موږ د رسنیو د لاری خبر سوو چی طالبانو د عدلیی د وزیر عبدالحکیم شرعی په امر ستاسی کورونه وران کړی دی. موږ په دی هکله ډیر خواشینی سولو
تاسی ته معلومه ده چی په طالبانو  کی ځینی غداران لکه عبدالحکیم شرعی او داسی نور د پنجابستان د استخباراتو «آی ایس آی» دخوا ګمارل سویدی او د «آی ایس آی» په امر پر تاسی باندی دغه ډول ظلمونه کوی 
موږ غواړو ټولو هغو کوچیانو خویندو او وروڼو ته چی کورونه یی طالبانو ور نړولی دی د افغانستان ددولتی خزانی څخه دی د هر وران سوی کور د تاوان په توګه پنځه زره امریکایی ډالر ورکول سی. موږ غواړو چی د لوی افغانستان ټول کوچی ولس ته اضافه امتیازات  ور کول سی
عبدالحکیم شرعی د پنجابستان د «آی ایس آی» روزل سوی غدار دی. موږ به په راتلونکی وخت کی دا غداران لکه عبدالحکیم شرعی او داسی نور چی د پنجاب «آی ایس آی» ته خدمت او غلامی کوی اوځپل ولس ته خیانت کوی دقانون منګولو ته وسپارو

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

We have learned through the media that the Taliban, on the orders of the Minister of Justice Abdul Hakim Sharei, have destroyed your homes. We are deeply saddened by this.

As you are aware, there are traitors among the Taliban, such as Abdul Hakim Sharei and others, who have been appointed by the intelligence service of Punjabistan, the “ISI”, and who, under their orders, commit such atrocities against you.

We wish to provide compensation from the state treasury of Afghanistan to all nomadic brothers and sisters whose homes were destroyed by the Taliban—five thousand US dollars per destroyed house. We also demand additional privileges for the entire nomadic population of Greater Afghanistan.

Abdul Hakim Sharei is a traitor trained by the “ISI” of Punjabistan. In the future, we will bring such traitors—like him and others who serve the ISI of Punjab, live in servitude of Punjab, and betray their own people—to justice.
