د کونړ او ننګرهار د زلزلې د قربانیانو لپاره د عاجلې مرستې غوښتنه

د ۲۰۲۵ کال د اګست د ۳۱مې نېټې او د سپټمبر د لومړۍ نېټې په شپه کې،  د افغانستان په ختیځو ولایتونو کونړ او ننګرهار کې سخته او ویجاړونکی زلزله وسوه. تر هغه وروسته څو واره نوری زلزلي وسوې چې لا دمخه خراب وضعیت یی نور هم خراب کړ

د زلزلی پایلې ډېرې سختې او ویجاړونکی وي او لوی ناورین یی را منخته کړ
له ۲۲۰۰ څخه ډېرو کسانو خپل ژوند له لاسه ورکړی، او له ۳۶۰۰ څخه ډېر نور ټپیان سوي دي
سربېره پر دې، له ۸۰۰۰ څخه ډېر کورونه په بشپړ ډول ویجاړ سوي دي

زموږ همدردی د زیانمنو کورنیو سره ده. موږ د غمجنو کسانو سره خپله ژوره خواخوږي څرګندوو او د ټولو ټپیانو د ژر او بشپړې روغتیا هیله کو

د دې ناورین د کچې په پام کې نیولو سره، موږ په بیړني ډول غوښتنه کوو

د قربانیانو کورنیو ته دی د هر وژل سوي کس په بدل کی سل زره افغانی مالی مرسته ورکړل سي

هر ټپي ته دې شل زره افغانۍ مالي مرسته ورکول سي

د ویجاړو سوو کورونو بیا رغونه

ویجاړ سوي کورونه باید ژر تر ژره د ډبرو، سیمنټو او فولادو په کارولو سره داسی جوړ سی چی د زلزلې په وړاندې مقاومت ولري. دا باید ډاډ ترلاسه سي چې ودانۍ د اوبو رسولو سیسټم ولري او د بریښنا د تولید لپاره د لمریزو تختو (سولر) په سیسټم سره سمبال وي

تر څو پوری چې نوي کورونه جوړیږي، ښځې او ماشومان دې په دولتي ودانیو لکه دارالامان ماڼۍ، انټرکانټینینټل هوټل یا  یا نورو مناسبو عامه ودانیو کې ځای پر ځای سي

نارینه دې لنډمهاله په جوماتونو کې ځای پر ځای سي

د کورونو تر بیا رغونې پورې د اساسي اړتیاوو برابرول
زیانمن سوو کسانو ته دې د کورونو دجوړولو په دوران کې وړیا خواړه، چیښاک او طبي خدمتونه برابر سي

د کونړ او ننګرهار زیانمن سوی ولس اوس عاجلو، بې ځنډه، او بشردوستانه مرستو ته اړتیا لري. موږ په جدي ډول د ټولو مسؤلو چارواکو، ملي او نړیوالو سازمانونو څخه غوښتنه کوو چې دې غوښتنې ته جدي پاملرنه وکړي او فوری اقدامات ترسره کړي

Urgent Appeal for Immediate Assistance to the Earthquake Victims in Kunar and Nangarhar

Dear Sir or Madam,

On the night of August 31 to September 1, 2025, a severe earthquake struck the eastern Afghan provinces of Kunar and Nangarhar. In the following days, multiple aftershocks further worsened the already devastating situation.

The impact has been catastrophic:
More than 2,200 people lost their lives, and over 3,600 others were injured.
In addition, more than 8,000 residential homes were destroyed.

Our deepest sympathies go out to the affected families. We extend our sincere condolences to the bereaved and wish all those injured a swift and full recovery.

In light of the scale of this disaster, we urgently call for the following measures:

• Immediate Financial Assistance for Victims and Their Families
  Families of those who lost their lives should receive financial support of 100,000 Afghanis per deceased person.
  Each injured individual should receive financial aid amounting to 20,000 Afghanis.

• Reconstruction of Destroyed Homes
  The destroyed residential buildings must be rebuilt promptly and earthquake-resistant using masonry and reinforced concrete construction. It must be ensured that the buildings have a reliable water supply and are equipped with solar power systems for electricity generation.

• Until the new homes are completed:

  • Women and children should be housed in government facilities such as the Darul-Aman Palace, the Intercontinental Hotel, or similar buildings.

  • Men should be temporarily accommodated in mosques.

• Ensure Basic Needs Until Reconstruction is Complete
  Affected individuals must receive free food, shelter, and medical care during the transitional period.

The people of Kunar and Nangarhar urgently need swift, unbureaucratic, and compassionate assistance. We strongly appeal to all responsible authorities, as well as national and international organizations, to heed this call and take immediate action.
