The Taliban negotiating for peace?
Everyone in Afghanistan, young and old, men, women, and children, is happy about the ongoing peace negotiations.
We welcome the fact that the Taliban are currently prepared to negotiate peace with the United States. However, the Taliban is still refusing to negotiate directly with representatives of the Afghan government. We agree with this position since the government under Ashraf Ghani is corrupt and involved in nepotism. This government works with thieves who have stolen the state's wealth for their own personal advantage.
Of course, we and the Afghan people demand that Afghan interests not be sacrificed in any peace agreement.
We would like to thank the United States, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Pakistan for their efforts towards securing peace for Afghanistan. Restoring peace in Afghanistan is also in the interests of our neighbours and the entire world.
In October 2018, so-called elections for parliament were held in Afghanistan, but more than 70% of the votes were falsified We and the Afghan people have criticised this manipulation of the election results. The electoral commission claims to have separated the valid votes from the invalid ones. Instead, its members have sold the votes in exchange for bribes from the mafia currently running Afghanistan. It has been reported that votes were sold for between 2000 and 4000 Afghanis each ($27 to $54), which means that the bribes amounted to hundreds of thousands of dollars. The Afghan people were cheated both in how the parliamentary elections were conducted and in the alleged recounting of the ballots. The people are understandable upset and disappointed with this double fraud. We, too, are dissatisfied with the elections and do not accept these results.
Ashraf Ghani and his gang are already planning to steal the upcoming presidential election. Consequently, It cannot be considered a free election, since the results will be determined in favour of the Afghan mafia. We will not accept any presidential election that is manipulated. We call for a boycott of the election since it is only a staged spectacle being run by Ashraf Ghani and his henchmen. The formation of a new transitional government that would exclude this Afghan mafia would help maintain order and discipline in Afghanistan.
Meanwhile, the media is reporting that the US government is planning to reduce the number of its soldiers in Afghanistan.
The terrorists should not think that this will mean everything will be in play if and when the US withdraws. The Afghan army is strong enough and is getting stronger by the day. Its military equipment is constantly being modernised. The Afghan army has successfully defended the country for the past 4 years. A partial withdrawal of US forces will therefore have no major impact on Afghanistan's security. The US and the world community, meanwhile, will continue to support Afghanistan both financially and militarily. Ifnecessary, the USA could increase the number of its troops in Afghanistan at any time.
Dear President Trump, you are the best president for the United States of America. Your foreign and domestic policies are outstanding. You have made positive changes for the US strategy in Afghanistan. Afghanistan still needs support from the US and the world community.

Hello world! We Afghans have had enough of the Iranian regime!
The conflict and civil war, in Afghanistan which has been raging for 40 years has meant that many Afghans have fled to other countries, including Iran, to look for protection from the war, and to live in peace and quiet. The Iranian government has put our Afghan brothers living there under pressure with the threat of deportation, and then induced them into serving as soldiers in the Syrian war, with offering small amounts of money. They have been exploited as an easy target by the Iranian government, and sent to their death in Syria. It’s a disgrace, and a violation of human rights, and also against the teachings of Islam, that Afghans fleeing the Afghan war and looking for protection are then sent to the Syrian war.
We demand that the Iranian government brings back our brothers deployed in the Syrian war, and stops sending any more there.
We have been made aware of deliveries of Iranian weapons to the Taliban. The Taliban are sent to Afghanistan to carry out destruction and kill people. So, Afghans are being used to kill Afghans. Iran wants to use this process to create unrest in Afghanistan to create an advantage for itself, or further its own interests. We demand that Iran immediately stop this action, improper behaviour and tactics targeted against Afghanistan, and to stop interfering in the internal affairs of Afghanistan.
The Iranian government is responsible for the unrest in Afghanistan and a number of other countries. The Afghans love the people of Iran, and are very aware that over 90% of Iranians want freedom and don’t want the current government. So, the Iranian government would be well advised to change their policy immediately.
We demand that the Afghan government immediately take the traitors working for Iran in Afghanistan into custody, and put them on trial.
If the Iranian leadership believes that Afghanistan has become weak due to the war which has been raging for 40 years, then they are seriously mistaken. On the contrary, our heroic soldiers are always ready and able to defend their homeland, and fight the enemy. The Afghan army is extremely well-equipped and has many years of combat experience. The entire Afghan people supports the Afghan army with hearts and minds. We do have some minor ethnic conflicts in Afghanistan on occasion, but in the face of a threat from outside, we are all Afghans together.
Afghanistan has many friends around the world, including Saudi Arabia. We would like to warn Iran from declaring war against Saudi Arabia, for in this case the Afghani army would stand shoulder to shoulder with the Saudi Arabian army.
When the Taliban demands that the USA and the rest of the global community should leave Afghanistan, then in reality, this ideology does not come from the Taliban. Iran is behind this, as this is how it aims to reach its strategic objectives in the region.
It seems the Taliban now understand that their war is being controlled and led in the background by the enemies of Afghanistan, in order to destroy their homeland, and to stir up animosity between the ethnic groups. The Taliban should feel disappointed by Iran, as Iran only supplied weapons to further Iranian interests, and sent them to Afghanistan to kill their compatriots.
We welcome the fact that the Taliban are now thinking of peace for the reasons above. In the event of a peace agreement, they could help our brave army and participate in rebuilding the country.

In Afghanistan democracy does not exist, in every city there is criminal anarchy!
