The Pakistani intelligence agency ISI is attempting to summon its own subordinates to a meeting in Punjabistan – once more with the goal of destabilizing Afghanistan and igniting a civil war, as it did during the 1990s.

We strongly urge the government of Punjabistan, which must be classified as terrorist, to refrain from interfering in the internal and external affairs of Afghanistan.

Any agreements that Punjabistan makes concerning Afghanistan are invalid and will not be recognized by us.

Some time ago, groups operating in Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa were known by the names BLA (Balochistan Liberation Army) and TTP (Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan). These specific groups no longer exist. New resistance groups continued using those names initially due to a lack of their own distinct designations.


Today, the freedom movements of Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa are fighting under the name "Da Azadi Zmaryan". They are neither BLA nor TTP, and they are not terrorists. They have retreated to the mountains to protect themselves from the reign of terror imposed by the Pakistani army, which systematically carries out arbitrary arrests, torture, and targeted killings.


For 77 years, Pakistan’s war-criminal generals and dictatorial rulers have committed grave human rights violations in Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa, carrying out a systematic policy of oppression and extermination of the local populations.


Pakistan’s military intelligence agency, the ISI, is training more than 30 terrorist groups and receives billions in foreign support for doing so. There is sufficient evidence for this. A list of these groups is attached below. In fact, it is the Pakistani army and dictators, involved in war crimes and atrocities, who rank among the most dangerous terrorist organizations in the world—Top 1.

Therefore, we ask the international community:


Do not support the Top 1 terrorists – the criminal generals and dictators of Pakistan.


Hold them accountable for their crimes.


Help the freedom fighters of Da Azadi Zmaryan to defend themselves against oppression, tyranny, and occupation – with modern equipment and weapons. Help them resist the violence and repression of the Top 1 terrorists, the Pakistani army and its dictators, and also to push unwanted "Chinese actors and ivaders" out of Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa.


We have repeatedly witnessed how certain individuals – including politicians – conceal the truth and spread lies instead. Perhaps they believe that politics is based on deception and dishonesty. But such an attitude is wrong. It is necessary to speak the truth.


We appeal to the international community: Please do not turn a blind eye when it comes to justice, freedom, and human rights.

The bloodthirsty war criminals, generals, and criminal dictators of Punjabistan are in a state of panic. In their desperation, they are committing brutal massacres against innocent people in Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan. They know that their strategy has failed.

We call upon the approximately 100 million people of Greater Afghanistan to rise together, united and hand in hand, against this injustice – and to drive out the terrorist army and the criminal dictators of Punjabistan from Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan.

To the International Community:

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

Due to tyranny and oppression by bandits, war criminal generals, and criminal dictators in Pakistan, many people in Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan have been forced to flee to the mountains and fight for their freedom. These freedom fighters are indiscriminately labeled by Pakistani generals and dictators as "PTT," "Pakistani Taliban," "terrorists," or other defamatory terms.

We categorically reject these designations. These individuals are not terrorists – they are freedom fighters, whom we call "Da Azadi Zmaryan" (meaning: Lions of Freedom). Their goal is to liberate the territories of Greater Afghanistan – Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa – and their people from the oppression of Punjabistan.

These Da Azadi Zmaryan – Lions of Freedom – are educated, rational, and responsible individuals. They do not fight for chaos or violence, but for a progressive Greater Afghanistan founded on law, liberty, and justice. They stand firmly against the interference and oppression of the Pakistani military intelligence agency, ISI, which has made terrorism a central pillar of its strategy by accepting and carrying out terror assignments to deliberately destabilize the region.

The criminal generals and dictators of Pakistan will never succeed in their aim to subjugate the territories and people of Greater Afghanistan as their property. It is well known – both to the Afghan people and the international community – that these individuals represent a destructive and irrational enemy of the Afghan nation. They have murdered, imprisoned, tortured, and brutally oppressed millions of Afghans, from infants to the elderly.

Furthermore, this irrational enemy continues to attempt to sow hostility between the people of Greater Afghanistan and India. But they will fail. India has been a trustworthy friend of Afghanistan for decades and has consistently supported our country with generosity and solidarity.

China’s ambitions to use the port of Gwadar, located in Balochistan, for international trade are also unacceptable to us. We therefore call upon China to immediately withdraw from Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa. The port of Gwadar lies within the territory of Greater Afghanistan, and we will not allow it to be exploited for foreign economic interests.

We appeal to the international community and to the people of Greater Afghanistan: The freedom fighters from Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa are the Da Azadi Zmaryan – the Lions of Freedom. They are not terrorists, as falsely labeled by Pakistan’s criminal dictators. They are fighting for freedom, self-determination, and justice – for their homeland and their people. We therefore ask that they not be referred to with derogatory terms, as used by the Pakistani regime.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

In light of recent events, we urgently appeal to the international community to once again draw attention to deadly violence against civilians – including children – as well as war crimes and systematic human rights violations committed by the Pakistani military, the intelligence agency ISI, and the dictatorial regime in Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan.

On July 27, 2025, an 11-year-old girl who had been critically injured by a mortar shell fired by the Pakistani military and later died, was brought by demonstrators in the Tera district (Pashtunkhwa) to a military barracks. The demonstrators were demanding justice and an end to the violence. The military’s response was appalling: security forces opened fire on the peaceful crowd, killing seven civilians and injuring at least 15 others.

This tragedy is not an isolated case but part of an alarming pattern of violence that has persisted for decades. Below is a summary of several recent incidents:

• May 19, 2025: According to media reports, a drone strike by the Pakistani military in North Waziristan killed four children and injured five others.

• May 28, 2025: In South Waziristan, 23 civilians, including several children and teenagers who were playing volleyball, were injured by drone fire from the Pakistani military.

• June 24, 2025: Amnesty International reported repeated drone attacks in the Pashtunkhwa province, where at least 17 people – including five children – have been killed this year alone, most recently in a deadly strike on June 20, 2025. These attacks reportedly also targeted residential homes and volleyball games.

• July 22, 2025: In the Gomal area of the Tank region, two six-year-old children were killed in another Pakistani military attack.

The Pakistani military intelligence agency ISI, military generals, and dictatorial rulers on both sides of the Durand Line are responsible for grave crimes. They bear significant responsibility for the 46 years of war, chaos, and humanitarian catastrophe in Afghanistan. In this ongoing conflict, countless innocent people – including infants, children, pregnant women, the sick, and the elderly – have been killed on roads, in markets, hospitals, schools, universities, mosques, workplaces, and in their homes.

On the other side of the Durand Line, in Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa, the population has endured over 77 years of severe repression by the ISI, the military, and the dictatorial government. This includes targeted killings, bombings of civilian areas, arbitrary arrests, torture, mass killings, and the enforced disappearances of activists, journalists, teachers, and intellectuals. This is the brutal reality on the ground.

Those who speak out against this oppression face persecution, abduction, torture, murder, or simply vanish without a trace. Many families still do not know whether their missing loved ones are alive, imprisoned, or already murdered. Women who peacefully protest in Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa to learn the fate of their husbands, sons, or brothers are regularly met with brutal violence. Security forces use rubber bullets, tear gas, and mass arrests – resulting repeatedly in deaths, injuries, and arbitrary detentions.

