August 18, 2023, PTM had planned a protest rally for August 18, 2023, in Islamabad, to protest against the enforced disappearances of innocent people, to denounce oppression, and to demand their rights and freedoms. The Pakistani police blocked the routes to Islamabad and detained over 1000 demonstrators who intended to travel from Pashtunkhwa, Balochistan, and other regions to participate in the planned protest rally. Some of the detainees were apparently subjected to torture. Raids on PTM members' residences resulted in the arrest of approximately 400 individuals. Those who managed to reach Islamabad for the planned protest were dispersed and partially arrested by the police.
On August 20, 2023, human rights activist Ms. Imaan Mazari and parliamentarian and PTM activist Mr. Ali Wazir were arrested by the Pakistani police after their speeches at a peaceful protest rally in Tarnol, as reported by "BBC Pashto". Mr. Ali Wazir had been previously arrested multiple times and had spent over 2 years in prison.
A report from "VOA Deewa" on August 8, 2023, reveals that a human rights organization has documented concerning numbers of individuals who have disappeared without a trace in Balochistan, Pashtunkhwa, and other areas. Among the disappeared are journalists, doctors, engineers, political activists, human rights defenders, and many others. In July 2023 alone, 157 individuals were reported as disappeared in Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan. This number reflects only the officially recorded cases, while the actual number is likely much higher. It is alarming that innocent individuals have been repeatedly arrested and even murdered for criticizing the government or the military. The courts lack the ability to decide on the fate of the detainees, and military generals exert influence over the courts.
For over 50 years, Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa have been sites of oppression and repression by the Pakistani generals. Manhunts, raids on residences, and severe human rights violations are a tragic reality. The victims include doctors, journalists, activists, or those who criticize the Pakistani military and government. The Pakistani generals employ all available means of suppression to intimidate the people of Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan, rendering them passive beings who simply obey and endure without any form of reaction.
Despite our repeated and urgent appeals to the international community, including the United Nations, as well as to the governments of the United States, Great Britain, the European Union, and various human rights organizations, we deeply regret that no response or actions have been taken so far to address these serious concerns and advocate for the immediate release of all innocent detainees.
We demand the immediate release of all aforementioned innocent detainees.

On August 14, 2023, Pakistani military drones bombed a hotel in the Khost Province of Afghanistan. As a result of the airstrike, at least 3 innocent people lost their lives, and 7 others were injured. We strongly condemn the Pakistani attack.
The Pakistani airstrikes violate Afghanistan's airspace sovereignty. Pakistan has repeatedly attacked Afghan territory through rocket fire and bombardment, leading to the deaths of numerous innocent civilians, including women and children.
Pakistan is attempting to deceive the international community with false claims, stating that they targeted terrorists in Afghanistan. However, the fact remains that for the past 44 years, all terrorist camps have been located in Pakistan, and all terrorist groups are trained there.
We urge you to take immediate action in the interest of justice:
- Hold Pakistan and its war criminal generals accountable.
- Place Pakistan on the blacklist.
- Impose severe sanctions against Pakistan.

On July 25, 2023, Pakistan fired rockets at Barmal district in Paktika province, Afghanistan. We condemn this attack in the strongest terms.
It is not the first time Pakistan has attacked Afghan territory. Pakistan has repeatedly carried out sudden missile and bombing attacks on Afghan territory. Many innocent people, women and children were murdered.
Under international law, Pakistan must under no circumstances attack the territory of Afghanistan.
We have written to you about this issue several times and informed you about these attacks. Unfortunately, however, you have done nothing about it. We appeal to you to impose sanctions on Pakistan and put Pakistan on the blacklist. We ask you not to turn a blind eye to the subject of law and justice.
Pakistan has been engaged in terrorism for over 44 years, sending terrorists into Afghanistan. Pakistan annihilated the Afghan National Army in 1996, stole all of the Afghan Army's equipment and transferred it to Pakistan, even taking the Afghan military's crockery. Financial aid of 100,000 Afghani per house is to be paid to those whose houses were destroyed by the flooding. Families whose family members have lost their lives in the floods are to receive a payment of 70,000 Afghans per person killed. 15,000 Afghani per person are to be paid to the people seriously injured by the flooding.
The above-mentioned financial aid is to be paid from the State Budget of Afghanistan.