When the Karzai era ended in 2014, Messrs. Aschraf Ghani and Abdullah Abdullah influenced the presidential election by massive falsification and consequently took over the government in Afghanistan. Both during the election campaign and during their term of office, they made empty promises to the Afghan people and the world community. They promised to fight poverty and to double the bread of the people of Afghanistan. Furthermore, they also pledged to abolish unemployment, combat drugs, bring education to the level of the West, abolish corruption, safeguard women's rights, prevent violence against women, severely crack down on terrorism, end the war and bring peace and happiness to the country, improve the health care system, build up a wealthy homeland, liberate the illegally occupied state property from the possession of criminals among other things. Looking back it has gradually been revealed that these empty promises were all lies.
Mr. Aschraf Ghani travelled to many provinces such as Mazari-Sharif, Nangerhar, Khost, Paktia, Kandahar, Herat, Helmand and others. He promised those who lived in the provinces that he would build up their cities and make them prosperous. In reality, however, he has not carried out any significant work for the benefit of those who live in the provinces. The residents of the provinces have repeatedly complained to Ashraf Ghani by means of Afghan television stations, blaming him for making many empty promises and not putting any of them into action. The dissatisfied Afghan citizens were therefore very disappointed and demanded in front of television cameras that Mr. Ashraf Ghani resign. Several television channels retain evidence of this in their archives. We also want the immediate resignation of Ashraf Ghani. Since his election campaign in 2014 he has promised a lot, but so far 90% has been lies.
Mr. Ashraf Ghani has not been able to set up a complete cabinet since the beginning of the government. He has suspended from service or retired many qualified individuals, including army generals with years of experience. Instead, he has used mostly young inexperienced officers, whom he has promoted to generals. Many government posts are sold by the government for cash payments in the amount of 100,000 USD to 1 million USD.
Speaking at the beginning of October 2018 about aid funds for Afghan journalists, Ashraf Ghani made his appeal to the Afghan people and said smilingly, “You are not paying any taxes anyway. But do support the journalist relief funds.” It is a disgrace for the Afghan president to address the people in this way regarding the non-payment of taxes and to smile while doing so. Ashraf Ghani has no control over his emotions. At his official meetings, if he is in a bad mood he insults the army generals and his advisors. Ashraf Ghani is just as emotional in his speeches, sometimes laughing, sometimes appearing loud and aggressive.
Compared to the times of the Karzai government, the situation in Afghanistan has continued to deteriorate since the takeover of Ashraf Ghani and his co-governing Abdullah Abdulla. Corruption in all areas has increased. Unemployment has continued to rise, with violence against women, drug cultivation and drug trafficking, rape, robbery, deportation or people, poverty, ethnic conflict and anarchy in all cities. The failed President Ashraf Ghani has made no progress for the country, on the contrary, he has caused it to take steps backwards. The failed president, who has always lied to the Afghan people, has caused the government responsible for 32 million Afghans to fail. He should apologise to the Afghan people and to the world community.
The wife of Ashraf Ghani comes from Lebanon. Ashraf Ghani has awarded many government contracts to Lebanese people to pay millions of dollars in commissions to his wife's relatives. In this way he wants to cover over the direct receipt of commissions and thereby not attract attention in public. His relatives in Afghanistan are also involved in corruption and nepotism as they receive bribes and illegal commissions. The co-governing Mr. Abdullah Abdullah is also involved in corruption and receiving illegal commissions. According to the latest SIGAR report, even the anti-corruption agency in Afghanistan is involved in corruption.
The president should not only take over the political leadership, but also the moral one. He should be the motor of the nation, leading people into a better present and into an even better future. This goal has not been achieved by the current president. In view of the national and international clique economy, Afghanistan seems to be vegetating under a cancerous growth. A mixture of parties, local princes, drug lords and clans are preventing the recovery of the country. As this government continues, this cancer continues to proliferate, with the result of growing corruption, growing poverty for the mass of Afghans and growing suffering.
Ashraf Ghani and his friends want to run for the office of Afghan president again. As a reason for his candidacy for another term of office Ashraf Ghani stated that he wants to complete the work already begun. This is a trick, once again to give false hopes to the Afghan people.
Ashraf Ghani and his gang of mafia will once again try to win the next presidential election with the help of tricks and massive falsifications in order to share their profits through a fake coalition after the election.
Ashraf Ghani wants to deceive and trick Afghans by promising free and transparent presidential elections. In the presidential election of 2014, he carried out massive electoral falsification and deceived the Afghan people and the world community. A renewed candidacy of Ashraf Ghani with his friends would be a disgrace for him. For the country Afghanistan it would be a disaster to be ruled again by such a mafia gang.
Even if Ashraf Ghani were not available for the next presidential election, his friends and mafia gang would appear as candidates to take over the government and power.
Over 70% of the Afghan parliamentary elections in October 2018 were manipulated and are therefore not accepted by us. All previous elections in Afghanistan were distorted. We and the majority of the Afghan people are sure that the presidential elections announced by Ashraf Ghani will be a one hundred percent failure.
According to the UNAMA report, the parliamentary elections of October 2018 were more bloody when compared with the previous 4 elections. The number of dead and injured amounted to 435 people.
