Dear Mr Guterres,

The Permanent Ambassador of Afghanistan to the UN was Mr. Ghulam Mohammad Isaczai. He has resigned. We the Afghan people do not accept Mr. Nasser Ahmad Faiq as his successor. He is a puppet from abroad. For the time being, India is to represent our country Afghanistan at the United Nations because India is friendly with Afghanistan and is honest. Otherwise, the seat of the ambassador to Afghanistan should remain empty.
