موږ د رسنیو د راپورونو له لارې، په ځانګړې توګه د ستاسو د بهرنیو چارو د وزارت د ویاند ښاغلي لین جیان د څرګندونو، او همداراز د وزارت د نورو څرګندونو له مخې خبر سوو، چې چین د افغانستان د خاورې بشپړتیا او د افغان ولس خپلواکي ته درناوی لري
په همدې تړاو، تاسو ته یقیناً معلومه ده چې بلوچستان او پښتونخوا د افغانستان نه بېلېدونکې برخې دي، او ټول افغانستان یو کلتور، یو قوم، یو ولس او یو هیواد دي
موږ ته معلومه ده چې تاسو د بلوچستان په ګوادر بندر کې اقتصادي فعالیتونه پیل کړي دي. کیدای سی چې تاسو به د پاکستان د جنګي مجرمینو جنرالانو او مجرمو دیکتاتورانو له خوا غولول سوي یاست، او له همدې امله مو له هغوی سره د بلوچستان او پښتونخوا په اړه ځینی تړونونه لاسلیک کړې دي
که چېرې چین – لکه څنګه چې ستاسو د بهرنیو چارو وزارت په پرلهپسې څرګندونو کې ویلي دی – واقعاً د افغانستان د خاورې بشپړتیا او د افغان ولس ازادۍ ته درناوی لري، نو ښه به داوی او ستاسو څخه هیله کوو چی چې لطفاّ له یادو پاکستاني چارواکو سره د بلوچستان او پښتونخوا په اړه د ټولو تړونونو له تطبیق څخه ډډه وکړئ
د چین حکومت ته باید دا روښانه وي چې موږ به د خپلې خاورې یو سانتي متر هم پاکستان ته ورنه کړو
موږ تاسو ته له ۲۳مه د سپتمبر ۲۰۲۵ څخه تر ۷مه د اکتوبر ۲۰۲۵ پورې د فکر کولو مهلت درکوو. که تاسو په دې موده کې دا پریکړه وکړئ چې له پاکستاني دیکتاتورانو سره د بلوچستان او پښتونخوا په اړه لاسلیک سوی تړونونه باطل ګڼئ او له پلي کولو یې ډډه کوئ، نو هیله ده چې دا پرېکړه یا د چین د دولتي ټلویزیون له لارې اعلان کړی، یا موږ ته د بریښنالیک (ایمیل) له لارې د خپلې پریکړې په اړه خبر راکړئ
که چېرې تر یادې نېټې پورې ستاسو څخه ځواب ترلاسه نه کړو، نو دا به په دی معنی وی چې تاسو زموږ وړاندیز نه منئ

Dear Sir or Madam,
We have learned through media reports — including statements made by your Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mr. Lin Jian, as well as through other official communications — that China respects the territorial integrity of Afghanistan and the independence of the Afghan people.
In this context, you are surely aware that Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa are inseparable parts of Afghanistan, representing a shared culture, ethnic identity, one people, and one unified land.
It has come to our attention that China has engaged in economic activities at the port of Gwadar, which is located in Balochistan. It is possible that you were misled by the dictators of Pakistan, and consequently entered into agreements with them concerning Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa.
If China — as repeatedly emphasized in public statements by your Foreign Ministry — truly respects the territorial integrity of Afghanistan and the freedom of the Afghan people, it would be appropriate, and we hereby respectfully request, that all agreements made with the aforementioned Pakistani authorities regarding the Afghan territories of Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa be considered null and void, and that their implementation be suspended.
The Chinese government should be fully aware that we will not cede a single centimeter of our territory to Pakistan.
We grant you a period of reflection from September 23, 2025, to October 7, 2025. Should you, within this period, come to the decision to consider all relevant agreements concerning Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa made with the Pakistani dictators as invalid and to refrain from implementing them, we kindly request that you communicate your decision either publicly through China's state television channels or directly via email.
If we do not receive a response from you by the end of this period, we will assume that you do not accept our proposal.