Our neighbour Iran wants to get more water from the Afghan rivers. There is an agreement from 1973 between Afghanistan and Iran, signed during the reign of ex-King Zahir Shah by the Afghan Prime Minister Musa Shafiq and the Iranian Prime Minister Abas Huwaida to regulate the matter. Our expectation from the afghan government is not to make more concessions to Iran concerning the water of Afghanistan, not even for cash payments. The waters of the Afghan rivers belong to the poor in Afghanistan and must not be given away.
We talk straight: We are in favour of US and international soldiers continuing to remain in Afghanistan to ensure security. We want to defeat the terrorists and not be intimidated by them.

We and the Afghan people do not want the Afghan government to continue under the control of Afghan mafia gangs!
Mr Ashraf Ghani and Mr Abdullah Abdullah both engaged in massive fraud during the 2014 presidential election. The Afghan mafia manipulated those elections with more than $100 million in bribes. Now those same two along with a few others are planning to run for president again and will once again engage in massive fraud. And the Afghan Mafia gang is once again behind it all determined to see their candidates win so that they can secure their profits. Over 70% of the Afghan parliamentary elections in October 2018 were manipulated. The election complaints commission has already received more than 10,000 complaints. The election commission's claim that it can separate valid votes from manipulated votes is impossible to implement in practice. It's like preparing a soup with dirty water and then trying to separate the dirty water from the soup again: it's practically impossible. Afghan elections to date have been an inseparable mélange of valid and falsified votes.
As reported on Afghan TV channels, those who currently hold the reins of power in the Afghan government are the same people who have stolen billions from the state's coffers, illegally occupied state-owned property, and generally treated the rule of law as well as Ashraf Ghani has treated the rules for fair elections. If an honest person would actually run for president in the future, he would have no chance at winning, since the opposing candidates and their supporters in the mafia gang will manipulate the elections with millions in bribes to ensure their candidates win.
If the Afghan Mafia once again steals the presidential elections, they would, as they did with the governments of Hamid Karzai and Ashraf Ghani, fill the ministries, governorships, regional governments, customs and other government agencies, the military and the police with their cronies and siphon off income from corruption and state contracts for their own profit. They would also continue using various tricks to steal grants from the world community for their own personal enrichment.
32 million Afghans, especially the women, have already suffered long enough over 17 years under Karzai and Ghani. 54% of the Afghan population lives below the poverty line. Nevertheless, the Afghan mafia gang has not shied away from stealing enormous sums from the public purse.
Due to the massive electoral fraud, we do not recognise or accept the results of the parliamentary elections of October 2018.
The candidates that ran were not suitable for the office of Member of Parliament. We want MPs with appropriate qualifications. They should be trained in constitutional law, women's rights, and government infrastructure by attending basic training courses that could last 3 to 6 months. They should then undergo appropriate examinations and only be admitted to parliamentary elections if they have successfully completed their studies.
There is currently no order and discipline in Afghanistan. Without order and discipline, there can be no free and transparent elections. Internal security is also an important prerequisite for the holding of elections. In the parliamentary elections in October 2018, 170 people were victims of terrorist attacks.
Mr Hamid Karzai and Mr Ashraf Ghani had both made assurances that they would hold free and transparent presidential and parliamentary elections. Previous elections and the most recent parliamentary elections of October 2018 have proved that these were lies designed to deceive the Afghan people.
Several elections have been held since Hamid Karzai took power. Under him and under Ashraf Ghani, each election has been marked with massive fraud. Hundreds of millions of dollars of state money were wasted on these elections.
The Afghan people want justice, freedom, women's rights, and honest government.
We will form a transitional government if we win a mandate to govern.
During this transitional phase, we will win the war against terrorists and secure peace. We will also combat corruption and drugs. We will ensure that internal security, justice, freedom, women's rights, order and discipline are established in Afghanistan. Once these objectives have been achieved, it would then be possible to hold free and transparent elections.
We respect the Afghan constitution and will implement it if we take over government.

The Afghan parliamentary elections were a disaster!
President Ashraf Ghani and his government have long since been a failure. Likewise, this government has completely failed in the current parliamentary elections.
Election observers and residents of several provinces confirm that the electoral commission has not fulfilled its tasks and responsibilities in the organisation of the parliamentary elections. Many election observers were not even allowed into the polling stations. The election observers called these the most chaotic elections in the history of Afghanistan.
Many citizens went to the polling stations to vote, but were unable to do so because the electoral lists or ballot papers were missing or their names were not found on the electoral roll.
It was reported many times that at numerous polling stations, the biometric devices for voter registration were missing or did not work or the responsible persons were not familiar with their operation. Eyewitnesses reported that at many polling stations, local staff or influential rulers took home biometric data acquisition equipment, including ballot papers in order to manipulate them.
FEFA (Free and fair Electoral Forum of Afghanistan) said that these were organisationally very bad and chaotic elections.
TEFA (Transparent Election Foundation of Afghanistan) also criticised the poor management of the electoral commission, citing problems in elections such as biometric device defects, lack of electoral documents and chaos, which prevented a large number of citizens from casting their votes.
Many citizens complained that they had registered in electoral lists in good time, but their names were missing from the electoral rolls, and they were denied the opportunity to vote. That is why they consider these elections as symbolic, an attempt to feign democracy.
Several hundred polling stations remained completely closed. Many polling stations did not open until 15:00, but closed again after a short time. There are indications that in many polling stations before they were opened as well as after their closing between 20:00 and 21:00, ballot boxes were filled by electoral staff or fraudsters. In numerous cases it has been reported that voters were paid money to buy votes.
