Dear Mr Guterres,

Dear UN Security Council,

On July 25, 2023, Pakistan fired rockets at Barmal district in Paktika province, Afghanistan. We condemn this attack in the strongest terms.

It is not the first time Pakistan has attacked Afghan territory. Pakistan has repeatedly carried out sudden missile and bombing attacks on Afghan territory. Many innocent people, women and children were murdered.


Under international law, Pakistan must under no circumstances attack the territory of Afghanistan.

We have written to you about this issue several times and informed you about these attacks. Unfortunately, however, you have done nothing about it. We appeal to you to impose sanctions on Pakistan and put Pakistan on the blacklist. We ask you not to turn a blind eye to the subject of law and justice.

Pakistan has been engaged in terrorism for over 44 years, sending terrorists into Afghanistan. Pakistan annihilated the Afghan National Army in 1996, stole all of the Afghan Army's equipment and transferred it to Pakistan, even taking the Afghan military's crockery. Mr. Nawaz Sharif, who was then Prime Minister of Pakistan, told the media at the time that he destroyed the entire Afghan army, doing Pakistan a good service.


Pakistan has started a wrong game for a long time. They secretly train terrorists who use them for attacks in Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa. They then accuse the people of Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa of carrying out the attacks. With this, Pakistan wants to find excuses for itself to justify its tyranny and oppression of the people in Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa, such as arbitrary arrest, torture, etc. The Pakistani military intelligence agency ISI has murdered numerous activists and educated  people in Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa.


Dear Mr Gutters,

Dear UN Security Council,


we have sent you complaints about Pakistan several times. For what reason could you not act in the interest of law and justice regarding Pakistan? Are you under pressure from someone?

We urge you to hold Pakistan accountable in the interest of law and justice. Pakistan must be blacklisted. Tough sanctions must be imposed on Pakistan.


We speak plain text. Under no circumstances should Pakistan interfere in the internal and external affairs of Afghanistan. Pakistan must stay away from affairs of Afghanistan.