دا حقیقت هم افغان ولس او هم دنیا ته معلوم دی چې په ۱۹۹۶ کال کې هم پاکستان داسی کسان وروزل او افغانستان ته یی واستول چی دافغانستان څخه یی د افغان پوځ ټول پوځي تجهیزات، چورلکې، جنګي الوتکې او حتی د افغان پوځ دخوراکی لوښی غلا کړل . د پاکستان استخباراتو دا ټولی پوځي وسلې، الوتکې او تجهیزات پاکستان ته ولېږدول. پاکستان د ترهګرو له روزلو، د وسلو له غلا او له ترهګرو سره د معاملو له لارې میلیاردونه ډالر ترلاسه کوي.
دا افغان ولس او نړۍ دواړو ته ښه معلومه ده چې د پاکستان رژیم اضافه تر ۴۴ کلونو راهیسې د افغانستان ورانول او د افغانانو تباهۍغواړی.

We have sent our complaints to the United Nations and to the world on several occasions. We have also complained to the US government about Pakistan. Unfortunately, the US government seems to be looking away and does not hear us because Pakistan is an ally of the US and therefore the US has not imposed sanctions on Pakistan.
It should be known to the US that Pakistan, the Pakistani military and intelligence agency have been conducting terrorist training for more than 44 years. Whoever is an ally of the United States is allowed to train international terrorists? Is an ally of the United States allowed to steal military weapons from neighboring countries? Is an ally of the United States allowed to torture and murder innocent people, educated people and activists?
Dear U. S. Government, why you seem to be looking away from the subject of justice and justice?

Pakistan has been engaged in international terrorism for 44 years. Pakistan trains terrorists and sends them to other countries around the world. Afghanistan is one of the countries suffering because of Pakistan-trained terrorists. TheirTerrorist attacks have killed numerous innocent people from infants to the elderly over the past 44 years.
The terrorists in Pakistan are trained by the Pakistani military. Pakistan's military intelligence is tasked with organizing the trained terrorists, dividing them into different groups, giving the groups different names, and then sending them abroad to assassinate innocent people. This has been Pakistan's tactic for decades, with which Pakistan is trying to get billions of US dollars.
Pakistan is behind the disappearance, arrest, torture and murder of more than 60,000 innocent people including journalists and activists in Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa. This is no secret, but an unconcealable, obvious fact that everyone knows

Pakistan has been oppressing the people of Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan for more than 50 years. Pakistan now claims that they are carrying out the military operation against alleged terrorists. They are activists and freedom fighters who want to free their nation from the tyranny of the government in Islamabad.
In reality, the generals of the Pakistani army are terrorists who have murdered millions of innocent Afghan people on both sides of the Durand Line in order to get billions of dollars under the pretext of alleged "counter-terrorism".
We the Afghan people on both sides of the Durand Line demand that Islamabad immediately withdraw its soldiers and authorities from Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa and stop the tyranny and hunting of these innocent people.
Pakistan has repeatedly deceived the world with lies. Afghanistan has often complained that Pakistan is murdering innocent people of our Afghan nation. This is a fact, but no one believed this truth until now.
Pakistan, on the other hand, keeps lying and the world believes the lies of Pakistan. What is the reason for that?
We ask the International Criminal Court in The Hague to bring Pakistan's war criminals to justice. We urge the UN Secretary-General, Mr. Guterres, who holds the highest position in the international organization, to be just as the UN official and impose severe sanctions on Pakistan.
We ask the international community to liberate our Afghan people on both sides of the Durand Line from the tyranny of Pakistan and to help us restore the reunification of our Afghan people and territory on both sides of the Durand Line so that we can live forever in peace and tranquility.

we heard from some people that supposedly England is behind Pakistani military intelligence agency ISI and supposedly USA is behind the Pakistani military. We don't know if this is a propaganda or is it true?
At the meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in India in early May 2023, Pakistani Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari mentioned that Pakistan has made mistakes with regard to the Afghan people. We learned through media that today, May 16, 2023, Pakistani drone dropped a bomb on a residential building in Khost Province, Afghanistan, killing 2 children (little girls) and injuring 2 other children (1 girl and 1 boy).
On April 16, 2022, the Pakistani army also bombed innocent people, including children and women, in Khost and Kunar provinces. 41 people were killed and 22 injured. 20 children were among the dead. The people were asleep at night.
In our email letter dated April 19, 2022, we sued the Pakistani war criminals generals and politicians at the International Criminal Court and the United Nations