It was also learned that at some polling stations it appears that deliberately no election material was provided possibly to influence election results.
According to the election complaints commission, so far more than 5,000 complaints or notifications have been received there.
As Mr. Ashraf Ghani and his government have repeatedly trampled on the law, the law was also broken in these elections, as the elections were extended to the second day.
The parliamentary elections were manipulated to a degree of over 70%, in which the rulers of the Afghan government are significantly involved. By means of this the government wants to bring about a weak parliament for a possible next term of office. The majority of candidates for the parliament are just not suitable. The chaos and election corruption described above are a disgrace for Ashraf Ghani and his government.
Furthermore, the parliamentary elections were overshadowed by violence because the Afghan government also failed to ensure the safety of citizens during the vote. Approximately 170 innocent civilians were killed or injured as victims of attacks during the parliamentary elections.
In addition, the cost of more than 100 million USD for the parliamentary elections was a significant waste of money.
We thank several Afghan broadcasters as well as the Afghan citizens who, through their reporting and complaints about the election process, have brought the alleged election frauds to light.
Many politicians have criticised the Afghan government for these chaotic circumstances and the manipulation allegations in the parliamentary elections.
The majority of the Afghan people including us are not satisfied with the parliamentary elections.
The Afghan people and we demand: the parliament of Afghanistan must not be occupied by mafia again.
We at the FDPA do not want to recognise and do not accept these parliamentary elections.

Women in Afghanistan suffer under terrible circumstances. Young girls are forced into marriages. Women are beaten by their family members, sexually abused, held prisoner in their homes in order to deprive them of their freedom, murdered by violent acts, and much more.
During President Ghani's time in office, the situation of women and their rights in Afghanistan have continued to deteriorate.
These women are our mothers, our sisters, and our daughters.
If we take over the government, we will strengthen their rights and restore the freedoms they were granted by King Amanullah Khan about 100 years ago.
President Ghani's government is involved in corruption and nepotism. Corruption and chaos can be found far and wide, including government ministries, the military, the police, the judiciary, customs officials, administrative offices, education, and so forth. Whenever government contracts are awarded, high-ranking officials regularly collect illegal bribes. We will fight corruption with tough penalties if we take over the government.
Almost a billion dollars have disappeared in the Kabul Bank scandal. The transparent investigation of the scandal as promised by the government of Afghanistan has not made much progress.
After the events of 11 September 2001, the US and the world community sought to create peace, order, and democracy in Afghanistan. To this end, the Afghan people voted for former President Hamid Karzai with confidence in and high expectations on his government. Unfortunately, he and his den of thieves (like afghan Alibaba and 40 thieves) did hardly nothing noteworthy for the country of Afghanistan during his 13 years in power. Karzai's government did not care about the people. Its mistakes were the reason why terrorists found a fertile breeding ground in Afghanistan that increased the intensity of the war which continued to this day. He did even more damage to democracy in Afghanistan.
He was not interested in doing the work of running the country, but was instead busy lining his pockets and those of his cabinet members. Although about 54% of the Afghan population live below the poverty line, the thieves in the Karzai government used various tricks to loot the country's treasury and enrich themselves and about 500 of their closest allies. Even though there was an urgent need to invest public money in efforts to reduce poverty, reconstruct the country, introduce democratic order, and improve the standard of living for 32 million Afghans.
This predatory tradition has now been passed on like a tradition to President Ghani and his government, which is powerless to counteract the legacy left behind by Karzai and his henchmen. Karzai's government caused such serious damage through its mismanagement that its successor, i.e. President Ghani's government, has still not managed to repair it with any success. So the main culprit is former Afghan President Hamid Karzai. But the mafiosi in the former Karzai government still have their hands in the pot under Ghani's government. They want to regain their share of power in the future governance of Afghanistan.
The government of Afghanistan is not supposed to be a business doling out favours to different groups for their private profit. It should be a government in which cabinet offices and civil servant posts are only filled by suitable and qualified persons. Afghanistan has enough homeland-loving, conscientious, and educated professionals.
We have a large number of candidates available to fill future government positions in the event of a government takeover. These are people who will respect freedom and women's rights. Some of them are in Afghanistan and working in various offices. Others currently live in exile. In order not to endanger these persons, we will not give their names here. We are looking for other candidates to assume future cabinet or government offices, regardless of whether they currently reside in or outside of Afghanistan. For us, all Afghans are equal. We want to establish a government that works for all 32 million Afghans. We do not want to govern like former President Karzai or current President Ghani where a group of about 500 line their pockets.
This gang has robbed hundreds of millions or even billions of dollars from Afghanistan during the Karzai and Ghani governments and deposited it in foreign bank accounts or invested it in foreign property. The stolen assets are the property of 32 million Afghans, especially the poor people living in Afghanistan. We ask the international community to confiscate the assets in question and return them to the Afghan people. This money is to be used by social institutions to improve the standard of living of the poor in Afghanistan.
These thieves will try to flee abroad together with the stolen funds, apply for asylum, and eventually escape prosecution. We appeal to the international community not to grant these people asylum and residence, but instead to hand them over to Afghanistan.
We have proposed a compromise for those who have illegally enriched themselves with the public money of the Afghan people. These people should give the money back to the Afghan government because this money belongs to the poor in Afghanistan. Only then could amnesty be considered. Otherwise, they would face criminal consequences if we were to take over the government. This is the final warning to those who have committed these thefts. We mean it seriously because our politics is no fun.