A particularly disturbing example is the imprisonment of human rights activist Dr. Mahrang Baloch, who was arrested on March 22, 2025, for peacefully protesting alongside other women against the enforced disappearance of civilians. Prominent politician and human rights activist Ali Wazir from Pashtunkhwa has also been repeatedly arrested since December 2020 and remains in custody with only short interruptions. He has publicly advocated for the rights of the oppressed populations in Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan and openly criticized the Pakistani military and leadership.

The Pakistani state misuses the so-called fight against terrorism as a pretext to criminalize peaceful movements while simultaneously receiving billions in financial aid from the international community. While high-ranking Pakistani officials like Army Chief Asim Munir and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar travel abroad seeking funds under the guise of combating terrorism, the Pakistani intelligence agency ISI has, for decades, supported over 30 terrorist organizations – including IS-Khorasan and the Taliban. These groups are trained, armed, and deployed across both sides of the Durand Line and into other countries to spread violence, instability, and chaos.

We ask: What kind of game is Pakistan playing before the eyes of the international community?

This double game must be exposed and stopped by the international community.

In light of these alarming developments, we demand:

• An immediate international investigation into the violent crimes against civilians in Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa

• The immediate release of all political prisoners in Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan, including Dr. Mahrang Baloch and Ali Wazir

• Sanctions against the Pakistani military, dictatorial rulers, and intelligence agencies

• The designation of Pakistan as a state sponsor of terrorism

• An immediate end to all military and financial cooperation with Pakistan

• International criminal prosecution of those responsible in the Pakistani military, intelligence services, and government

The international community must no longer remain silent or look away. The continued crimes against humanity under the pretense of a so-called anti-terror campaign can no longer be tolerated. We call for an end to double standards and the consistent enforcement of international law.

We speak clearly and truthfully: There will be no lasting peace in the region as long as the two parts of Afghanistan remain divided. We are one country, one people, one culture.

We urgently call for your attention and support.

The bandits of Punjabistan and the ISI have made changes to the holy religion of Islam out of self-interest and for their own purposes. Many of the Taliban's actions are the very same atrocities that Punjabistan and the ISI commit against our sisters and brothers in Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan.
Anyone who demands their rights is arrested and beaten by them.
Any journalist who criticizes the bandits of Punjabistan and the ISI is arrested, beaten, or killed.
Over the years, they have imprisoned, tortured, and murdered more than one hundred thousand innocent people.

The bandits of Punjabistan and the ISI have arbitrarily added things to Islam in order to justify their brutal crimes, to make their unlawful actions seem legitimate, and to deceive the people.
They have sent their obedient slaves in the form of the Taliban to carry out all the aforementioned atrocities — and even more — against the oppressed Afghan people.

Whether it is Mullah Sherin or others — they are all agents of Punjabistan and the ISI.
Those who obey Punjabistan bow to Punjabistan. Those who follow Islam bow toward the holy Kaaba (Mecca).
Death to the agents who serve the ISI!

Petition to the United Nations

Dear Sir or Madam,

We strongly oppose the presence of Taliban representatives in Germany and call on the German government to reject any representation of the Taliban in the Afghan embassy or consulates on German soil.

The Taliban are not a legitimate representation of the Afghan people, but rather a terrorist organization that systematically violates fundamental human rights and brutally oppresses the Afghan population. Recognizing or tolerating their diplomatic presence in Germany would be a violation of the principles of human dignity, the rule of law, and international law.

Particularly grave is the institutionalized oppression of women and girls by the Taliban. Since their takeover, they have issued a series of misogynistic decrees that virtually ban women from education, employment, freedom of movement, and participation in society. This constitutes gender-based apartheid and represents a flagrant violation of international human rights norms.

We urge the German government to expel all Taliban members currently residing in Germany or bring them to justice—ideally before the International Criminal Court in The Hague. Those responsible must be held accountable for crimes against humanity, especially against women and minorities.

Any secret or informal agreements between the German government and the Taliban contradict the core values of a democratic constitutional state. Germany must not become a partner to a regime that practices terror, systematic oppression, and gender apartheid.

موږ خبر سولو چې څو ورځې مخکې، په کندّهار ښار کې، دوو ښځو — چی یوه ځوانه او بله سپین سری وه — غوښتل چې په بازار کی دشیریخ والا په دکان کې شیریخ وخوري. شیریخ والا ځوانې ښځې ته اجازه ورنه کړه چی په دکان کی یی شیریخ وخوری او ویې ویل چې د طالبانو د امر پر اساس هغه ښځی دکان ته د ورتګ اجازه نه لری چی عمر یی تر پنځوسو کالو کم وی

کله چې ښځې د خپلو حقونو غوښتنه کوي، نو طالبان — چې د پنجابستان غلامان دي — هغوی لتوي، او بندی کوی یي. که ښځې په خپل کور کې د ښادی په ورځ دریه وهی، نو طالبان د هغوی نارینه خپلوان نیسي، سخت اذیت او لت ورکوي او د هغوی د لاسونو او پښو هډوکی ور ماتوي. ښځینه خبریالانو ته د کار کولو اجازه نه ورکوی. هغه ښځې چې له خپلو مېړونو څخه یی په خپله غوښتنه طلاق اخیستی وي، طالبان د دوی طلاق نه منی او مجبوره کوی یي چې خپلو مړونو ته بیرته ستون سي

طالبان هیڅ سیاسي وړتیا نلري. د دوی روانه تګلاره د دوی د خپل فکر نتیجه نه ده او نه هم د اسلام سره تړاو لری، بلکې دا د پاکستان د پوځي استخباراتو ادارې (آی ایس آی) د خوا جوړه سوی ستراتیژی ده چی ، له اسلام سره یی ګډه کړې ده. ځکه نو دوی د پنجابستان د اهدافو دپاره د دیني اصولو تعبیر په غلط ډول کوی. دا موضوع هم افغان ولس ته او نړیوالې ټولنې ته روښانه ده

پنجابستان طالبان د خپلو ګوډاګیانو یا د لاس د آلو په څېر په لوړ پوړو دفترونو کې کښینولی دی چی د پاکستان دپاره خدمت وکي. دا خاینان د پنجابستان په امر سره د ښځو حقونه تر پښو لاندې کوي، ظلم پرکوي، او په پلان سوی توګه ښځې ګواښي او بیروی یی

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

It is known to us and to the international community that the "servants of Punjabistan" are gravely violating human rights in Afghanistan — particularly the rights of women — and are systematically trampling upon them.

In many regions, girls are only allowed to attend school up to the sixth grade, and in some areas, they are denied education altogether. Women are not permitted to work, to shop alone, or to express themselves freely on the streets or in public markets.

It was recently reported that two women — one young and one older — tried to have ice cream at a café in Kandahar province. The vendor denied entry to the younger woman, stating that the Taliban had recently issued an order banning women under the age of 50 from entering his ice cream shop.

When women demand their rights, they are beaten, intimidated, and arrested by the Taliban — who act as servants of Punjabistan. If women wish to play a traditional instrument called Darya during a celebration at home, the Taliban arrest their male relatives, severely abuse them, and break their arms and legs. Female journalists are banned from practicing their profession. Women who independently decide to divorce their husbands receive no legal recognition and are forced to return to their former spouses.

