ایران دافغانستان څخه اضافه اوبه غواړی اما داهیڅ امکان نه لری چی اضافه اوبه ورکول سی
په دنیا کی اقلیم او هوا تغییر کړیدی, وچکالی زیاتی سویدی, داداقلیم تغییربیا پرافغانستان باندی علیحده تاثیرکړیدی چی له امله یی افغانستاان دوچکالی دخطرپه ساحه کی واقع دی. دامعلومه سول چی په دا تیروڅو کلونو کی په افغانستان کی بارانونه کم سویدی. دافغانستان بزګران دوچکالی په خاطر په مشکلاتو اخته دی ځکه چی په کافی اندازه اوبه نسته. دافغانستان ولس دسختی لوږی  اوقحطی سره مخامخ دی.  دوچکالی په خاطر غنم اونور حاصلات ډیرلږ سویدی. هندوستان اونورو هیوادونو څوواره دافغانستان سره دغنموکومک وکی ولی چی افغانستان د وچکالی له امله په ډیرو مشکلاتو اخته دی

داپه کوم دین او کوم قانون کی راغلی دی چی یوڅوک دی خپله کورنی تږی پریږدی  دخطر سره دی یی مخامخ کړی اوخپلی اوبه دی همسایه ته ورکی.
داسی نفر به لوی خاین وی چی خپل ځان, خپل بزګران او خپل ولس په خطر کی واچوی او ایران ته اضافه اوبه ورکړی

متاسفانه موږ دایران خواهشات پر ځای کولای نه سو. دا موضوع هم افغان ولس او هم دنیا ته معلومه ده چی افغانستان دوچکالی دخطرپه ساحه کی واقع دی. کیدای سی چی ایران ته د۱۹۷۳ کال دتړون له مخی د ټاکل سوو اوبو څلورمه برخه ورکول سی او یاهم هیڅ ور نه کول سی ولی چی موږ خپله دوچکالی دخطرسره مخامخ یو. ځکه نو متاسفانه موږ دایران خواهشات چی اضافه اوبه غواړی بالکل ردوو

دایران اوطالبانو تر منځ که هر ډول تړون وسی موږ یی دټول افغان ولس په نمایندګی ردوو او بالکل یی نه منو

The world's climate and weather have changed, droughts have increased, and the effects of climate change have hit Afghanistan particularly hard, putting Afghanistan in the danger zone of drought. It turns out that rainfall in Afghanistan has decreased in recent years. Afghanistan's farmers suffer from drought because there is not enough water for agriculture. The people of Afghanistan are suffering from severe, life-threatening famine. Due to the drought, the harvest has declined sharply, agricultural products such as wheat, etc. have decreased. India and other countries have often supported Afghanistan by supplying wheat as Afghanistan is suffering from many problems due to drought.

In what religion and what law is it prescribed that one should let one's own family die of thirst, endangering their lives, but must give one's water to one's neighbour?
Such a person will be a great traitor who will endanger himself, his farmers and his people and provide more water to Iran.

Unfortunately, we cannot fulfill Iran's wishes. The problem is well known to both the Afghan people and the world that Afghanistan is in the danger zone of a drought. Iran may get a quarter of the water allotted under the 1973 agreement, or no water at all because we ourselves face drought threats. Therefore, unfortunately, we categorically reject the wishes of Iran, which wants more water from Afghanistan.

On behalf of the entire Afghan people, we reject and do not accept at all any agreement reached between Iran and the Taliban.