Some Afghan politicians, who criticise the USA, and the world community, are the ones who have stolen billions from the public purse in Afghanistan.
We wish to thank intelligent politicians like US President Donald Trump, the United States, and the international community for helping us Afghans to rebuild the country and supporting our country in the fight against terrorism. Should the USA and the world community leave Afghanistan, Afghanistan would soon fall into the hands of terrorists.
We ask the international community to blacklist those countries that support terrorists and to impose sanctions against them.
The rays of the sun illuminate every corner of the world. God created the sun for all people in the world, because he is of course the God of all nations, regardless of different religious affiliations. We respect the world religions like Islam, Judaism, Christianity, Buddhism, and others. Islam is a holy religion that strictly forbids the killing of innocent people. The terrorists who kill innocent people under the name of Islam are giving a false image of Islam to the world.
Several conferences of Muslim scholars (ulema) have taken place this year: representatives from 57 countries gathered in Saudi Arabia, 2900 scholars (ulema) gathered in Kabul, and others gathered in Indonesia. At each of these conferences, the scholars (ulema) confirmed that the killing of innocent people is forbidden in Islam. They declared violent extremism, suicide bombings, and thus the tactics of the Taliban and IS groups in Afghanistan to be contrary to Islam and illegal.
The so-called Taliban fighters are neither mullahs (scholars) nor real taliban (students of the Qu'ran). They are terrorists. They must realise that the war they are waging in Afghanistan has nothing to do with Islam. This war is killing innocent people, including women, children, and the elderly, setting fire to schools and committing suicide attacks in bazaars, market squares, mosques, and sports stadiums. These satanic and barbaric acts are not allowed in any of the world's religions. They damage Islam and its reputation with their evil deeds. The terrorists ought to know that no one in history has yet managed to win a war against the Afghan people. The Afghan army is getting stronger by the day. We hereby warn the Taliban that they will certainly lose this war. That is why they should lay down their weapons and surrender. We call on the Taliban to renounce the work of Satan. Otherwise they will be destroyed by firestorm of bombs and ammunition and go to hell.
A mafia group working with terrorists is an integral part of the current Afghan government. We want to protect Afghanistan and its government from being taken over by such gangs.
We want to make the Afghan army once again one of the best armies in the world for self-defence. It should be equipped with the most modern weapons and have state-of-the art aerial weaponry.
In Afghanistan, about 3 million people are currently addicted to drugs. We want to severely punish those who cultivate and traffic drugs. In the future, Afghanistan must no longer be a country where these activities take place.
We also want to stop the looting of Afghanistan's natural resources.
We want to strongly support Afghanistan's agriculture, industry, merchants, and economy. We want to support the Afghan tourism industry so that tourists will once again visit our beautiful homeland in the future.
Often, fewer than 20% of Afghan MPs attend parliament sessions. Those who are missing are busy with private activities, business, and smuggling. We do not want a parliament that does not fulfil its purpose and tasks.
Members of Parliament should be expected to respect order and discipline and have the necessary qualifications. A successful background check should be required before they run for office.
If we take over the government, we will introduce a state of emergency for the first 6 months.

Democracy will fail without order!
Since April 2018, the citizens of Afghanistan have supposedly had the opportunity to register to participate in the 2018 parliamentary elections. Due to the fact that only a few citizens had signed up to participate after one month, the electoral commission decided to extend the deadline by 1 month.
Some citizens were even forced to register to participate against their will.
The electoral commission decided to make note of the issuance of registration cards by attaching a sticker on to copies of identification documents. However, this method facilitates election fraud. As per the media reports, it was told that some people used up to 20 copies of identification cards to obtain several registration cards. Some fraudsters own up to 6 identification cards, which were used several times to register for the election. Identification cards are sold or bought for a price of 1,000 Afghanis (equivalent 14 USD) so that they can be used to manipulate the elections. A type of mafia organisation is in power and their goal is to secure their own position in the future central parliament and provincial parliaments.
According to information from the Afghan electoral commission, 4.2 million citizens have already registered for the future parliament elections. As a result of the serious manipulations, as mentioned above, we believe that approx. 60 percent of the distributed registration cards were issued illegally. If this share was deducted from the whole figure amounting to 4.2 million, only around 1,680,000 ballot cards would be legally valid. Among the 17 million eligible voters, this would correspond to a share of approx. 10 %. The low voter turnout, which the mistaken policy of President Ashraf Ghani is responsible for, is not sufficient for the legitimacy of the parliamentary elections.
The candidates for the parliamentary seats should have the appropriate qualification, be neutral and have a university degree. By participating in basic training courses lasting between 3 to 6 months, they should be given information about democracy and be taught about constitutional law, women’s rights and infrastructure. The Afghan government failed to ensure the necessary qualification of the candidates.
Due to the aforementioned falsifications and the low voter turnout, we are now boycotting the parliamentary elections. The majority of the Afghan population made it clear that they would also be boycotting the parliamentary elections by not participating in the elections.
The aforementioned type of electoral fraud has taken place in Afghanistan several times before; even during ex President Hamid Karsai’s period in office. Electoral manipulations are surely to be expected at the next presidential elections as well.
In consideration of the circumstance represented above, we believe that it would be better for an international world community to take over the role to nominate qualified and suitable members of parliament for the central and provincial Afghan parliaments, in lieu of leaving it in the hands of electoral fraudsters. This is the only way to avoid the domestic mafia from reoccupying the central and provincial parliaments.
