Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

As we wrote in our letter dated  01. February 2022 to President Biden, we cannot accept agreements with Qatar regarding Afghanistan. Furthermore, in our other letters, we have pointed out that any agreements with the Taliban government are invalid.

That is why we would like to inform you that planes from Qatar can not be allowed to land in Afghanistan until a new government is formed. Also Qatar's military planes and drones can not be allowed to enter the airspace over all of Afghanistan.
