To the NATO Secretary General Mr. Stoltenberg: The Pakistani army engages in terrorism

د ناټو عمومي منشي ښاغلي سټولټنبرګ ته: د پاکستان پوځ په ترهګرۍ کې ښکېل دی

ګرانه سرمنشي سټولټنبرګ،
 
پاکستان له تېرو ۴۳ کلونو راهیسې ترهګر روزي. د پاکستان د پوځ استخباراتي اداره (آی ایس آی) د ترهګرو د روزنې دنده پر غاړه لري. دوی په بلوچستان او پښتونخوا کې بې وزله کورنۍ هڅوي چې خپل کوچنیان مدرسو ته واستوي. په مدرسو کې د ځوانانو  مغزونه مینځل کیږي او د ترهګرۍ روزنه ورکول کیږي. دغه جنګیالي د روزنې له بشپړولو وروسته تر ۲۰ زیاتو تروریستی ډلو باندی ویشل کیږي. په پاکستان کې لاندې تروریستې ډلې شتون لري

په پاکستان کې ځینو ترهګرو جنګیالیو ته د سرو زرو کوچنی کلی ورکول کیږي چې دا د جنت کلي ده. په پاکستان کې  تروریستانو ته د تروریزم د پروپاګند مختلفې پاڼې هم ویشل کیږي. د "شهادت سندونه" ځینې وختونه د وژل شویو جنګیالیو کورنیو ته ویشل کیږي، چی په دغه تصدیقونو کی دا تاییدوي چې وژل سوی ترهګر شهید دی او جنت ته تللی دی. دا کاغذونه دجنت دقوالی په ډول ورکول کیږی . د دغه ډول اسنادو یوه نومونه  لاندې لیدلای سې. دغه ډول نور اسناد هم سته چې د تروریستي اهدافو لپاره توزیع کیږي. په دې توګه له دوه میلیونو څخه زیات بې ګناه افغانان ووژل سول چې شیرخوره ماشومان، کوچنیان ، امیندواره ښځې او بوډاګان پکښې شامل وه.
 
تروریستان له پاکستان څخه تر روزنې وروسته افغانستان ته استول کیږي. په پاکستان کې روزل سوي ډېری ترهګر اوس هم په افغانستان کې دي. د تروریزم اصلي مسؤلین د پاکستان پوځ او جنرالان دي. له ۴۳ کلونو راهیسې د دوی کار  ترهګري ده او د دې کار لپاره له نړۍ څخه په ملیاردونو ډالر ترلاسه کوي. ځینې ​​اشخاص او حکومتونه ادعا کوي چې ترهګري په افغانستان کې رامنځته سوې ده. دا حقیقت نه لری او درواغ دی. په دغه ادعاوو سره د پاکستان پر کړنو پرده اچول کیږی او په ناحقه ټوله ملامتی دافغانستان پر غاړه وراچول کیږی. دا افغان ولس او دنیا ته معلومه ده چې د تروریستانو روزنه د پاکستان داستخباراتی ادارو او پوځ له خوا ترسره کیږي.
 
موږ په دی باره کی څوپلا خطونه ليکلي دی او د دنیا  مهمو او موظفو ادارو ته مو لېږلي دي. د دنیا ډیری لوړ رتبه سیاستوال په دغه موضوع کی چپ پاته دي داسی معلومیږی لکه دوی چی کاڼه وي. هرڅوک په خپلو سترګو ویني چې پاکستان په تروریزم کې ښکیل دی  اما بیا هم ددغه حقیقت څخه سترګی پټوی.
 
ګرانه سرمنشي سټولټنبرګ، د ۲۰۲۲ کال په جون کې، تاسی په هسپانیه کې د ناټو په کانفرانس  کې د  کامرې مخ ته وویل:
"موږ  تروریزم زموږ مشترک امنیت ته د یو اصلي ګواښ په توګه وپیژندلی.
موږ د تروریزم دمختلفو ډولونو سره د مبارزې په برخه کې پرخپل پرمختګ  باندی غور وکړی.
موږ خپله ژمنه بیا تایید کړل چی موږ به په عزم او پیوستون سره  دتروریزم په مقابل کی مبارزې ته دوام ورکوو ."

 زما ستاسی پورتنی خبری ډیری خوښی سولی او حتی ستاسو دخبرو ویډیو می ثبت کړل او په خپل آرشیف کې می ساتلې ده. موږ  ستاسی څخه  په ټینګه غوښتنه کوو چې لطفا عدالت ته پاملرنه وکړی د پاکستان د حکومت پروړاندې سخت اقدام وکړئ او د اړتیا په صورت کې د نظامي طریقو څخه هم کارواخلی .

Dear General Secretary Stoltenberg,
 
Pakistan has been training terrorists for more than 43 years. The Pakistani Army Intelligence Service (ISI) is responsible for training terrorists. They persuade poor families in Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa to send their children to Koran schools. In the Koran schools, young people are brainwashed and trained in terrorism. After completing their training, these fighters are assigned to more than 20 terrorist groups. The following terrorist groups exist in Pakistan:

In Pakistan, small golden keys are sometimes given to terrorist fighters with the information that those are the keys to paradise. Various leaflets with terror propaganda are also being distributed to terrorist fighters in Pakistan. "Martyr's Certificates" are sometimes distributed to the families of slain combatants, confirming that the slain combatant is a martyr and has gone to paradise. A sample of such sheets is shown below. There are also other types of leaflets that are used for terror purposes. In this way, more than 2 million innocent Afghan people were killed, including infants, children, pregnant women and old people.
 
The terrorists are sent to Afghanistan from Pakistan after their training. A majority of the terrorists trained in Pakistan are now in Afghanistan. The main responsible of terrorism are the Pakistani army and generals. For 43 years, their work has been conducting terrorism and raking in billions of dollars from the world for doing so. Some persons and governments claim that terrorism originated in Afghanistan. This is not true and is a lie. This spares Pakistan and blames Afghanistan as a scapegoat. It is well known to both the Afghan people and the world that terrorist training is conducted by the Pakistani secret service and military.
 
We have written several letters and sent them to many important and relevant institutions in the world. Many of the world's top politicians are silent and pretend to be deaf. Everyone sees with their own eyes that Pakistan engages in terrorism. Nevertheless, this fact is denied.
 
Dear Secretary General Stoltenberg,  in June 2022, you announced the contents of the NATO summit in front of the running camera at a NATO summit in Spain:
"And our new Strategic Concept identifies terrorism as one of the main threats to our security.
Today, we reviewed our progress in the fight against terrorism.
In all its forms and manifestations.
And we reconfirmed our commitment to continue the fight with determination and solidarity."

 I really liked your speech. I even recorded the video of your speech and kept it in my archive. We urge you not to ignore justice and to take tough action against the Pakistani government, including by military means if necessary.