This also applies to the election of the future head of government in Afghanistan, who should also be nominated by the international world community because the country needs order to hold democratic and legitimate elections and we all know that democracy fails without order.
For quite some time, the Taliban attacks in Afghanistan have increased. Therefore, we would like to direct the following at the Taliban:

A better offer is rather unlikely. In the event of your rejection, you (Taliban) are at risk of being destroyed and going to hell due to your misdeeds.
The so-called peace council in Afghanistan is useless and has made no significant contributions to peace in Afghanistan to date.
In doing so, the work of the peace council since its foundation has cost almost 1 billion dollars without even achieving a positive result. Therefore, we request the closing of the peace council.
All financial aid from the West are being wasted by the Afghan government. The Afghan government is mainly composed of corrupt rulers and thieves. The citizens do not trust this government. Mineral oil to the value of 156 million dollars was stolen from the army stocks. Furthermore, thousands of police and military vehicles were stolen and they were either resold or used for private or commercial purposes.
There is no order in the Afghan government! The government is involved in corruption in all sectors.
Most of the rulers of the Afghan government are members of the mafia. This mafia was also involved in the government during ex President Hamid Karsai’s period in office and will continue to maintain a mafia government and mafia parliament in Afghanistan.
97% of the population are unsatisfied with the current government.
54% of the Afghani population live below the poverty level.
The number of drug addicts, including youngsters and women has increased and is currently at approx. 3 million.
On 14.5.18 President Ashraf Ghani mentioned that the nation should inform him if they do not like one or the other minister from his cabinet and he would ensure that the minister in question would be suspended from his office. The nation requested President Ashraf Ghani to resign in front of the cameras on several occasions. But President Ghani has not respected the requests of the people by keeping his ears and eyes shut. We are joining this movement and demand his resignation.
In the event that our party were to take over government responsibility in Afghanistan, we will destroy terrorists in Afghanistan, win the war and establish peace.

The Afghan president is an inexperienced politician
Dear ladies and gentlemen,
The Afghan government officially started issuing electronic identity cards on 03.05.2018.
Among other things, the new electronic identity cards also include details of tribal affiliation. The list of tribes specified for this consists of a handful of the actual number of tribes in existence in Afghanistan.
We oppose the introduction of electronic ID cards in their current form, as details on the cards enhance tribal affiliation. This could lead to ethnic conflict among Afghans, both in present and future generations. A majority of the Afghan people, including politicians such as Mr. Abdullah Abdullah, oppose the introduction of electronic ID cards based on tribal identities. We welcome their support on this matter.
We demand that electronic ID cards comply with international standards. As such, they should contain information on the individual's first name, surname, nationality (Afghan), date of birth, place of birth, address, height and eye colour.
Mr. Ashraf Ghani is an inexperienced politician, and the above decision may incite the Afghan people.
We therefore strongly condemn the Ashraf Ghani government's plan to distribute electronic ID cards in their current form.
In the event that our party takes over government in Afghanistan, we will invalidate the current electronic ID cards and instead introduce new ID cards in line with international standards.
Inexperienced politicians such as President Ashraf Ghani are unable to provide security and stability in Afghanistan. To date Mr. Ashraf Ghani has not succeeded in making Kabul, the capital outside his palace, any safer. This lack of security is due to the corruption in which his government is involved.
The world community is helping to rebuild and stabilise Afghanistan with huge sums of money. Ashraf Ghani’s government is using these funds wastefully instead of investing them appropriately.
We therefore call for inexperienced politicians to resign from the Afghan government with immediate effect.

The failed president of Afghanistan!
The Afghan people want to live in peace after 39 years of war, suffering and poverty.
It is unquestionable that we also want peace in Afghanistan, but not at any price.
We want to negotiate peace with the Taliban only when the government led by President Ashraf Ghani has announced that it will step down because it is corrupt and promotes nepotism. Furthermore, President Ashraf Ghani’s government has also failed to achieve any successes with either of its domestic or foreign policies.
Even though we show every respect and sympathy concerning President Ashraf Ghani’s illness, we do not think his behaviour is at all appropriate. We do not approve of the way that he bangs the table with his fists and makes theatrical hand gestures in all directions during political discussions. We also do not approve of the way that he attempts to intimidate his audience by shouting into the microphone.
When we negotiate peace with the Taliban, we will require that the Taliban respects the rights of women. We will also demand that the Taliban recognises and respects the Afghan constitution.

Afghanistan has become the world’s biggest producer of opium and heroin.
There are approximately 250 million people dependent on drugs in the world, including women and young people, of which more than 2 million are in Afghanistan. Afghanistan’s neighbours are also critical of this development, as they also suffer the consequences. Both members of the Afghan government and the terrorists benefit from the drugs trade.
Violations of women’s rights and use of violence against women in Afghanistan have increased. There are many qualified women in Afghanistan, who could be appointed to the administration. Generally women are refused the right to professional activity in administrative bodies as these positions are often bought using financial payment.
Criminal gangs run child trafficking. Underage children are being smuggled and then sold on to other criminals. The children named are then used for suicide attacks or used as drugs mules, and also sexually abused.
Violent criminals extort money payments from Afghan traders. In other cases, their children are abducted, so the criminals can implement their demands.
Criminality rates have gone up. The Afghan government has failed in its attempts to deal with the social ills above.