The Taliban possess no political competence. Their current strategy is not the result of their own thinking, but was devised by Pakistan’s military intelligence agency, the ISI. It was imposed on them, mixed with Islamic directives, and distorted through false interpretation to manipulate religious principles. This is known both to the Afghan people and the international community.

The Taliban have been placed in high offices as tools of Punjabistan and serve the interests of Pakistan. Under the command of Punjabistan, they trample women's rights, oppress, tyrannize, and systematically intimidate women.

We appeal to the international community: Do not enter into covert agreements or business dealings with the Taliban. Please do not support this regime or recognize its government.

We promise the women of Afghanistan: Once we assume leadership of the country, we will fully restore all women’s rights — including access to education, employment, freedom of movement, freedom of expression, and equality before the law.

To our entire, esteemed nation of Greater Afghanistan:

The government of Punjabistan has trained over 30 terrorist groups, one of which is the Taliban. The Taliban violently took over the government of Afghanistan four years ago. The Taliban regime does not represent true Islam. They have merged Islam with the strategy of the Pakistani intelligence agency (ISI). Many ministers and governors of the Taliban are ISI agents. One of these agents was Mullah "Jizhgai," who was once appointed as Minister of Mining and Petroleum. Under ISI orders, Mullah Jizhgai auctioned off Afghanistan's oil and mineral resources.

Another traitor is the Foreign Minister Muttaqi. It is reported that Muttaqi, in phone conversations with former Pakistani army chief General Qamar Bajwa, asked for permission to speak with India. Only after receiving Bajwa's approval did he engage in talks with India. Our people of Greater Afghanistan are ashamed of the actions of such a traitorous minister. It is also said that this traitor Muttaqi is engaged in business activities in Pakistan.

We do not accept this terrorist Taliban government nor the agents and servants of the Pakistani ISI, who have oppressed our Afghan people with violence, violated all human rights, and committed cruel crimes against innocent people.

We, the people of Greater Afghanistan, do not recognize any of the agreements signed by these traitors, terrorists, and ISI-servants with other countries regarding Afghanistan's mineral resources – nor the agreement concerning the railway connection between Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, and Pakistan.

Dear Government of Uzbekistan,
 
We learned from the media that you have signed an agreement with the Taliban and Pakistan to build a railway line that will run through Afghanistan. We reject and void this agreement.
 
Until further notice, we cannot offer you the possibility of using Afghanistan as a transit route for your trade with Pakistan. Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan is our territory. Once Pakistan hands over our territory to us, we can then negotiate with you on rail and transit arrangements through Afghanistan for your trade with Pakistan. Until then, you have the option of using the Iranian port of Chahbahar or other routes for your trade.
 
We have already informed you about our above-mentioned principle in our letter dated April 22, 2022. So we ask you to respect our rule that is not to use our country for your trade with Pakistan. In case of violation of the above rules, we will be forced to impose a complete ban on our trade relations with Usebkistan.

Dear Sir or Madam,

For the past 77 years, the ruling powers and successive governments of Pakistan have attempted to subjugate the peoples of Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa through arrests, torture, targeted killings, bombings, and rocket attacks on civilian homes. On both sides of the Durand Line, they have employed every brutal measure at their disposal, murdering countless innocent people in the process. Yet despite this strategy, they have failed to achieve their goal — the subjugation of the peoples of Balochistan, Pashtunkhwa, and the regions beyond the Durand Line.

If you are truly interested in establishing lasting peace with Greater Afghanistan, then we expect — as the only sustainable solution — the immediate withdrawal of your army from our territories of Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa, the unconditional release of all political prisoners from these regions, and the relocation of your border posts to their original position prior to 1893, at Attock.

Anything less is self-deception. You will never succeed in claiming our territories or winning over the peoples of Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa. It is time to open your eyes and acknowledge that your strategy has failed for the past 77 years and has brought no results. The continued killing of innocent civilians — from children to the elderly — on both sides of the Durand Line must come to an end.

Our offer represents a path toward peace and happiness for both nations.

له هغه وخته چې طالبان د ۲۰۲۱ کال د اګست په ۱۵مه د زور له لارې پر افغانستان واکمن سول، په هېواد کې د بشري حقونو وضعیت - په ځانګړي ډول د ښځو او نجونو لپاره - خورا زیات  خراب سوی دی. د ملګرو ملتونو اداری، د بخښنې نړیوال سازمان (امنیسټی انټرنیشنل)، او د بشري حقونو د څار ادارې (هومان رایټ واچ) په ګډون نړیوالو ادارو راپور ورکړی دی چې طالبان د سیستماتیکو او پراخو سرغړونو مرتکب سوي دی، چې ډېر یې د جنسیتي توپیر او د بشريت ضد جرمونو په توګه طبقه بندي سوي دی. طالبانو تر ۸۰ زیات فرمانونه صادر کړي دی چې د خلکو حقونه په جدي توګه محدودوي

له زده کړو څخه محرومیت
نجونو ته د شپږم ټولګي څخه وروسته (د ۱۲ کلنۍ څخه وروسته) ښوونځي ته د تلو اجازه نسته. له دې امله میلیونونه نجونې له خپل راتلونکي محرومې څخه سوې دي. ښځې په بشپړه توګه له پوهنتونونو منع سويدی. هغه تعلیمي ادارې چې د طالبانو د قوانینو اطاعت نه کوي، په زور تړل سوي دی

 له کار او ټولنیز ژوند څخه د ښځو محرومیت
ښځې له دولتي وظیفو څخه ایستل سوې دی او په کورونو کی پاته کیدو ته اړ ایستل سوي دي. پدې کې دولتي مامورینی، ښوونکي، خبریالانی، پولیسانی او وکیلانی هم شاملی دي. د ښځو په رهبرۍ کاروبارونه، لکه د ښکلا سالونونه او ورزشځایونه، چی ښځو ته یی خدمات وړاندی کول، بند سويدی.  ښځو ته اجازه نه ورکوي چې د ملي او نړیوالو مرستندویو ادارو یا د ملګرو ملتونو لپاره کار وکړي - دا کار د بشري مرستو په برخه کې منفي اغېزی کړیدی. ښځې له ټولو ټولنیزو، اقتصادي او سیاسي پرېکړو څخه ایستل سوي او د عامه ژوند څخه حذف سوې دي

د ښځو له خوا د طالبانو پر ضد سوله‌يیزی مظاهرې په زور سره ځپل کېږي، ځینې وختونه طالبانو د لاریون کوونکو خواته د توپک ډزی هم کړیدی . ښځینه مظاهره کوونکې نیول کېږي، تښتول کېږي او شکنجه کېږي. د طالبانو یو قانون، چې د "امر بالمعروف" په نوم یادېږي، ښځې له دې څخه منع کوي چې په عامه توګه خبرې وکړي، ځکه د دوی ږغونه "محرم" ګڼل کېږي

 د تاوتریخوالي پر وړاندې د ساتنې نشتوالی او ظالمانه عدلي سیستم
د ښځو د خوندیتوب پناهځایونه او ملاتړ مرکزونه تړل سويدی. د تاوتریخوالي څخه د ښځو د ساتنې لپاره پخوانی قانون لغوه سو. راپورونه وايي چې هغه مجرمین چې د مخکني حکومت لخوا د ښځو سره د تاوتریخوالی په تړاو محکوم سوي وه، طالبانو بیرته د بند څخه خوشې کړي دي. د جبري ودونو (په شمول د کوچنیانو نجونو د جبری واده کولو) او همدارنګه د طالب جنګیالیو لخوا د جنسي تېريو راپورونه زیات سوي دی، په ځانګړي ډول د اقلیتونو پرښځو (لکه  هزاره ګانو پر ښځو) جنسي تېري سویدی. ښځې او نجونې د ناموس په نوم "جرمونو" (لکه زنا یا له کوره تښته) له امله په عامه توګه وهل کېږي یا سنګسار کېږي. طالبان هغه ښځې او نجونې چې محرم نه لري، د خپلې "ملکیت" په توګه ګڼي.

