د پاکستان جنرالان قاتلان اوجنګی مجرمان دي. له څو لسیزو راهیسې دوی د لوی افغانستان  پر ولس ظلمونه کوي — د ملکي خلکو پر وړاندی چې پکښې ماشومان، ښځې، مشران او نور شامل دي، دوی د هر ډول تشدد څخه کار اخلی لکه ظلمونه، خپل سري بندی کول، شکنجه، هدفي وژنې، ډله ییزې وژنې، جبري ورکیدل، او ترهګریز بریدونه 
دوی په درواغو او چلبازی سره خلک او نړیواله ټولنه خطاباسي. د ۵۰ کالو څخه ډېرې مودې راهیسې دوی افغانستان او افغان ولس د یو داسی وطن او خلګو په توګه کاروي چی غواړی خپل ټول جنایتونه او ټوله ملامتی پر دغه وطن او دغه ولس تاوان کی  او د هغو جرمونو تور پرې لګوي چې خپله یې ترسره کوي. دوی افغانستان په پلان سوی ډول د نړیوالې ټولنې په وړاندې بدناموي

د ۲۰۲۵ کال د نومبر په ۴مه، په اسلام آباد کې په ستره محکمه کې چاودنه وسوه. دا ترهګریز برید د «آی ایس آی» په امر د قاضیانو او څارنوالانو د بیرولو لپاره  ترسره سو. دوی په دا ډول کړنو سره د  لسیزو راهیسې، د پارلمان پر غړو هم فشار راوړی دی

د ۲۰۲۵ کال د نومبر په ۱۰مه په نوي ډیلي کې یو بل برید وسو چې لږ تر لږه ۹ کسان پکښې ووژل سول او ۲۰ تنه نور ټپیان سول. دا برید هم د «آی ایس آی»  په امر ترسره سوی وو

د ۲۰۲۵ کال د نومبر په ۱۱مه د اسلام‌اباد یوې محکمې ته نږدې یو ځانمرګي بریدګر تر سره سو چې ۱۳ کسان پکښې ووژل سول او ۲۱ ټپیان سول. دا برید هم د«آی ایس آی» ترهګرو ترسره کړی وو، تر څو پر ناحقه هند تورن کړي او د نړیوالو توجه د نوي ډیلی د ترهګریز برید څخه د اسلام آباد خواته واړوي. د پاکستان هدف دا دی چې نړیوالو ته خپل ځان په درواغو او چلبازی سره د ترهګرۍ  قرباني سوی هیواد په حیث معرفی کړي

پاکستان له ډېرو کلونو راهیسې په فعاله توګه ترهګري پرمخ وړي. له ۳۰ څخه ډېرې ترهګریزې ډلې هلته روزل کېږي او دا تروریستان افغانستان، هند، کشمیر او نورو هېوادونو ته د ګډوډۍ د رامنځته کولو لپاره لېږل کېږي. لاندې د هغو ترهګرو ډلو لست دی چې په پاکستان کې روزل کېږي

د دغو ډلو له جملی څخه يوه هم د داعش خراسان ډله ده. د ۲۰۲۵ کال د سپتمبر په ۲۴مه د رسنيو د راپورونو له مخې، د پاکستان يو پخواني نظامي چارواکي عادل راجا په ښکاره و منل چې د داعش خراسان ترهګرې ډلې مشران د بلوچستان په مستونګ ولسوالۍ او د پښتونخوا په ولايت کې موجود دي. نورو راپورونو ښودلې ده چې د داعش خراسان مشر  شهاب‌المهاجر، او د هغه ملګري عبدالحکيم توحيدي، سلطان عزيز عزام، او صلاح‌الدين رجب په پاکستان کې دي، او د پاکستان  استخباراتي اداره (آی ایس آی) د دوی ساتنه او ملاتړ کوي

د هند ورځپاڼې انډيا ټوډې د ۲۰۲۵کال  د سپتمبر په ۲۶مه راپور ورکړ چې د ۲۰۲۵کال د جولای په مياشت کې، د پښتونخوا په ګلبن ميدان کې، چې د ډیورنډ کرښې څخه ۴۷ کیلومتره لیرې دی، د لشکر طيبه ترهګرې ډلې يو نوی روزنيز کمپ جوړ سوی دی. ويل کېږي دا کمپ د هندوستان تر هغه بريد وروسته جوړ سوی دی، کوم چې د ۲۰۲۵ کال د مې په مياشت کې د پاکستان تر کنترول لاندې کشمير کې د انتحاري بریدګرو پر يوه مرکز ترسره سوی وو

