Punjab and ISI has always tried to deceive the Afghan governments and people with lies and trickery. Punjab and ISI responsible for assassination of numerous Afghans on both sides of the Durand Line.
That is why we, the Afghan people, do not want Mr. Moeed Yusuf to come to Afghanistan to try again the deceive of the Afghans with tricks and lies. They are therefore undesirable.