په طالب زندانونو کې پراخ تشدد موجود دی. بندیان د وهلو، برقی شاک ورکولو، او نورو ظالمانه طریقو راپورونه ورکوي. مظاهره کوونکي له نیول کېدو وروسته شکنجه کېږي. اقرارونه په زور او تر فشار لاندې اخیستل کېږي. په عام محضر کی د چلاخو یعنی درو په واسطه د ښځو او نارینه وو وهل د طالبانو د محکمی عادي سزا ده چی هره ورځ په ډیرو ولایتو کی تطبیق کیږی

 اعدامونه او غیرقانوني وژنې
پخواني امنیتي کسان او سیاسي مخالفین قصداً تښتول کېږي او وژل کېږي. ملګري ملتونه د ولسي وګړو د له قانونه پرته وژنو راپورونه ورکوي. اعدامونه اوس هم اجرا کیږي - هغه هم د تش په نامه محاکمو وروسته چې د قانوني معیارونو سره هیڅ توافق نه لري

د بیان د آزادۍ او مطبوعاتو ځپل
له ۲۰۲۱ کال راهیسې له ۲۰۰ زیاتی رسنی تړل سوي دی. خپلواکه رسنۍ منع یا سانسور سوي دي. خبریالان ځورول کېږي، بندي کېږي، وهل کېږي یا وژل کېږي. ډېر یې پټ سوي یا بهر ته تښتېدلي دي. د ۲۰۲۱ کال د اګست څخه  د ۲۰۲۴ کال تر سپتمبر پوری، د خبریالانو په وړاندې د خپل سري نیولو، شکنجې، ناوړه ګټه اخیستنې او ګواښونو ۳۳۶ قضیې ثبت سوې دي.د طالبانو پر رژیم نیوکه ممنوع ده - رسنۍ نسي کولای هغه څه خپاره کړي چې د طالبانو د اسلام له تعبیر سره مخالف وي. ښځې له خبریالۍ څخه په پلان سوی توګه ایستل سوي دي

د قومي او مذهبي لږکیو (اقلیتونو) سره تعصب
قومي او مذهبي لږکي (اقلیتونه) - په ځانګړي ډول هزاره شیعه ګان - د سیستماتیک تبعیض، بې ځایه کیدو، تاوتریخوالي او ظلمونو سره مخامخ دي

د فرهنګي آزادیو لغو کول 
فرهنګي فعالیتونه لکه موسیقي یا د دودیزو جشنونو (لکه نوروز) لمانځل منع دي. حتی ساده تفریحي فعالیتونه لکه (قطعه بازی) هم منع سوي دي. لږ موده وړاندی د کندهار په ښار کې د واده په مراسمو کې ښځو دریه وهله. طالبانو د ناوې او زوم د کورنۍ څو نارینه خپلوان ونیول او سخت یی شکنجه کړل. راپورونه وايي چې د دوی لاسونه، پښې او سرونه مات سوي دی، او د چلاخو په واسطه سخت وهل سوي دی

طالبان د ۲۰۲۱ کال په اګست کې د وسلو په زور پر واک راغلل او له هغه راهیسې یې افغان ولس د ټول انسانی حقونو څخه محروم کړي دي. د طالبانو امارت د چین د کمونیستي رژیم څخه هم ظالمانه دی.د طالبانو ډېری کړنې نه یوازې چې د اسلام د اساساتو سره تړاو نه لري، بلکې د اسلامي ارزښتونو خلاف دي. پرافغان ولس  د طالبانو  ظلمونه او تاوتریخوالي داسی اعمال دی لکه څنګه چې یی د چین رژیم د اقلیتونو او مخالفینو سره کوي

 د طالبانو ځینې مشران د کلونو په اوږدو کې د پاکستان د پوځي استخباراتو ادارې، (آی ایس آی) لخوا په پلان سوی ډول غولول سوي دي.ي. ډېر طالبان یوازې د اقتصادي مجبورۍ له امله د اوسنی رژیم سره همکاري کوي، ځکه دوی د کورنۍ د نفقې لپاره معاش ته اړ دي

موږ د ټولو هېوادونو څخه جدي غوښتنه کوو چی په هېڅ ډول دې د طالبانو امارت په رسمیت و نه پېژني

We Appeal to the International Community: Do Not Recognize the Taliban Emirate

To the International Community,
Ladies and Gentlemen,

The Afghan people have suffered for 46 years on one side of the Durand Line under war and disaster. On the other side — in Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa — the people have endured 77 years of tyranny, oppression, and killings at the hands of Pakistan’s war criminal generals and criminal dictators.

Since the Taliban seized power in Afghanistan on August 15, 2021, the human rights situation in the country — especially for women and girls — has drastically deteriorated. International organizations such as the United Nations (UN), Amnesty International, and Human Rights Watch have reported systematic and widespread repression, often classified as gender apartheid and crimes against humanity. The Taliban have issued over 80 decrees and regulations that severely restrict the rights of the population.

Below is a summary of the documented human rights violations:

I. Systematic Deprivation of Women and Girls: The System of Gender Apartheid

• Restrictions on Freedom of Movement and Strict Dress Codes:
  Women are only allowed to leave the house when accompanied by a male guardian (Mahram). Unaccompanied women are not permitted to use public transportation such as taxis or buses. In public, they are required to fully cover themselves — either in a burqa or a black garment that also conceals the face. They are barred from parks, bathhouses, gyms, and other public spaces.

• Exclusion from Education:
  Girls are banned from attending school from sixth grade onward (approximately age 12). As a result, millions of girls are deprived of their future. Women are entirely barred from attending universities. Educational institutions that fail to comply with Taliban rules have been forcibly closed.

• Work Bans and Exclusion from Public Life:
  Women have been systematically removed from public service or forced to stay at home. This includes civil servants, teachers, journalists, police officers, and lawyers. Beauty salons, gyms, and other women-led businesses have been shut down. A decree forbids women from working for national and international NGOs, as well as for UN agencies — with dramatic consequences for humanitarian aid in the country. Women have been excluded from all societal, economic, and political decision-making processes and are effectively erased from public life.

• Suppression of Freedom of Expression and Assembly:
  Peaceful protests by women against Taliban policies are violently suppressed, sometimes with firearms. Female protestors are arrested, abducted, and abused. A so-called “virtue law” forbids women from speaking in public, as their voices are deemed “intimate.”