President Ashraf Ghani’s government, including the cabinet, are involved in nepotism and corruption. Corruption is also widespread within the Afghan army. Mineral oil (fuel) destined for the army is often sold elsewhere, and money intended for provisions for soldiers flows into private hands. The extent of the corruption in all other bodies of the Ashraf Ghani government, as mentioned in previous submissions, has also increased. Even the Afghanistan anti-corruption authority itself is suspected of corruption.
Ex-President Mr Hamid Karzai and the members of his government at the time, who also had to respond to corruption scandals from their time in government, talk about convening the “Loya Jurga”, a major assembly, in order to regain power in Afghanistan in this way. Widespread electoral fraud in Afghanistanis a tradition dating back to the time of the Karzai government.
The Afghan government has not yet managed to introduce the new personal identification cards. There is argument about the entry of tribal origin information. The personal identification cards should meet international standards, including information about name, date of birth and nationality. Additional information beyond this could cause problems and conflict.
The Taliban are responsible for the death of many civilians. Even women and children have been killed in their attacks on mosques.
Terrorists should never believe they are winning the war in Afghanistan.
We ask the government of President Ashraf Ghani to resign as soon as possible, as the position in Afghanistan has become worse year by year under his governance.

Dear Leaders,
Terrorists fighting in Afghanistan have hitherto killed many innocent civilians, including women and children. They have kidnapped people and extorted money from them. They have also set fire to schools and killed sick people inside hospitals. Such acts have nothing to do with Islam. On the contrary, they are barbaric and diabolical offenses against humanity.
Terrorists represent a real danger for Afghanistan, Pakistan, and the whole world. Therefore the world community needs to take decisive action against them.
We Afghans do not want to be intimidated by terrorists.
The Taliban in Afghanistan must unconditionally lay down their weapons and
respect the Afghan constitution. Taliban participation in the Afghan government must not be accepted as a condition for laying down their weapons.
Those Taliban members who credibly admit their mistakes and therefore show regret for their action could be promised amnesty if they promise to help rebuild Afghanistan. If suitable and qualified, they could then apply for public office.
We want the Taliban office in Doha, Qatar closed, as this office has not met its intended purpose.
The terrorists should know that they have no chance of success in Afghanistan. The Afghan army is growing stronger every day with international support.

Ashraf Ghani's government is in Afghanistan in office since September 2014. His government's scorecard is bleak, having failed in terms of both domestic and international policies. The government has made no progress since coming into power. It provides no services, but instead absolutely betrays the Afghan people by disregarding or trampling all over the Afghan constitution. It’s high time that this government resigns, because it has 100 % failed.
The government of Ashraf Ghani is envolved in nepotism and corruption.
Corruption and chaos can be found far and wide, including in the areas of ministries, the military, police, justice, customs, administration, etc. There is no functioning judicial system as well as control and administrative systems. More than half of tax revenues flow into the private pockets of corrupt rulers.
Between the time this government came into power and the present, those in power have been busy battling over the staffing and distribution of key government posts. These posts are occupied by corrupt individuals. Some government and administration positions are awarded in exchange for cash payments.
There is no functioning secret service to prevent attacks, as most officials are corrupt and close their eyes in order to safeguard their own interests. Furthermore, there is no military discipline, which will be necessary to effectively fight terrorists.

According to media reports, Mr Ata Mohammad Noor, Governor of the Balkh province, has a fortune of more than one billion dollars. He has earned this money through corruption, drug trafficking and illegal real estate transactions. Ata Mohammad Noor tries to use his tribe to trigger ethnic conflicts, and to stir the tribes up against each other, thereby expanding his position of political power. The Afghans are a unified people, despite the diversity of tribes, such as Pashtuns, Tajiks, Uzbeks, Hazaras, etc. Only a small minority like Ata Mohammad Noor and his like-minded followers try to drive a wedge through Afghan society.
Ata Mohammad Noor does not want peace in Afghanistan, because this would endanger his interests. According to media reports, he causes unrest himself and then blames the Taliban for it. We are labelling Ata Mohammad Noor as an Afghan Mafia boss. It is high time that Ata Mohammad Noor was taken to court to be held responsible for his actions.

The government of President Ashraf Ghani is in office since September 2014 in Afghanistan.
Meanwhile 91 % of the Afghan people have lost confidence in the Afghan government.
It’s high time that this government resigns, because it has 100 % failed.
The government of Ashraf Ghani is envolved in nepotism and corruption.
Corruption and chaos can be found far and wide, including in the areas of ministries, the military, police, justice, customs, administration, etc. There is no functioning judicial system as well as control and administrative systems. More than half of tax revenues flow into the private pockets of corrupt rulers. Some government and administration positions are awarded in exchange for cash payments.
There are criminal gangs that make people's lives difficult in every city. They kidnap wealthy civilians to extort payments of money. The government is unable to control the situation and to maintain order.
The sexual abuse of children (underage boys) has been increased in Ahghanistan and the government has totally failed to prevent the crime.
The mineral resources in Afghanistan have been looted by various criminal groups.
Many public and private properties have been illegally taken by rulers.
Since the government of Ashraf Ghani is in office, the economy of the country is going down. It occurs capital fligt there, because the Afghan people haven lost confidience in the future and there is no security in the country.
President Ashraf Ghani still has no significant influence in Kabul or Afghanistan. There is no Afghan state in the towns and villages of Afghanistan, instead it is the warlords and local rulers who call the shots.
