Dear Mr. President Xi Jinping,

We learned from the media that China has signed a lease agreement with Pakistan for the Saindak-Balochistan gold and copper mine project.
We cannot accept this agreement because Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan are the territory of Afghanistan. That doesn't belong to Pakistan.
Just as Hong Kong was returned to China by Great Britain after 99 years, so similar is the case of Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan.
We appeal to the People's Republic of China to respect our territory and Afghanistan.