• Lack of Protection from Violence and Arbitrary Justice:
  Women’s shelters and support centers have been closed. The previous law to protect women from violence was repealed. Reports indicate that perpetrators who had been convicted under the previous government were released from prison by the Taliban. There are numerous reports of forced marriages — including of minors — as well as sexual violence by Taliban fighters, particularly against women from ethnic minorities such as the Hazara. Women and girls are publicly flogged or executed — sometimes by stoning — for so-called “moral crimes” such as “adultery” or “running away.” Taliban members claim girls and women without male guardians as their “property.”

II. General Human Rights Violations Under the Taliban Regime

• Arbitrary Arrests, Abductions, and Imprisonment:
  Former government officials, security personnel, human rights defenders, journalists, and suspected political opponents are arbitrarily arrested, abducted, and detained. Reports speak of systematic “house-to-house searches.” These are often carried out at night and without legal basis.

• Torture and Abuse:
  Widespread violence occurs in Taliban prisons. Victims report floggings, beatings, electric shocks, and other brutal methods. Protesters are tortured upon arrest. Confessions are extracted under duress. Public floggings are a routine tool of Taliban justice.

• Executions and Extrajudicial Killings:
  Former security personnel and political opponents are deliberately abducted and killed. The United Nations reports extrajudicial killings of civilians. Public executions still take place — often after arbitrary procedures that do not meet the minimum standards of the rule of law.

• Suppression of Press and Freedom of Expression:
  Since August 2021, over 200 media outlets have been shut down. Independent media have been banned or censored. Journalists are persecuted, imprisoned, abused, or killed. Many have gone into hiding or fled. Between August 2021 and September 2024, 336 cases of arbitrary arrests, torture, abuse, and threats against journalists were documented. Critical reporting is prohibited — media may not publish content that contradicts the Taliban’s interpretation of Islam. Women have been systematically removed from journalism.

• Discrimination Against Ethnic and Religious Minorities:
  Ethnic minorities — especially the Shia Hazara — face systematic discrimination, displacement, and violence. Religious minorities are also oppressed.

• Denial of Cultural Freedoms:
  Cultural activities such as music or the celebration of traditional festivals like Nawruz have been banned. Even leisure activities like card games are forbidden. A recent incident in the city of Kandahar illustrates the extent of the repression: during a wedding celebration, women played the traditional instrument Daryā. In response, Taliban fighters arrested several male relatives from the bride’s and groom’s families and subjected them to severe abuse. Reports indicated serious injuries, including broken arms, legs, and skulls, as well as flogging.

• Other Restrictions on Personal Freedoms:
  The Taliban have codified into law that men must wear a beard at least the length of a fist as a mandatory requirement. Any violation—such as trimming or shaving the beard—is punished, whether through arrest, loss of employment, or even physical violence.
  According to Article 17 of their "Law on the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice," the Taliban have also banned the publication and broadcast of images of living beings—including humans and animals.

Conclusion:

Since seizing power through armed force in August 2021, the Taliban regime has held the Afghan population hostage and systematically sought to silence all dissenting voices through targeted violence and repression. The Taliban Emirate is even more oppressive than the communist tyranny in China. Many of the Taliban's crimes have no basis in Islam and directly contradict core Islamic values. Their actions are rooted in oppression and tyranny — comparable to China’s repression of minorities and dissenters.

Some Taliban leaders have been systematically manipulated over the years by Pakistan’s military intelligence agency, the ISI. A large number of Taliban members cooperate with the regime out of economic desperation, as they depend on their salaries to provide for their families.

We urgently call on all countries of the international community: under no circumstances should the Taliban Emirate be recognized.

If you believe that recognizing the Taliban regime would reduce the number of Afghan refugees or enable their deportation, you are mistaken. As long as this repressive and inhumane regime remains in power, millions will be forced to flee the country — and it is their right to seek safety from threats to their lives and well-being.

We envision a liberal Emirate in Afghanistan — one that respects human rights, especially the rights of women, and is committed to justice, freedom, and tolerance. We kindly ask you to support the establishment of a liberal Emirate in Afghanistan that is based on the principles of human dignity, respect for women's rights, freedom and justice, and that treats followers of all religions with respect.

We appeal to the Russian government not to grant political recognition to this regime. Such recognition would not only legitimize severe human rights violations but also further deepen the suffering of countless Afghan women.

We urge you to take a stand for human rights, for freedom, and for the dignity of the Afghan people—especially its women. We sincerely ask you not to recognize the current regime in Afghanistan.

We have learned through the media that the Taliban, on the orders of the Minister of Justice Abdul Hakim Sharei, have destroyed your homes. We are deeply saddened by this.

As you are aware, there are traitors among the Taliban, such as Abdul Hakim Sharei and others, who have been appointed by the intelligence service of Punjabistan, the “ISI”, and who, under their orders, commit such atrocities against you.

We wish to provide compensation from the state treasury of Afghanistan to all nomadic brothers and sisters whose homes were destroyed by the Taliban—five thousand US dollars per destroyed house. We also demand additional privileges for the entire nomadic population of Greater Afghanistan.

Abdul Hakim Sharei is a traitor trained by the “ISI” of Punjabistan. In the future, we will bring such traitors—like him and others who serve the ISI of Punjab, live in servitude of Punjab, and betray their own people—to justice.

Gulbuddin Hekmatyar is known as the so-called “Butcher of Kabul.”

Dear Sir or Madam,

Gulbuddin Hekmatyar is considered one of Afghanistan’s first well-known terrorists. In the 1990s, he devastated Kabul with massive rocket attacks. According to some reports, he killed more than 65,000 people during these assaults, while other sources estimate the number of victims to be as high as 200,000. For this reason, many Afghans refer to him as the “Butcher of Kabul.”

Hekmatyar bears responsibility for the deaths of countless innocent people across Afghanistan. He is a war criminal who should have long been brought to justice. Yet to this day, he lives freely and without consequence.

He is seen as a puppet and servant of bandits and gangsters from Punjabistan, to whom he has remained loyal while betraying Afghanistan. He should be ashamed of his crimes and his betrayal.

Martyr Gilaman Wazir – Poet, Patriot, and Politician

Dear Sir or Madam,

Martyr Gilaman Wazir was not only a sincere patriot but also a gifted poet and politician. His deep love for Greater Afghanistan and his patriotic convictions were powerfully reflected in his poetic works.

Greater Afghanistan and the Afghan people held a special place in his heart. Martyr Gilaman Wazir sacrificed his life in tireless service to his homeland. He was martyred by bandits and criminals from Punjabistan. He leaves behind a family and children.

On October 4, 2024, we announced that, in recognition of his sacrifice, we will present a patriotic award to the family of Martyr Gilaman Wazir in the form of a monetary prize of 20,000 US dollars and a 100-gram gold coin.

In addition, we intend to support the family of this great patriot with financial assistance totaling 1 million US dollars. Of this amount, 500,000 US dollars will be granted to the honorable mother of Gilaman Wazir, and 500,000 US dollars will be given to his family.

The name of Martyr Gilaman Wazir will forever be engraved in golden letters in the history of Afghanistan.