The fight against opium cultivation and drug trafficking has come to a standstill. A lot of officials are envolved in drug trafficking and due to their personal gain they are never interested to prevent the drug crime.
The transparent investigation into the Kabulbank scandal promised by the government is not being moved along.
The war in Afghanistan has lasted for 37 years. The terrorists are still not defeated. The intended peace process with the Taliban has failed. The Government of Ashraf Ghani has failed to bring peace and failed to bring stability to the country. Some of government officials have closed relation with Taliban an ISIS Groups, therefore such people do not work for the peace and stability in Afghanistan.
Above all, Afghan women are suffering the most. In practice, there is no real equality between women and men. Women's rights continue to be violated, as before. There can be no talk of democracy and freedom.
The government of Ashraf Ghani has also failed in other areas, among them environmental protection, infrastructure, relief efforts for refugees who have returned and so on. Unemployment has risen. The people are afraid of terrorist and criminal gangs. There is a lack of security and prospects for the future. The poorest of the poor must suffer from these conditions the most. All this has meant that the number of refugees from Afghanistan has increased one year on. Furthermore, the risk continues to increase that the reactionary Taliban and these terrorists will get a greater response and as a result their numbers will continue to grow. The influence of these extremely dangerous groups grows larger by the day.
We must never forget the terrorist attack of 11 September 2001 and also the other terrorist attacks around the world. The government of Afghanistan should provide all necessary support to the international community in fight against terrorism.
The government of Ashraf Ghani has failed not only in domestic policy but also pursues a very weak policy in foreign affairs.
President Ashraf Ghani uses lofty slogan and big promises during his speeches to Afghans and foreign guests, without translating them into action.
Should the government of Ashraf Ghani remain in office, this will continue to be a waste of time and money. The frustration of the Afghan people will thus continue.
The president should not just assume political leadership but also moral leadership. He should be the driving force of the nation which leads the people into a better present and an even better future. The current president has never achieved this goal. Afghanistan seems to be vegetating from a cancer in the face of national and international economy cliques. A sleaze of parties, local leaders, drug barons and clans is preventing the country’s recovery. In case of continuation of this government, this cancer will continue to spread resulting in growing corruption, growing poverty for the mass of Afghanis and growing suffering.
Only a very small part of the enormous amounts of money provided by the US and Europe for the reconstruction of the country has being invested into such important projects. Most of the money oozes away (into dark channels).
The opportunities for a peacefull and democratic Afghanistan are still there, especially if the Western world supports Afghanistan with financial resources, politcal and economic „know-how“ and soldiers. But don`t forget, that these targets cannot be met with Ashraf Ghani`s corrupt government, as above explained.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
As President Hamid Karsai’s 13-year term of office ended in September 2014, the Afghan people expected his successor, President Ashraf Ghani, to ensure peace and stability in the country as well as to put an end to widespread corruption and chaos.
Yet since the assumption of power by the government of President Ashraf Ghani the situation in Afghanistan has not improved, but on the contrary deteriorated considerably. The poverty and suffering of the Afghan people has increased. Opium growing and drug trafficking is still practiced. There is no functioning judiciary as well as taxation and administrative systems. Half of the tax revenue flows into the private pockets of corrupt potentates.
In the meantime, the war in Afghanistan has been going on for 36 years. Up to now the government of Ashraf Ghani has not succeeded in bringing about peace and leading the country towards stability.
In particular, Afghan women suffer most of all. In practice there is actually no equality between women and men. Women’s rights are still disregarded. There can be no talk of democracy and freedom.
Warlords, drug barons and radicals are also involved in power in the government of President Ashraf Ghani. Administrative positions are usually filled by corrupt individuals.
President Ashraf Ghani still has no significant influence in Kabul or Afghanistan. In the towns and villages of Afghanistan, the Afghan state does not govern, but the warlords and local rulers have the say. In every town there are criminal organisations and large gangs which make life difficult for people. The government is unable to ensure order.
The Taliban still have not been defeated yet. Every day they carry out attacks everywhere in Afghanistan. The government is unable to prevent this and to protect the population. The poorest of the poor must suffer under these conditions. As a result, there is an increasing danger that the radical Taliban - and with them the terrorists - are obtaining great popularity and appropriate support. The influence of these extremely dangerous groups is getting greater from day to day.
Afghanistan’s economy has hit rock bottom since the assumption of power by President Ashraf Ghani. Young people in Afghanistan suffer from high unemployment, lack of prospects and lacking security. That is why some of these people see themselves compelled to seek refuge in the world’s safe countries. In the process, they often lost their life due to dangers while fleeing.
The government of Ashraf Ghani has also failed in other areas, among them environmental protection, infrastructure, relief efforts for refugees who have returned and so on.
The chances for the democratisation and pacification of Afghanistan are still good, particularly if the West provides money as well a political and economic know-how. But bear in mind that these objectives cannot be implemented with the corrupt government of Ashraf Ghani. The Afghan people have long since lost trust in the government.
If President Ashraf Ghani remains in office, he will squander your money, your time and endanger the life of your sons and daughters who are serving in Afghanistan. The life of Afghan soldiers is also imperilled.
Help Afghanistan to obtain democracy and freedom, law and order and therefore stability. Exert your influence wherever you can. Remind your politicians and demand clarification as to where Western money is flowing.
President Ashraf Ghani’s immediate resignation would be the best thing for Afghanistan under consideration of the situation described above.
