According to the media, the US has offered a $10 million reward for information leading to the arrest of IS leader Sanaullah Ghafari. The US assumes that Sanaullah Ghafari could be in Afghanistan. There are currently very few IS fighters in Afghanistan. It is therefore unlikely that Sanaullah Ghafari could be in Afghanistan. On the other hand, the probability that Sanaullah Ghafsich could be in Punjab-Pakistan is high. He could be in Pakistan's Abbottabad or about 2-3 km from Abbotabad. Regarding  his address the Pakistani Military Secret probably should be able to provide the Information. Pakistani Secret Service is behind organizing terrorists.