For the past 46 years, Afghanistan has suffered from war, chaos, and humanitarian disasters. On the other side of the Durand Line, the people of Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa have been subjected to massive repression by the Pakistani military and dictatorial regimes for more than 77 years. War criminal generals and criminal rulers systematically use violence against the civilian population: targeted killings, torture, arbitrary arrests, mass murders, and enforced disappearances are part of their brutal daily reality. Those who dare to speak out are abducted—many families do not know whether their missing loved ones are still alive, imprisoned, or already murdered.


Women who peacefully protest in the streets of Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa, demanding information about the fate of their husbands, sons, or brothers, are met with brutal violence. Security forces use rubber bullets, tear gas, and arrests. Again and again, protests result in deaths, injuries, and arbitrary detentions.


In Afghanistan, war and disaster have now persisted for 46 years. Millions of innocent people—from infants to the elderly—have been killed. By now, it is clear: this was never the Afghan people’s war, and the desaster was not caused by them. Rather, our territory—Afghanistan, Balochistan, and Pashtunkhwa—was geopolitically exploited, for example, to prevent the former Soviet Union’s access to the Indian Ocean. To achieve this goal, criminal generals and dictatorial regimes in Pakistan were supported—regimes that acted with a brutality reminiscent of Adolf Hitler. Some criminal generals and dictators of Pakistan have publicly stated themselves that they were allegedly 'sold' to the United States and the United Kingdom.

Anyone who resists this oppression is systematically persecuted, tortured, or killed by these war criminal generals and dictatorial rulers. Every form of resistance is violently crushed.


Conclusion:
The Afghan people are not to blame for these conditions. Rather, geopolitical decisions and the interests of some countries have led to this humanitarian catastrophe on both sides of the Durand Line.


As a result, countless people are forced to leave their homeland out of fear for their lives, persecution, and oppression.


Therefore, we urgently appeal to the United Nations and the European Union:


Please do not deport refugees to Afghanistan – the country has been suffering from war, human suffering, and chaos for 46 years.


Please do not deport refugees to Balochistan or Pashtunkhwa. There, they face persecution, torture, enforced disappearances, imprisonment, and death.


We, the Afghan people, are not here to take away your rights. We are simply asking for our own rightful claims: justice, protection, and the right to live in dignity.

We also sent our letter of May 23, 2025, regarding the brutal actions of the Pakistani authorities against innocent people via email to several U.S. Senators.

 

In response to our email, Senator Tim Kaine informed us on May 27, 2025, that the U.S. has long supported democracy and human rights in Pakistan, and has provided financial and diplomatic assistance to strengthen democracy, rule of law, and press freedom there. In order to understand Mr. Kaine’s assessment within the appropriate context, his complete statement is provided below.

 

While the Pakistani regime – composed of war criminal generals and authoritarian rulers – persecutes, arrests, tortures, and even kills innocent people, Senator Kaine refers to U.S. support for democratic structures in Pakistan. Furthermore, Senator Kaine holds the view that Pakistan has long supported American efforts to conduct counterterrorism operations and advance regional security and stability, particularly following the 9/11 attacks. In reality, however, Pakistan has trained more than 30 terrorist groups and sent them to Afghanistan and other countries to carry out attacks. We are therefore disappointed with Senator Kaine’s assessment of the situation in Pakistan.

 

President Joe Biden has stated during his term in office that democracy is under threat worldwide. The Democratic Party of the United States publicly affirms its commitment to supporting democratic principles on an international level. In practice, however, it is unfortunately evident that the authoritarian regime in Pakistan, as well as problematic actors – including generals and rulers involved in war crimes – have benefited from this support.

 

Under the orders of these war criminal generals and dictatorial rulers of Pakistan, several thousand U.S. and ISAF soldiers were killed in Afghanistan, and thousands more were wounded. In addition, Pakistani generals have actively supported terrorism for decades, using various methods that have led to the deaths of approximately 6.5 million members of the Afghan population. These rulers have spread terror and tyranny on both sides of the Durand Line – for 77 years on one side, and 46 years on the other.

Thank you for reaching out to me about the United States relationship with the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region. I appreciate hearing from you about this important topic.

As our neighbor, the LAC region and the U.S. share deep ties and a close history. Our collective prosperity and security are deeply intertwined. As the Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Subcommittee on Western Hemisphere, Transnational Crime, Civilian Security, Democracy, Human Rights, and Global Women's Issues, I have strongly advocated for strengthening the rule of the law and boosting support for the Caribbean, disrupting narcotrafficking networks, and the provision of robust funding for shared priorities in the region.

In March 2023, I introduced the bipartisan Caribbean Basin Security Initiative (CBSI) Authorization Act, S.841. This legislation would improve security cooperation, combat drug trafficking, strengthen the rule of law, and increase disaster resilience in the Caribbean region by boosting support for CBSI. In May 2023, S.841 passed out of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. The next step for the legislation is consideration by the full Senate. I have also introduced various other pieces of bipartisan legislation that would hold Venezuela’s Maduro regime accountable for its human rights abuses, expand economic sanctions on Nicaragua’s Ortega regime, support Nicaraguan political prisoners who have found shelter in the United States, and broaden U.S.-Brazil cooperation in countering environmental crime in the Amazon, among other regional priorities. I am deeply committed to ensuring the LAC region receives the diplomatic engagement and assistance it needs to address our shared challenges.

In April 2023, I led a bipartisan letter to the Chairman and Ranking Member of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on the Department of State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs urging that the Subcommittee provide robust funding for the LAC region. As the LAC faces democratic backsliding, expanded narcotrafficking networks, and encroachment by foreign adversaries like the People’s Republic of China (PRC), Russia, and Iran, our neighbors need robust American support for regional progress.

We in Congress know that we need to do more to help combat the fentanyl epidemic in the region as well, which is why I introduced the Disrupt Fentanyl Trafficking Act of 2023. This bipartisan bill classifies fentanyl trafficking as a national security threat and encourages the U.S. Department of Defense to use its monitoring and intelligence resources to support counter-fentanyl efforts more actively. It also directs the Department of Defense to develop a fentanyl-specific counterdrug strategy that includes enhanced cooperation with Mexican defense officials. I am glad that this legislation was included in the Fiscal Year 2024 National Defense Authorization Act, which was signed by the president on December 22, 2023.

I have also consistently traveled to the region to connect directly with civilians, civil society organizations, and governments to better understand the issues on the ground. In 2021, I led a bipartisan Congressional Delegation (CODEL) with Senator Portman to Guatemala, Mexico, and Colombia to better understand how the U.S. can partner with these countries to address migration and human and narcotics trafficking and curb the presence of transnational criminal organizations. In October 2022, I led a bicameral CODEL with Representative Adriano Espaillat to Costa Rica, Panama, and the Dominican Republic, which are all founding members of the Alliance for Development and Democracy (ADD). We discussed the importance of this partnership and effective ways to bolster economic development and combat democratic backsliding throughout the region. In June 2022, I also attended the Ninth Summit of the Americas in Los Angeles, where I engaged with our partners in the LAC region and discussed efforts to address our collective challenges. In 2023, I led a bicameral CODEL to Guatemala and Honduras to discuss the importance of democracy, stability, migration, economic growth, and security in the region. Engaging directly with our partners in the Western Hemisphere is important to addressing our shared challenges, and I will continue to visit the region to better understand the issues that our neighbors face.