د لوی افغانستان ولس له لسیزو راهیسې د ظلمونو او تشدد څخه ځوریږي. د لوی افغانستان یوه خوا د ۵۰ کلونو راهیسې او بله خوا د ۷۸ کلونو راهیسې د ډیرو سختو ظلمونو، استبداد او  زورونې سره مخامخ دی او په ناحقه تورن کیږی

موږ د ډیورنډ کرښې دواړو خواوو ته یو ولس، یو کلتور او یو هېواد یو. تر هغه چې د افغانستان دواړی برخې بیرته یوځای نه سي، شخړې به دوام ولري. زموږ د هیواد بیرته یو کیدل زموږ حق دی. موږ، د ستر افغانستان ولس، خپل حقونه غواړو. موږ غوښتنه کوو چې د پنجابستان قاتلان، د جګړې مجرمین او د هغوی تروریستی اردو د بلوچستان او پښتونخوا څخه ووزي او پنجابستان دی خپل سرحدي پوستې اټک ته منتقل کړي

We Reject All Talks with Pakistani Murderers, War Criminals, and Criminal Dictators

Dear Sir or Madam,

The Pakistani generals are murderers and war criminals. For several decades, they have committed atrocities against the people of Greater Afghanistan—against civilians, including infants, women, elderly people, and many others. They have carried out all forms of oppression: arbitrary arrests, torture, targeted killings, massacres, enforced disappearances, and terrorist attacks.

Through lies, deceit, and manipulation, they have misled the people of Greater Afghanistan as well as the international community. For over 50 years, they have used Afghanistan as a scapegoat, blaming it for crimes they themselves commit. They consistently defame Afghanistan before the world.

On 4 November 2025, an explosion occurred at the Supreme Court of Islamabad. Terrorists acting on ISI orders carried out this attack to intimidate judges and prosecutors. For decades, they have also intimidated members of parliament.

As you are aware, on 10 November 2025, an explosion took place in New Delhi, killing at least nine people and injuring around twenty others. This terrorist attack was also carried out on ISI orders.

On 11 November 2025, another suicide attack took place in front of a courthouse in Islamabad, killing 13 people and injuring 21 others. This attack, too, was carried out by ISI terrorists—both to wrongly blame India and to divert attention from the attack they had carried out in India. Their aim is to falsely portray Pakistan as a victim of terrorism.

Pakistan has been actively supporting terrorism for many years. It trains more than 30 terrorist groups and sends them to Afghanistan, India, Kashmir, and other countries to deliberately create instability. Below is the list of terrorist groups trained in Pakistan.

One of these groups is IS-Khorasan. According to media reports dated 24 September 2025, former Pakistani military officer Adil Raja publicly admitted that senior members of this terrorist organization are present in the Mastung district of Balochistan as well as in the province of Pashtunkhwa. Further reports state that the leader of IS-Khorasan, Shahabul-Mahajar, along with Abdulhakim Tawhidi, Sultan Aziz Ezam, and Salhuddin Rajab, are in Pakistan and under the protection of the ISI.

On 26 September 2025, the newspaper India Today reported that in July 2025, a new training camp for the terrorist group Lashkar-e-Taiba was established in Gulban Maidan (Pashtunkhwa), roughly 47 kilometers from the Durand Line—apparently in response to an Indian strike in May 2025 on a suicide-bomber center in Pakistan-controlled Kashmir.

The people of Greater Afghanistan have suffered from this injustice for decades. On one side, Afghanistan has been oppressed, tyrannized, and finally falsely accused for 50 years; on the other side, for 78 years.

On both sides of the Durand Line, we are one people, one culture, and one country. As long as the two parts of Afghanistan are not reunited, conflicts will continue to arise. Reunification is our right. We, the people of Greater Afghanistan, demand our rights. We demand that the murderers, war criminals, and their terrorist army leave Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa, and that they move their border posts to Attock.

We reject all negotiations with Pakistani war criminals and criminal dictators. We do not accept any demands or wishes from these regimes. Trade between Afghanistan and Pakistan has been suspended; this will not change.