Pakistan violated our airspace several times, murdering innocent civilians and children and then falsely claiming to have attacked and killed terrorists? In any case, it is certain that no terrorists have died in the Pakistani air strikes, but that the victims were all innocent civilians. The untrue allegations of Pakistan are known to both the Afghan people and the whole world. So we ask the United Nations, how does Pakistan claim the right to allow itself to violate Afghan airspace and kill civilians?
We hereby sue again the Pakistani War Criminals Army Chief General Asim Munir, ISI Intelligence Chief General Nadeem Ahmed Anjum, General Faiz Hamid, Former Army Chief General Qamar Jawid Bajwa, Mr Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman etc.

طبعا هرڅوک اجازه لری چی په خپله مورنی ژبه خبری وکړی, تاسی ته به معلومه وی چی اضافه تر ۲۵۰ کالو راهیسی افغانی هندوان او افغانی سکان په خپلو مورنیو ژبو خبری کوی په مکتب کی او دنور افغان ولس سره بیا په افغانی ژبه خبری کوی. د هر چاچی ډیری ژبی زده وی هعه په ژوند کی ډیری اسانتیاوی لاس ته راوړی. موږ دفارسی, ازبکی اونورو ژبو سره تعصب نه لرو. ټول قومونه او دټولو بیلابیلو ژبو خلګ چی په افغانستان یا خارج کی زیږیدلی وی مور یا پلار یی افغان وی دا ټول یو افغان ولس دی.
یوه ملی ژبه دټول افغان ولس دپاره ډیره ضروری ده. موږ نه غواړو چی دافغانستان دښمن بیا افغان ولس او دافغانستان راتلونکی نسلونه په جنګ سره واچوی. یوه ملی ژبه ملی یووالی راولی یوه ملی ژبه ددښمن په مقابل کی دزورورتیا علامه ده. یوه ملی ژبه داوسنی او أینده نسلونو دپاره سوله اوخوشحالی راولی. یوه ملی ژبه هغه نفرت دمنځه وړی چی دښمنانو دافغانانو په منځ کی اچولی دی یوه ملی ژبه دافغان ولس دیوبل سره دپوهیدلو په معنی ده. نوپرموږ ټولو افغان قومونو اودټولو ژبو پرخلګو باندی دافرض دی چی دافغانستان دپاره یوه ملی ژبه وکاروو یعنی هغه ژبه چی په پخوا وختو کی هم دملی ژبی په حیث ټاکل سوی وه او نوم یی پښتو دی. موږ ټول افغان ولس باید پښتو ملی ژبی ته احترام ولرو, د ټولو مکتبونو تدریس او د ادارو رسمی ژبه باید پښتو وی, طبعاً مکتبونه کولای سی چی فارسی, انګلیسی یا بله ژبه دیو مضمون په حیث په درسی نصاب کی شامل کړی