In December 2023, Congresswoman Nydia Velazquez introduced a resolution calling for the annulment of the Monroe Doctrine and the development of a "New Good Neighbor" policy between the United States and the LAC. H.Res.943 has been referred to the House Committee on Foreign Affairs. Although similar legislation has not been introduced in the Senate, I will be sure to keep your views in mind.

As a former Jesuit missionary who ran a technical school in Honduras and as the Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Subcommittee on Western Hemisphere, I have always believed that by supporting our neighbors, the U.S. and LAC can thrive in addressing our shared challenges.

As long as the two parts of Afghanistan remain divided, the ongoing conflicts will persist. This division is the result of shortsighted and naive political decisions.

Our demand is the reunification of Afghanistan. Upon achieving this goal, we intend to conduct our international trade independently through our port in Balochistan, providing direct access to the sea.

We have repeatedly emphasized that our political position on this matter will not change. We call on Pakistan to immediately withdraw its terrorist military forces from the regions of Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa. Likewise, we demand the withdrawal of all Chinese nationals from these territories.

The Nuclear Bomb in Pakistan Is a Major Threat to the World – Pleas Wake Up!

Distinguished Representatives of the United Nations, Ladies and Gentlemen,

We hereby express our deep concern regarding the nuclear threat posed by Pakistan and its continued support for terrorist organizations. It is well known to the international community that Pakistan has, for decades, trained and supported terrorist groups, including IS-Khorasan. These terrorist networks represent a serious threat to global peace and security.

Particularly alarming is the involvement of the Pakistani military intelligence agency, the ISI, in numerous acts of terrorism. There is substantial evidence suggesting that the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, were planned with the participation of the ISI—resulting in the deaths of thousands of innocent people. This underscores the role of Pakistan's military leadership as a sponsor and enabler of international terrorism.

The fact that Pakistan’s nuclear weapons are controlled by corrupt military generals, many of whom are linked to terrorist activities, presents an immense risk to the entire world. Unchecked access to these weapons by elements within the Pakistani military could lead to catastrophic consequences for global security.

We therefore urgently appeal to the international community—and in particular, to the United Nations—to take appropriate and decisive action to neutralize Pakistan’s nuclear capabilities. An assertive and coordinated international response is essential to prevent further escalation of this threat.

On April 22, 2025, a horrific and barbaric terrorist attack took place in Pahalgam, located in the Indian-administered region of Kashmir, in which 26 civilians, including a Nepalese tourist, were killed, and several innocent individuals were seriously injured.

Investigations by India’s National Investigation Agency (NIA) identified several terrorist groups as responsible for the attack, including:

• The Resistance Front (TRF) – an offshoot of the Pakistani terror organization Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT),

• Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM),

• Hizbul Mujahideen.

All three groups are among a list of over 30 terrorist organizations that, according to international intelligence assessments, are trained, funded, and deployed from within Pakistan for attacks abroad.

We call on the international community to take decisive and coordinated measures against the threat posed by the Pakistani state and its support for terrorist networks.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

As is known to our Afghan nation and to the world, Pakistan’s bloodthirsty criminals, generals, and dictators have used every means of oppression at their disposal to subjugate the Afghan people on both sides of the Durand Line. But we will never hand over our sisters and brothers in Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa to the hands of the oppressors and bloodthirsty dictators.

These dictators should have realized long ago that a family cannot be divided in two. The bloodthirsty thieves and bandits from Punjabistan have now come to understand that their political strategy has failed. We, the people of Greater Afghanistan—on both sides of the Durand Line—are liberating ourselves from the rule of these oppressors, thieves, and bandits of Punjabistan.

We request that all Turkish consulates in Afghanistan be closed and that all Turkish aid projects in the country be immediately suspended. Only the Turkish Embassy in Kabul should remain open for strictly diplomatic purposes.

Furthermore, we urge that no Turkish soldiers or military units be stationed or present in any form on Afghan territory. We firmly express our position that President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan should refrain from interfering in the internal and external affairs of Afghanistan.

Our access to the Balochistan Sea would grant our people freedom and open access to international trade. We make it unequivocally clear: We will never surrender our territories in Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa to Pakistani oppression or criminal dictators.

As a united Afghan people, we desire to live in peace and firmly believe that without the reunification of our country, lasting peace cannot be achieved. Peace without reunification would be an illusion.

We will by no means hand over our people in Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa to the war criminal generals and criminal dictators of Punjibistan.

The bandits of Punjabistan! It is well known to you that you have spilled the blood of thousands of innocent people on the streets of Afghanistan, causing streams of blood to flow.

You have killed people from infants to the elderly in terror. You have committed targeted murders. You have killed people at weddings, turning the joy of Afghans into grief. You have shot pregnant women in the abdomen in hospitals and killed them. You have murdered infants who had been born only one or two hours earlier. You have spilled blood in schools and universities, killing innocent students and pupils. You have blown up buses with bombs and killed innocent travelers. You have spilled blood in markets and shopping centers, murdering innocent people. You have caused explosions at airports, spilling the blood of innocent people. You have spilled blood in cities and villages, murdering innocent people. You have spilled blood in state institutions, offices, and in the facilities of the police and military, killing innocent people.

In short, whether they were children, women, elderly people, the sick, pregnant women, civilians, officials, officers, pupils, students, teachers, doctors, engineers, journalists, workers, shopkeepers, traders, Sunnis, Shiites, or others – you have massacred them. In addition to people, you have also killed our livestock. You have destroyed our infrastructure and facilities. You have blown up our bridges. You have destroyed our power pylons. You have destroyed our mosques and the places of worship of Hindus.

You have committed the atrocities and massacres described above, not only in Afghanistan but also captured, tortured, and killed thousands of innocent people in Balochistan and Pakhtunkhwa. You have destroyed their homes. In Balochistan and Pakhtunkhwa, more than 80,000 people are missing, their fate unknown. You have inflicted all kinds of violence and suffering on the Afghan people on both sides of the Durand Line. You wanted to subjugate the Afghan people on both sides of the Durand Line through oppression and violence, but you have not achieved your evil goals.

It would be better if you now use reason and wisdom and peacefully and voluntarily leave Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa. If you do not, the streams of blood you have spilled on both sides of the Durand Line will result in harm coming to you as well. Every one of your crimes against the Afghan people on both sides of the Durand Line will provoke a reaction. The fire you have kindled against the Afghan people for years will also reach you. It will result in streams of blood flowing in your schools, universities, markets, cities, and villages in Punjabistan, just as you have caused them to flow on Afghan soil. Consequently, police officers in Punjabistan will lose their lives, railway tracks will be blown up, power pylons will be destroyed, and so on.

There is a Pashto proverb that says: "Do not do evil to anyone, or evil may befall you." Therefore, we say to you once again: Do not deceive yourselves! It is better that you leave Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa as soon as possible.

Our dear people of Greater Afghanistan, we have numerous plans for promoting the economy and improving the infrastructure.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Around 35 years ago, China was a poor country. The Chinese people could neither afford luxury goods nor cars. The streets of China were not filled with cars; instead, they were dominated by bicycles. The Chinese wore simple, uniform clothing made from inexpensive fabrics.

