د کونړ او ننګرهار د زلزلو د قربانیانو لپاره د فوري او دوامداره بشري مرستو غوښتنه

لکه څنګه چې د رسنیو د راپورونو په ذریعه خبر سوی یاست، د اګست د ۳۱مې نېټې او د سپټمبر د لومړۍ نېټې په شپه کې،  د افغانستان په ختیځو ولایتونو کونړ او ننګرهار کې سخته او ویجاړونکی زلزله وسوه. تر هغه وروسته څو واره نوری زلزلي وسوې چې لا دمخه خراب وضعیت یی نور هم خراب کړ

د زلزلی پایلې ډېرې سختې او ویجاړونکی وي او لوی ناورین یی را منخته کړ
له ۲۲۰۰ څخه ډېرو کسانو خپل ژوند له لاسه ورکړ، او له ۳۶۰۰ څخه ډېر نور ټپیان سوي دي. سربېره پر دې، له ۸۰۰۰ څخه ډېر کورونه په بشپړ ډول ویجاړ سوي دي

خو د ناورین بشپړ حد د زلزلی د پیښې څخه څو اونۍ وروسته ښکاره سو

شاوخوا ۵۰۰,۰۰۰ کسان لا هم د زلزلې له ناوریني پایلو سره مخامخ دي. دوی د خوراکي توکو له جدي کمښت، ناروغیو، بې‌سرپناهۍ، او د طبي پاملرنې له نشتوالي سره مخ دي. ماشومان، ښځې، زاړه کسان او ناروغان په ځانګړې توګه اغېزمن سوي دی– دوی ټوله بېړنۍ  مرستې ته اړتیا لري
 
ځینې هېوادونو او نړیوالو سازمانونو تر دې دمه بشري مرستې برابرې کړي دي – موږ له دوی څخه د زړه له کومي مننه کوو. خو د ویجاړۍ کچې او د اغیزمنو خلکو لوی شمیر ته په کتو سره، دا  مرستې په هیڅ ډول بسنه نه کوي. د نورو  پراخو، سخاوتمندانه او دوامداره مرستو لپاره بیړنۍ اړتیا سته
 
د رامنځته سوې  بشري ناورین په پام کې نیولو سره، موږ له ټولو مسئولینو او نړیوالې ټولنې څخه لاندې جدي غوښتنه کوو
 
۱. د قربانیانو او د هغوی د کورنیو لپاره فوري مالي مرستې

د هر وژل سوي کس په بدل کی دی د هغه کورنی ته سل زره افغانی مالی مرسته ورکول سي

هر ټپي ته دې شل زره افغانۍ مالي مرسته ورکول سي
     
۲. د ویجاړو سوو کورونو بیا رغونه – د ژمي تر رارسیدلو مخکې بېړنۍ اقدامات ضروری دي
 
    د زلزلی د قربانیانو دپاره باید ژر تر ژره نوی کورونه د ډبرو، سیمنټو او فولادو په کارولو سره داسی جوړ سی چی د زلزلې په وړاندې مقاومت ولري

دا باید ډاډ ترلاسه سي چې ودانۍ د اوبو رسولو سیسټم ولري او د بریښنا د تولید لپاره د لمریزو تختو (سولر) په سیسټم سره سمبال وي
     
د ژمي په نږدې کېدو سره، وخت ډېر محدود دی – ډېرې کورنۍ سرپناه نه لري او د یخ، باران او راتلونکي واورې پر وړاندې هېڅ خوندي ځای نه لري.

د کورونو تر بیارغونې پورې د لنډمهاله سرپناه حل لارې:

   ښځې او ماشومان دې په  موقتي توګه په دولتي ودانیو کې ځای پر ځای سي، لکه دارالامان ماڼۍ، انټرکانټینینټال هوټل یا ورته نوری ودانۍ.
     
    نارینه دې موقتي توګه په جوماتونو کې ځای پر ځای سي
     
۳. د ټولو اغېزمنو کسانو لپاره باید  بنسټیز خدمات تضمین سي
 
 د لنډ مهالې مرحلې په ترڅ کې باید ټولو اغېزمنو کسانو ته وړیا خواړه، روغتیايي پاملرنه، او د حفظ‌الصحې لومړني وسایل برابر سي
 
موږ له ټولو مسئولینو او نړیوالی ټولنی څخه یو ځل بیا جدي غوښتنه کوو چې په دی هکله لطفاُ سمدستي، پراخ او اغېزناک ګامونه پورته کړي ځکه نورو ډېرو مرستو، ته اړتیا ده

Appeal for Immediate and Sustainable Humanitarian Aid for the Victims of the Earthquakes in Kunar and Nangarhar

Dear Sir or Madam,

As previously reported, a powerful earthquake struck the eastern Afghan provinces of Kunar and Nangarhar during the night of August 31 to September 1, 2025. In the days that followed, multiple aftershocks further worsened an already devastating situation.

The impact has been catastrophic:
More than 2,200 people lost their lives, and over 3,600 were injured. In addition, more than 8,000 residential homes were destroyed.

However, the full extent of the disaster has only become clear weeks after the initial event:
Around 500,000 people continue to suffer from the consequences of the earthquake. They are facing acute food shortages, outbreaks of disease, homelessness, and a lack of medical care. Children, women, the elderly, and the sick are particularly affected – they urgently need protection and assistance.

Some countries and international organizations have already provided humanitarian aid – we express our sincere gratitude for this support.
However, in view of the scale of destruction and the large number of people affected, this is by no means sufficient. There is an urgent need for further comprehensive, generous, and sustainable assistance.

Given the dramatic humanitarian situation, we make a strong appeal to all responsible authorities and to the international community:

1. Immediate Financial Assistance for Victims and Their Families

• Families of the deceased should receive financial support of 100,000 Afghanis per deceased person.

• Injured individuals should be granted 20,000 Afghanis each in emergency aid.

2. Reconstruction of Destroyed Homes – Immediate Action Required Before Winter Arrives

• The destroyed residential buildings must be urgently and rapidly rebuilt using earthquake-resistant stone and reinforced concrete construction.

• All new buildings must include reliable access to clean water and be equipped with solar panels for electricity generation.

• As winter approaches, swift action is essential – many families are without shelter and exposed to cold, rain, and soon snow, without any protection.

Interim Shelter Solutions Until Reconstruction:

• Women and children should be accommodated in government facilities such as the Darul-Aman Palace, the Intercontinental Hotel, or similar buildings.

• Men should be temporarily housed in mosques.

3. Ensure Basic Services for All Affected Individuals

• During the transition period, free food, medical care, and basic sanitation must be provided to all those affected.

The people of Kunar and Nangarhar urgently need swift, unbureaucratic, and compassionate assistance.

We urgently call on responsible parties – both national and international – to heed this appeal and to take immediate, comprehensive action.

More help, more solidarity, and more humanity are needed.