مدت ۴۴ سال است که در افغانستان درگیری ها دوام دارد. یکی از دلایل اصلی این درگیری ها وجود زبان های زیاد در افغانستان است. این مشکل بزرگی را برای مردم افغانستان و نسل های آینده ایجاد می کند زیرا دشمنان افغانستان از این موضوع برای اهداف خود سوء استفاده می کنند. در ۴۴ سال گذشته دیدیم که با وجود اینکه ما یک ملت افغان هستیم، در یک کشور و زیر یک پرچم زندگی می کنیم، اما دشمنان افغانستان ما را به تحت عنوان پشتو، فارسی و دیگر زبان ها تقسیم کرده و ما را با یکدیگر درگیر کرده اند. . در نتیجه بسیاری از مردم بی گناه کشته شدند. البته تا حدودی مردم افغانستان ما نیز مقصر هستند. ما زیرتاثیرتبلیغات دشمنان افغانستان وحدت ملی خود را زیر پا گذاشتیم و به دلیل اختلافات لسانی با یکدیگر جنگیدیم.
همانطور که می بینید، استفاده از دو یا چند زبان در افغانستان به این معنی است که افرادی که به زبان های پشتو، فارسی و سایر زبان ها صحبت می کنند نمی توانند یکدیگر را درک کنند. متاسفانه این موضوع منجربه نفرت متقابل، اتهامات و درگیری ها شده است. همیشه در داخل حکومت ها و بر سرمقام های دولتی اختلافاتی به وقوع پیوسته است. هر یک از طرفین درگیرخودرامستحق می دانست و ادعا می کرد که حق به جانب است و به طرف مقابل تهمت می زد.
البته شاهان سابق و دولت های قبلی افغانستان نیز در این موضوع مقصر هستند، زیرا باید زبان ملی یکسان را به عنوان زبان آموزشی در همه مکاتب و زبان رسمی در تمام ادارات دولتی تعین می کردند. این یک واقعیت آشکار است که در کشورهای دیگر نیز اقوام زیادی وجود دارند که دارای زبان های مختلف هستند، اما باوجودآن چنین کشورها یک زبان رسمی یا یک زبان ملی برای کشورهای خود تعریف کرده اند.
البته هرفرد افغان اجازه دارد به زبان مادری خود صحبت کند. همانطور که می دانید، هندوهای افغان و سیک های افغان بیش از ۲۵۰ سال است که به زبان مادری خود در میان خود صحبت می کنند، اما در مکتب و با دیگر افغان ها به زبان افغانی مکالمه می کنند.آموختن لسان های متعدد تسهیلات زیادی را در زندگی فراهم می سازد. ما هیچ تعصبی نسبت به فارسی، ازبکی و سایر زبان ها نداریم. تمام اقوام و مردم افغان به هر زبانی که صحبت می کنند چی درداخل یا خارج از افغانستان به دنیا آمده باشند درصورتی که مادر یا پدرشان افغان باشند، آنها همه یک ملت افغان هستند.
زبان ملی یکسان برای همه مردم افغانستان بسیارضروری است. ما نمی خواهیم که دشمن افغانستان دوباره مردم و نسل های آینده افغانستان را در جنگ های داخلی علیه یکدیگر درگیرکند. زبان ملی وحدت ملی را تضمین می کند. زبان ملی نشان دهنده قدرت ما در برابر دشمن است. زبان ملی تضمین کننده صلح و زندگی شاد برای نسل حاضر و آینده است. زبان ملی کینه ای را که دشمنان در میان افغان ها برانگیخته اند از بین می برد. زبان ملی وسیله ارتباط میان مردم افغانستان است. بنابراین، بر همه اقوام و مردم افغانستان، به هر زبان که حرف میزند ، فرض است که از زبان ملی افغانستان استفاده کنند، همان زبانی که در گذشته نیزبه عنوان زبان ملی افغانستان تعیین شده بود. این زبان «پشتو» نام دارد. " همه ما در افغانستان باید به زبان ملی پشتو احترام بگذاریم. زبان تدریس در تمامی مکاتب و زبان رسمی در تمامی ادارات دولتی لازم است که پشتو باشد.
البته برخی از افرادی که به زبان فارسی یا هر زبان دیگری صحبت می کنند از این مقررات تا حدی ناراضی خواهند بود. بنابراین از افرادی که به زبان فارسی یا هر زبان دیگری صحبت می کنند، خواهش میکنیم که دراین مورد فکرکنند و مقررات مذکوررا برای حل مشکلات مردم افغانستان ضروری بدانند. از این طریق می توان به صلح و زندگی شاد برای نسل حاضر و آینده مردم افغانستان دست یافت.

