د هند ښاغلی حکومت ته
ګرانو آغلو  او ښاغلو

موږ او ټول افغان ولس د افغانستان او هند ترمنځ د ډیرو کلونو راهیسی، د تاریخي او باثباته اړیکو له امله ډېره خوښي څرګندوو. موږ ته ډېره هيله راکوي چې دغه اړیکې لا نورې پیاوړې او  باثباته سوی دی

سره له دې چې د پاکستان جنګي مجرمو جنرالانو او جنايتکارو ديکتاتورانو ډیره هڅه کړې ده چې زموږ د هېوادونو ترمنځ خنډونه جوړ کړي، خو دغو غلو او ډاکوګانو ونه سوای کولای چې د افغانستان او هند د دوستانه همکاریو مخه ونیسي. زموږ ملګرتیا قوي، با ثباته او مقاومت لرونکې ده

Ladies and Gentlemen,

We – together with the entire Afghan nation – are delighted about the longstanding, historic, and stable relations between India and Afghanistan. It fills us with great confidence to see these relations continue to grow stronger and deeper.

Despite various attempts by Pakistan’s war-criminal generals and criminal dictators to create obstacles between our countries, these thieves and bandits have not succeeded in undermining the friendly cooperation between India and Afghanistan. Our partnership has proven to be strong, enduring, and resilient.
