Ladies and Gentlemen,

As we mentioned in our letter of 9 December 2021, in Afghanistan, after the withdrawal of the Soviet Army, about 1. 5 million people were murdered with various tricks. That must be enough and has to end now.

We speak plain language. As we mentioned in our letter of 9 December 2021 and repeat here. Because of the experience mentioned above, we do not want no American soldiers to land on our entire territory of Afghanistan, and no U. S. fighter planes and drones to fly over the entire Afghan airspace.
