د ۲۰۲۵ کال د دسمبر په ۲مه او ۳مه د رسنيو له راپورونو سره سم، د افغانستان او ايران تر منځ په پوله کې د ابو نصر فراهې سيمې ته نږدې يو وحشتناک جنایت رامنځته سوې دی. د افغان چارواکو د څرګندونو له مخې، د افغان ځوانانو يوه ډله د ايران د سرحدي پوليسو لخوا نيول سوې، شکنجه سوې او وژل سوې ده. تر اوسه پورې ۱۲ مړي افغان چارواکو ته سپارل سوي دي، او دا امکان هم سته چې د قربانيانو اصلي شمېر تر دې ډېر وي
د افغان چارواکو د معلوماتو له مخې، دا پېښه شاوخوا ۲۰ ورځې وړاندې رامنځته سوې ده. د ايران چارواکو د دغه ځوانانو جسدونه په سړو خونو کې ساتلي وه او دا خبر یی پټ کړي وو. د پېښې يو ژوندی پاته سوی کس وتوانېد چې خپله کورنی او افغان چارواکي د دغه پیښی په هکله خبرکړي، تر هغه وروسته عام خلګ هم د دغه پېښی څخه خبر سول. له بده مرغه، دا یو پلا نه ده، بلکی څو واره مخکی هم ایرانی عسکرو او پولیسو بیګناه افغانان وژلی دی. د رسنيو د راپورونو او د یوناما د معلوماتو له مخې، د ۲۰۲۴ کال د اکتوبر د ۱۴ او ۱۵نیټی ترمنځ په شپه کی د بلوچستان او ايران په پوله کی ډیر افغان کډوال ووژل سول. د راپورونو له مخې، د ايران سرحدي پوليسو پر نږدې ۳۰۰ افغان کډوالو ډزې وکړلې چې په نتیجه کی يې شاوخوا ۲۶۰ بیګناه کسان ووژل
حتی له حیواناتو سره هم څوک داسې چلند نه کوي لکه څنګه چې په پورته ياد سوو پېښو کې د ايران مسئولينو له بېگناه انسانانو سره کړی دی.
د غریب افغان ولس سره له څو خواوو دوامداره ظلمونه او بېعدالتۍ کیږی. د لوي افغانستان اوسېدونکي له ډېرو کلونو راهيسې د هرډول استبداد او تاوتريخوالي سره مخامخ دي، د دوی بنسټيز حقوق او انساني کرامت په دوامداره توګه تر پښو لاندې کېږي
موږ په ټينګار سره د نړيوالې ټولنې څخه غوښتنه کوو چې د ايران حکومت د دغو درنو جرمونو – په ځانګړې توګه د بېگناه انسانانو د وژل کېدو – په اړه د حساب ورکولو لپاره محاکمه کړی او د مرتکبینو د قانوني تعقيب لپاره اړین ګامونه پورته کړي. موږ همدارنګه غوښتنه کوو چې ټول لازم تدابير عملي سي تر څو د افغان ولس لپاره عدالت تأمين او د افغانانو د خونديتوب تضمين وسي

Petition to the United Nations: Urgent Appeal to Investigate Massacres of Afghan Youth at the Iran Border
Dear Sir or Madam,
According to media reports dated December 2 and 3, 2025, a serious crime occurred near the Abu Nasr Farahi border crossing between Afghanistan and Iran. According to Afghan authorities, a group of Afghan youths was apprehended, tortured, and killed by Iranian border police. To date, 12 bodies have been handed over to Afghan authorities. It is not ruled out that the actual number of victims may be higher than currently known.
Afghan authorities report that the incident took place approximately 20 days ago. The Iranian side reportedly stored the bodies in refrigerated facilities without informing the public. A survivor of the incident was able to notify his family and Afghan authorities, which subsequently brought the case to public attention. Unfortunately, this is not the first such incident. Afghan refugees have previously been killed by Iranian security forces. According to media reports and UNAMA information, on the night of October 14–15, 2024, numerous Afghan refugees were massacred at the border between Balochistan and Iran. Reports indicate that Iranian border police opened fire on approximately 300 Afghan refugees, resulting in around 260 deaths.
Even animals are not treated the way the officials in Iran treated innocent people in the aforementioned cases.
The Afghan people continue to suffer from persistent oppression from multiple sources. The population of Greater Afghanistan has been subjected to various forms of tyranny and violence for many years, with their fundamental rights and dignity continuously violated.
We urgently appeal to the international community to hold the Iranian government accountable for these grave crimes, particularly the killing of innocent civilians, and to prosecute those responsible. Furthermore, we call for all necessary measures to ensure justice for the Afghan people and to guarantee the protection of Afghanistan’s population.