The conflicts in Afghanistan have lasted for 44 years. One of the main reasons for these conflicts is that there are many languages in Afghanistan. This poses a major problem for the Afghan people and future generations as the enemies of Afghanistan exploits this issue for their own purposes. In the past 44 years we have seen that although we are an Afghan Nation, living in one country and under one flag, the enemies of Afghanistan have divided us under the names of Pashto, Farsi and other languages and engaged us in battles against each other. As a result, many innocent people were killed. Of course, our Afghan people are also partly to blame. We violated our national unity at the suggestion of our enemies and fought each other due to language differences.
As you can see, the use of two or more languages in Afghanistan meant that people speaking Pashto, Persian and other languages could not understand each other. This led to mutual hatred, accusations and conflicts. There have always been disputes within governments and over government posts. Each party to the conflict claimed to be the master of the house and slandered the other side.
Of course, the ex-Kings and previous governments are also to blame for this issue, because they should have introduced a uniform national language as the language of instruction in all schools and the official language in all administrative authorities and public offices. It is an obvious fact that there are also many ethnic groups in other countries who have different languages, but nevertheless such countries have defined a uniform official language or national language for their countries.
Of course, every Afghan is allowed to speak in his native language. As you may well know, Afghan Hindus and Afghan Sikhs have spoken their mother tonue among themselves for more than 250 years, but communicate in Afghan language at school and with other Afghans. Learning many languages brings many facilitations in life. We have no prejudices against Persian, Uzbek and other languages. All tribes and people speaking any language who are born in Afghanistan or abroad and whose mothers or fathers are Afghans, they belong to the Afghan nation.
A uniform national language is very important for all Afghan people. We do not want the enemy of Afghanistan to again push the Afghan people and future generations of Afghanistan into civil war against each other. A national language ensures national unity. A national language is a symbol of strength against the enemy. A national language ensures peace and a happy life for present and future generations. A national language destroys the hatred that enemies have stirred up among Afghans. A national language is a means of communication among the Afghan people. Therefore, it is obligatory for all Afghan tribes and people, regardless of their native language, to use the national language for Afghanistan, which is the language that was designated as the national language of Afghanistan in the past.This language is called "Pashto." All of us in Afghanistan must respect the national language of Pashto. The language of instruction in all schools and the official language in all administrative agencies and public offices should be Pashto.
Of course, some people who speak Farsi or any other language will be a bit dissatisfied with this regulation. Therefore, we ask people who speak Persian or any other language to consider that this regulation is necessary to solve the problems of the entire Afghan people. In this way, peace and a happy life can be achieved for the present and future generations of the Afghan people.

ما می خواهیم یک بار دیگر به اطلاع شما برسانیم که منطقه بلوچستان و پشتونخوا قلمرو افغانستان است. مردم دو طرف خط دیورند یک ملت واحد و یک خانواده هستند و یک فرهنگ مشترک دارند. هرگز فکر نکنید که بلوچستان و پشتونستان سرزمین شما و مردم این مناطق مردم شما خواهند بود. مثلاً اگر شخصی خانه ای پنج اتاقه را به کسی به کرایه دهد یا بطور امانت بسپارد، همان شخصی که خانه را به کرایه یا بطور امانت ګرفته است، اجازه ندارد خانه را بفروشد یا به کسی دیگری بطور بخشش بدهد، زیرا او مالک خانه نیست. اګر مرتکب چنین عمل شود این کار جرم جنایی خواهد بود.
بلوچستان و پشتونستان چیزهای کوچکی نیستند که بتوانید آنها را در جیب خود بگذارید، آنها را نادیده بگیرید یا پنهان کنید و بعد بگویید که این مسئله حل شده است. اینجا سرزمین ماست بلوچستان و پشتونخوا بخشی از ملت افغانستان هستند. نیمی از مردم افغانستان در یک طرف خط دیورند و نیمی دیگر در طرف دیگر خط دیورند زندگی می کنند. شما نمی توانید مردم افغانستان و سرزمین ما را پنهان کنید. این یک واقعیت روشن است که ما در دو طرف خط دیورند یک سرزمین و یک ملت هستیم. شما نمی توانید مردم افغانستان را فریب دهید و سرزمین آنها را بگیرید. شما باید از عقل استفاده کنید و بدانید که به هیچ وجه امکان ندارد شما سرزمین ماراتصاحب کنید. اگر این واقعیت را نپذیرید و به همان روش قبلی ادامه دهید، پیامدهای نامطلوبی خواهد داشت.جنرال ها و استخبارات نظامی شما (آی ایس آی) در اقدامات تروریستی در افغانستان دست دارند که باعث کشته شدن بسیاری از مردم بی گناه و تخریب زیربنای ما شده است، آنها انفجارها و حملات انتحاری را در بازارها، محافل عروسی، شفاخانه ها و مکاتب انجام داده اند. وسایل نقلیه مسافربری، پل ها، برج های برق. و غیره را توسط بمب ها منفجرساخته اند. این اقدامات تروریستی شما باعث عکس العمل مردم افغانستان می شود، ممکن است مانند افغانستان حملات انتحاری و انفجارهایی در شهرهای پنجاب نیزرخ دهد، یعنی همان اعمالی که جنرال ها و استخبارات نظامی شما (آی ایس آی) در افغانستان انجام داده اند. احتمالاً به همان شکل در پنجاب اتفاق خواهد افتاد. در نتیجه غیرنظامیان بی گناه از هر دو طرف کشته خواهند شد. به همین دلیل دوباره یاد آورمی شویم. لطفا خودتان رافریب ندهید. شما هرگز نمی توانید مردم و سرزمین ما را تصاحب کنید. پس بهترین راه حل این است که سرزمین مارا در فضایی خوشی وصلح آمیز به ما بسپارید.

