پاکستان په ۱۹۴۷ کال کې هغه وخت جوړ سو چې د پنجاب او سند سیمې یی له هند څخه جلا کړې. د افغانستان یوه برخه هم په موقت ډول د پاکستان سره پاته ده. په تېرو ۷۶ کلونو کې پاکستان د ډیورنډ کرښې دواړو غاړو ته د خلکو پر وړاندې هر ډول جنایتونه چی په وس یی پوره وه ترسره کړی دی. پاکستان په تېرو ۴۴ کلونو کې د اسلام تر نامه لاندې تر ۲۰ ډېرې ترهګرې ډلې روزلې دي. پاکستان د دغو ترهګرو په ګمارلو سره تر دوه میلیونه زیات افغانان وژلي دي. داسې ښکاري چې ترهګري د پاکستان لپاره یو ګټور کاروبار دی، ځکه چې د دې فعالیتونو له لارې له ځینو هیوادونو څخه میلیاردونه ډالر ترلاسه کوي. د پاکستان جنرالان او سیاستوال دیکتاتور او جنګي مجرمین دي. دوی په بلوچستان او پښتونخوا کې پر بې ګناه خلکو اور بل کړی دي
پاکستان په پښتونخوا او بلوچستان کې بې ګناه خلک، ډاکټران، انجینران، سیاستوال، تعلیم یافته کسان او فعالان لا درکه کوي. په زندانونو کې د دوی پر وړاندې هر ډول ظلمونه کیږي. دوی شکنجه کیږي او وژل کیږي. حتی د ځینو ورک شویو کسانو جسدونه پرته له کومې نښې ورکیږي. (وی او ای پښتو), (وی او ای ډیوه) او (بی بی سی پښتو) په دې اړه څو ځله راپورونه خپاره کړی دی
موږ د پاکستان په اړه څو پلا شکایتونه ملګرو ملتونو، ښاغلي ګوتریش، په هاګ کې نړیوالې جنایی محکمې، د امریکا حکومت، اروپايي ټولنې او نړیوالې ټولنې ته استولي دی او له دوی مو غوښتي دی چې پر پاکستان بندیزونه ولګوي او پاکستاني جنګي مجرمین ونیسي د نړیوالې جنایي محکمې په وړاندې یی محاکمه کړی. له بده مرغه دوی تر اوسه په دی اړه کوم غبرګون نه دی ښودلی او نه یې کوم اقدام کړی دی. موږ پوښتنه کوو، ولې؟
د بلوچستان او پښتونخوا خلک د افغان ولس برخه ده. موږ د ډیورنډ کرښې دواړو غاړو ته یو ولس یو. طبعاً موږ ټول افغان ولس په بلوچستان او پښتونخوا کې د خپلو خویندو او وروڼو ترشا په کلکه ولاړ یو. موږ به هیڅکله دا قبول نه کړو چی د پاکستان پوځي استخباراتي اداره (آی ایس آی ) دی په بلوچستان او پښتونخوا کې د خلکو شکنجه کولو، لادرکه کولو او وژلو ته دوام ورکړی
بلوچستان او پښتونخوا د افغانستان خاوره ده. افغانستان دغه سیمې د ۹۹ کلونو لپاره بریتانیا ته په امانت ورکړې وې. زموږ دغه خاوره باید د ۱۹۹۲ کال د نوامبر په ۱۱ نېټه بېرته موږته راتسلیم سوي وای. مګر پاکستان چلبازی او غلطه لوبه وکاروله او د ترهګرو په ګمارلو سره یی په افغانستان کې جګړې ته دوام ورکړی. پاکستان افغان ولس په کورنۍ جګړه کې ښکېل کړی تر څو د یوی خوا د نړۍ له ځينو هېوادونو څخه په ميلياردونو ډالر ترلاسه کړي او دبلی خوا د افغان ولس او نړۍ توجه د افغانستان د کورنۍ جګړی خواته کړی چی په نتیجه کی یی د افغانستان د بيا يو ځای کېدو موضوع هېره سي. له ۷۶ کلونو راهیسې پاکستان په دی نه دی توانیدلی چی د بلوچستان او پښتونخوا ولس د ځان کړې. د دې نه ترلاسه کېدونکې موخې د تحقق لپاره پاکستان هر ډول ظلمونه چې په وس یی پوره وه، دبلوچستان او پښتونخواه پر مظلوم ولس یی تطبیق کړل لکه بندی کول, شکنجه، بمباری، وژنې او داسې نور
په ۱۹۸۹ کال کې شوروي اتحاد له افغانستانه خپل ځواکونه وایستل. په هغه وخت کې موږ یو فعال حکومت او فعاله اداره درلوده. زموږ پوځ د ځان د دفاع لپاره ښه سمبال وو. پاکستان زموږ په هیواد کې د ترهګرو په ګمارلو سره کورنۍ جګړه پیل کړه. په ۱۹۹۶ کال کې پاکستان وافغانستان ته خپل روزل سوي ترهګر را ولېږل او د هوايي ځواک او ټانکونو په ګډون یې زموږ ټول پوځ او تجهیزات له منځه یوړل. د پاکستان دیکتاتور جنرالانو له افغانستان څخه ډېرې وسلې غلا کړې او پاکستان ته یې ولېږدولې. دوی حتی د افغان پوځ د پخلنځي وسایل او لوښی هم لوټ کړل

موږ، ټول افغان ولس، له تاسو هیله کوو چې د پاکستان او افغانستان د شخړې په حل کولو کې له موږ سره مرسته وکړئ. تاسو باید وپوهیږئ چې که د پاکستان او افغانستان لانجه همداسې ناحله پاته سي، نو پاکستان به هېڅکله هم ونه سي کولای چې د پښتونخوا او بلوچستان ولس دځان تابع کړي. په پایله کې به جګړه دوام ومومي، او د بې ګناه خلکو وژنې به جاری وي. بې له شکه چې ټول افغان ولس د بلوچستان او پښتونخوا د خلکو تر شا ولاړ دی. دا زموږ ولس دي. دا زموږ کلتور دی. موږ د ډیورنډ کرښې دواړو غاړو ته یو ولس یو. یووالی زموږ حق دی. هیڅوک اجازه نه لری چی زموږ خاوره د ټول افغان ولس د ارادې خلاف پاکستان ته ورکړي
له همدې امله موږ د ( جی - ۲۰) هیوادونو او نړیوالې ټولنې څخه غوښتنه کوو چې دا به د ټولو خواوو په ګټه وی چی دوی د پاکستان او افغانستان ترمنځ شخړه په سوله ایزه توګه حل کړي. که نه نو دا جګړه به تر هغه وخته پوری همداسی دوام وکړي تر څوپوری چی دا لانجه حل سوی نه وی.

