ملګرو ملتونو ته: پاکستان ترهګر روزي او د ترهګرو مالي ملاتړ کوي

د ۲۰۲۶ کال د سپټمبر په ۱۸مه د پښتونخوا په کوهاټ کې یوه ډېره خونړۍ ترهګریزه پېښه رامنځته سوه چې په ترڅ کې یې ګڼ شمېر کسان ووژل سول او ډیر نور ټپیان سول. طبعاً د دې ترهګریز برید تر شا د پاکستان پوځی استخباراتي اداره، (آی ایس آی)، ولاړه ده.
داسې ترهګریز بریدونه په وار وار د پاکستان د پوځي استخباراتي ادارې، (آی ایس آی)، په لارښوونه او ملاتړ ترسره کېږي. سربېره پر دې، له ډېرو کلونو راهیسې داسې راپورونه موجود دي چې(آی ایس آی) له ۳۰ څخه د زیاتو ترهګرو ډلو په روزنه او ملاتړ کې لاس لري.
د پښتونخوا په کوهاټ کې دغه ترهګریز برید د ملګرو ملتونو د ۸۱مې عمومي اسامبلې له رارسېدو سره تړاو لري. پاکستان له دا ډول بریدونو څخه د نړیوالو ناستو او د ملګرو ملتونو د عمومي اسامبلې پر مهال د دې لپاره کار اخلي چې افغانستان او یا نور هېوادونه د ترهګریزو بریدونو د مسؤل په توګه ملامت کړي او پاکستان خپل ځان د ترهګرۍ د قرباني په توګه معرفې کړي. پاکستان له ډېرو کلونو راهیسې د نړیوالې ټولنې پر وړاندې یوه غلطه تګلاره تعقیبوي او د درواغجنو ادعاوو له لارې د نړیوالې ټولنې د غولولو هڅه کوي.
له ډېرو کلونو راهیسې د ډیورنډ کرښې دواړو غاړو ته د افغان ولس پر وړاندې ګڼ شمېر ظلمونه او د بشري حقونو جدي سرغړونې ترسره سوې دي.
موږ له نړیوالې ټولنې څخه غوښتنه کوو چې د پاکستان جنګی جنایتکاران او دیکتاتوران د جنګي جرمونو، د ترهګرۍ د تمویل او ملاتړ او د بشري حقونو د جدي سرغړونو په خاطر ونیسي او د قانون له مخې یې محاکمه کړی.

To the United Nations: Pakistan Trains Terrorists and Finances Terrorists
Dear Sir or Madam,
On September 18, 2026, a devastating terrorist attack took place in Kohat, Pashtunkhwa, in which several people were killed or injured. It is clear to us that Pakistan’s intelligence service, the ISI, is behind this terrorist attack.
Such terrorist attacks are repeatedly carried out on the orders of and with the support of Pakistan’s military intelligence service, the ISI. For many years, there have also been reports alleging that the ISI trains and supports more than 30 terrorist organizations.
The terrorist attack in Kohat, Pashtunkhwa, is connected to the 81st United Nations General Assembly. Such attacks are used by Pakistan during international appearances and at the UN General Assembly to blame Afghanistan or other countries as scapegoats for terrorist attacks, thereby portraying Pakistan itself as a victim of terrorism. For many years, Pakistan has pursued a false policy toward the international community and has sought to deceive the international community through such distorted representations.
For many years, numerous atrocities and serious human rights violations have been committed against the Afghan population on both sides of the Durand Line.
We appeal to the international community to arrest the Pakistani war-criminal dictators and hold them accountable for war crimes, the financing and support of terrorism, and serious human rights violations.
