تقریبا د ۲ کالو راهیسی په کندهار کی دپاکستان د پوځی استخباراتو اداری (آی ایس آی) خپل دفتر جوړ کړیدی او ددغه دفتر مشر یی ملا هیبت الله کښینولی دی. د (آی ایس آی) دخوا فرمانونه ورکول کیږی اوملا هیبت الله یی دفتوا په نامه  عملی کوی. موږ په کندهارکی دغه د (آی ایس آی) دفتر بندوو.

طبعاً په طالبانو کی ډیره برخه داسی کسان سته چی خپل وطن او ولس پر ګران دی, دوطن پرمختګ او د ښځو اونارینه وو تعلیم غواړی. هغه طالبان چی وطنپال دی افغانستان او دافغانستان ولس پر ګران دی هغه به زموږ سره پاته سی. هغه چی دپنجابیانو داستخباراتو جاسوسان دی هغه به محاکمه سی

دافغانستان ښځینه اونارینه ولس ته وایو سرونه مو لوړ ونیسی. مه بیریږی

Greetings to the dear people of great Afghanistan

Ladies and gentlemen,

Almost two years ago, the Pakistani Military Intelligence Service (ISI) set up its office in Kandahar and appointed Mullah Haibatullah to head the office. All orders are issued by (ISI) and Mullah Haibatullah implements them on behalf of fatwa. We want to close the ISI office in Kandahar.

Of course, in the Taliban there are many people who love their homeland and their people, want the development of the homeland and the education of women and men. The Taliban, who are patriotic and love Afghanistan and the Afghan people, will stay with us. Those who are spies for Punjabi intelligence will be held accountable in court.

We say to the women and men of Afghanistan: keep your heads high. Don't be intimidated.