We would like to point out once again that the areas of Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa are the territory of Afghanistan. The people on both sides of the Durand Line are one Nation, one family and share a common culture. You should never consider Balochistan and Pashtunistan as your own territory and the people there as your own nation. For example, if someone rents or borrows a 5 bedroom house, then he may not sell or give away the house because he is not the owner of the house. Violation of this rule is a criminal offence.
Balochistan and Pashtunistan is not a small object that you put in your pockets, turn a blind eye or hide this thing in a corner and then say that the matter is done. It is our territory. Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa are part of the Afghan people, half of whom live on one side and half on the other side of the Durand Line. You cannot hide the Afghan people or our territory. It is clear that we are one territory and one Nation on both sides of the Durand Line. You cannot deceive the Afghan people into taking their territory away from them. Therefore, you should act sensibly and recognize the reality, that a realization of your illusion is not possible under any circumstances. In the event that you do not want to accept the reality and proceed as before, then this can have unforeseeable consequences. Your generals and military intelligence ISI have been involved in terrorist acts in Afghanistan that have killed many of innocent people and destroyed our infrastructure, including explosions and suicide bombings in marketplaces, weddings, hospitals, schools, or blowing up of passenger transport vehicles, bridges, electricity poles, etc. All such acts of terrorism could provoke counter-reactions from the Afghan people, for example, it is to be feared, that kamikazes could make cities in Punjab unsafe, similar to Afghanistan and consequently innocent civilians on both sides become victims of the conflict. Therefore we repeat our appeal to you. Please refrain from self-deception. You can never make our people and our territory your own or subjugated.
Therefore, the best solution would be if you would hand over our territory to us in an atmosphere of joy and peace.

در قطعنامه ۲۷ آپریل ۲۰۲۳، شورای امنیت سازمان ملل متحد به اتفاق آرا ممنوعیت ها و محدودیت های طالبان در زمینه تحصیل وحق کار زنان و دختران افغان را محکوم کرد و از طالبان خواست که بزودی سیاست ها و اقدامات خود را برای محدود کردن حقوق زنان و دختران تغییر دهند.
بیش از ۹۰ کشور در سراسر جهان به تصویب این قطعنامه رای دادند.
ما از قطعنامه شورای امنیت سازمان ملل متحد "جلسه ۹۳۱۴م , قطعنامه آر۲۶۸۱(۲۰۲۳) " استقبال می کنیم و از این تصمیم بسیارراضی هستیم. ما به نمایندگی از تمام مردم افغانستان از بیش از ۹۰ کشور در سراسر جهان به خاطر پیوستن به خواست عادلانه و رای دادن به تصویب این قطعنامه تشکر می کنیم. قطعنامه شما برای ما و همه زنان افغانستان واضح کرده است که زنان افغانستان تنها نیستند. ما و جهان در کنار زنان افغان ایستاده ایم.

In a resolution on April 27, 2023, the United Nations Security Council, by a majority vote, condemned the Taliban's restrictions on the education and employment of Afghan women and girls and called on the Taliban to swiftly reverse its policies and practices restricting women and girls’ enjoyment of their human rights and fundamental freedoms — including those related to their access to education, employment, freedom of movement and participation in public life.
More than 90 countries of the world voted to adopt this resolution.
We welcome the UN Security Council Resolution "9314 TH Meeting / Resolution 2681(2023)" and are very pleased about this decision. On behalf of the entire Afghan people, we thank more than 90 countries for joining and voting to adopt this resolution. From your resolution, it became clear to us and all the women of Afghanistan that the women of Afghanistan are not alone. We and the world stand with them.