But look at China today. Every family owns a luxury car, wears high-quality clothing, and lives in prosperity.

In just 35 years, China has worked its way to the forefront of progress, and the people have secured a prosperous life.

Why shouldn’t we be able to reach the same standard of living that China achieved in this period?

When we take control of the government, we will build a modern international airport for Greater Afghanistan in Balochistan. Afghanistan is a beautiful country, and we want to further develop the tourism industry. Afghanistan is also rich in natural resources, and we plan to expand the industry in Afghanistan.

We intend to invest billions of US dollars into the infrastructure of Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa. Furthermore, we will not allow the thieves and bandits from Punjabistan to plunder the natural resources of Greater Afghanistan.

له شاوخوا څلورو کلونو راهیسې په افغانستان کې ښځې په حقیقت کې په خپلو کورونو کې بندېانی دي. دوی ته اجازه نه ورکول کیږي چې خپل کور پریږدي او حتی د کور دباندی د چا سره د خبرو کولو اجازه نه لري. ډیری ښځې د طالبانو دخوا بندیانی سوي او شکنجه سوي دی، حتی پر ځینو ښځو د طالبانو دخوا جنسي تیري هم سوي دی. طالبانود نجونو لپاره د زده کړې حق هم په پراخه کچه محدود کړی دی. له شاوخوا څلورو کلونو راهیسې، له اووم ټولګي څخه پورته نجونو ته ښوونځیو ته د تګ اجازه نسته، پوهنتونونه د نجونو پر مخ تړلي دي. په افغانستان کې هر هغه څوک چې د خپلو حقونو لپاره په لارو اوکوڅو کې ږغ پورته کړي، هغه که نارینه وي یا ښځه، په بې رحمانه ډول وهل کېږي یا بندی کېږي

په تېره بیا د طالبانو پنځو مخکښو استازو په افغانستان کې د بې اندازې کړاونو او ظلمونو لامل سوی دی او د اسلام نوم یې بدنام کړی دی. د دغه پنځو کسانو نومونه په لاندی ډول دی

موږ غوښتنه کوو چې دا پنځه کسان دې ونیول سي او د قانون منګولو ته دې وسپارل سي او یا که اړتیا وي دا کسان دی خنثي کړل سی. البته، دا يادونه مهمه ده چې موږ د طالبانو د ټولو غړو د له منځه وړلو یا وژلو غوښتنه نه کوو. په طالبانو کې ډیری معتدل کسان شتون لري چې د ښځو حقونه مني، د نجونو د ښوونځي پرانیستل غواړي او د افغانستان پرمختګ غواړي. طبعاّ  موږ ددغه معتدلو کسانو لپاره د کار کولو وړاندیز لرو چی دوی دی په ځانګړو دندو او ماموریتونو کی وګمارل سی، لکه د مخدره توکو سره مبارزه، د تروریزم سره مبارزه، د فساد سره مبارزه، د لوی افغانستان په سرحدونو کې کنټرول او نظارت، د معدني زیرمو څارنه او اړو خلکو ته د بشري مرستو ور رسول او ویشل

اوسنی ناوړه حالت ته په کتو، موږ غواړو ټولو هغو هېوادونو ته چې په افغانستان کې پانګونې ته لېوالتيا لري، په ګوته کړو چې هر ډول تړونونه چې دوی د طالبانو سره کړي دی یا یی په راتلونکی کی وکړي – هغه که د کاني زېرمو په برخه کې وي او يا نور مسايل – ټول بې اعتباره دي او نه منل کیږي.  هغوی د افغانستان له ناورین څخه خبر دي او باید په خپلو پریکړو کې دا واقعیت په پام کې ونیسي.

په پای کې له نړیوالې ټولنې غوښتنه کوو: افغانستان په یوه جدي بحرانی حالت کې دی. لوږه، بې وزلي، ناروغۍ، کړاو او بېکاري ورځ تر بلې بدتره کېږي. له همدې امله موږ له تاسو څخه په ټینګه هیله کوو چې د افغان ولس سره مرسته وکړئ، په ځانګړې توګه د خوراکي توکو او درملو په برخه کی او همدارنګه د نورو بیړنیو مرستو په برخو کې لطفاّ ددوی ملاتړ وکړی

It is a disaster in Afghanistan!

Dear Sir or Madam,

As you are certainly aware, Afghanistan is currently experiencing a deep humanitarian catastrophe. The Afghan people are suffering from massive oppression by the Taliban.

For almost four years, women in Afghanistan have been virtually imprisoned in their own homes. They are not allowed to leave their houses and are not permitted to speak on the streets. Many women have already been arrested, tortured, or even raped. The right to education for girls has also been severely restricted. For almost four years, girls from the seventh grade onward have been forbidden to attend school, and universities remain closed to them. Anyone in Afghanistan, whether man or woman, who advocates for their rights on the street is brutally beaten or arrested.

Since their takeover in August 2021, the Taliban have committed numerous atrocities. Below are just a few examples of their crimes:

• On August 18, 2021, in Jalalabad, and on August 19, 2021, in Asadabad, several people were shot because they were carrying the three-colored Afghan national flag on Afghanistan's Independence Day.

• On February 19, 2022, in the city of Kandahar, two women who were sitting in a small taxi (riksha or tuk-tuk) were shot because the driver ignored the Taliban's demand to stop.

• In eastern Afghanistan, drivers were shot because they were listening to music in the car during a wedding.

• In Kabul, at a checkpoint, passengers in cars, including women, were shot.

Across the country, poverty, hunger, unemployment, suffering, and disease are widespread.

In short, Afghanistan is in a humanitarian disaster. The Taliban have no understanding of politics. Pointing weapons at civilians and ordering them not to move is not politics, nor governance; it is idiocy.

In particular, five leading Taliban figures have caused immeasurable suffering in Afghanistan and tarnished the name of Islam. These individuals are:

• Hibatullah Akhundzada, Taliban Leader

• Abdul Hakim Hakkani, Taliban Minister of Justice

• Mohammad Khalid Hanafi, Taliban Minister for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice

• Habibullah Agha, Taliban Minister of Education

• Nida Mohammad Nadeem, Taliban Minister of Higher Education

We demand that these five individuals be arrested and brought to trial, or if necessary, neutralized. However, it is important to emphasize that we are not calling for the elimination or killing of all Taliban members. Within the Taliban, there is a large proportion of moderate forces who accept women's rights, want to open schools, and desire progress for Afghanistan. Naturally, we can propose specific tasks and areas of responsibility for these moderate members, such as in drug control, counterterrorism, anti-corruption efforts, monitoring and surveillance at the borders of Greater Afghanistan, overseeing natural resources, and distributing humanitarian aid to those in need.

In light of the dramatic situation, we wish to inform all countries wishing to invest in Afghanistan that any agreements they have made with the Taliban, or plan to make—whether in the area of natural resources or other matters—are invalid and will not be accepted. They are aware of the catastrophe in Afghanistan and should take this fact into account in their decisions.

In conclusion, we appeal to the international community: Afghanistan is in a serious crisis. Hunger, poverty, disease, suffering, and unemployment are worsening. Therefore, we urgently ask that you help the Afghan people, particularly in the areas of food aid, medical care, and other urgently needed assistance.