We urge the G-20 countries and the international community to resolve the conflict between Afghanistan and Pakistan. We do not seek to infringe upon the rights of others; we simply seek to secure our own rights.
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
Dear G20 Countries,
Pakistan was founded in 1947 when territories such as Punjab and Sindh were separated from India. Part of Afghanistan is also temporarily located with Pakistan. Over the past 76 years since its inception, Pakistan has committed every conceivable crime it could against the people on both sides of the Durand Line. Under the guise of Islam, Pakistan has trained more than 20 terrorist groups in the last 44 years. By employing these terrorists, Pakistan has murdered over 2 million Afghan people. Terrorism appears to be a lucrative business for Pakistan, as it has received billions of US dollars from some countries through these activities. The generals and politicians of Pakistan are dictators and war criminals who have set innocent people in Baluchistan and Pashtunkhwa ablaze.
In Pashtunkhwa and Baluchistan, innocent people, doctors, engineers, politicians, educated individuals, and activists disappear without a trace. All forms of oppression and cruelty are practiced against them in prisons. They are tortured and killed. Even the bodies of some of the disappeared individuals vanish without a trace. VOA Pashto, VOA-Deewa, and BBC Pashto have repeatedly reported on this matter.
We have lodged multiple complaints about Pakistan with the United Nations, Mr. Guterres, the International Court of Justice in The Hague, the US government, the European Union, and the international community, urging them to impose sanctions on Pakistan and hold Pakistani war criminals accountable before the International Criminal Court. Unfortunately, they have not shown any response or taken any action to date. We ask, why?
The people of Baluchistan and Pashtunkhwa are part of the Afghan nation. We are one people on both sides of the Durand Line. Naturally, we, the entire Afghan nation, stand firmly with our sisters and brothers in Baluchistan and Pashtunkhwa. We will not accept the Pakistani military intelligence agency ISI torturing, disappearing, and killing people in Baluchistan and Pashtunkhwa.
Baluchistan and Pashtunkhwa are Afghan territories. Afghanistan had lent these territories to Great Britain for 99 years. The return of our territory to us should have occurred on November 11, 1992. However, Pakistan resorted to trickery and deceit. Pakistan, by employing terrorists, instigated the continuation of the war in Afghanistan. Pakistan entangled the Afghan people in a civil war to collect billions of US dollars from some countries worldwide and to ensure that both the Afghan people and the world forget about the reunification of Afghanistan. For 76 years, Pakistan has been unsuccessfully attempting to annex the people in Baluchistan and Pashtunkhwa. In pursuit of this unattainable goal, Pakistan has practiced all forms of oppression, including arrests, torture, bombings, killings, among other methods.
In 1989, the Soviet Union withdrew its troops from Afghanistan. At that time, we had a functioning government and administration. Our army was well-equipped for self-defense. Pakistan initiated a civil war in our country by employing terrorists. In 1996, Pakistan sent the terrorists trained there to Afghanistan and destroyed our entire army and equipment, including the air force and tanks. The dictator generals of Pakistan have stolen many weapons from Afghanistan and transported them to Pakistan. They have even looted the kitchenware of the Afghan army.
Dear G20 countries,
We, the entire Afghan nation, implore you to assist us in resolving the conflict between Pakistan and Afghanistan. You should be aware that if the conflict between Pakistan and Afghanistan remains unresolved, Pakistan will never be able to subjugate the people in Pashtunkhwa and Baluchistan. Consequently, the conflict will persist, and innocent people will continue to be murdered. Of course, the entire Afghan nation stands with the people of Baluchistan and Pashtunkhwa. They are our people. They are our culture. We are one people on both sides of the Durand Line. Reunification is our right. No one should give away our territory to Pakistan against the will of the entire Afghan nation.
Therefore, we request the G-20 countries and the international community to peacefully resolve the conflict between Pakistan and Afghanistan in the interest of all parties. Otherwise, this conflict will continue indefinitely.
