هوښیار او بیدار اوسئ، او په تدبیر سره عمل وکړئ. خپل عقل او فکر وکاروئ او مه پرېږدئ چې یو د بل پر وړاندې وپارول سئ. له اوږدې مودې راهیسې د پاکستان د استخباراتي ادارې (آی ایس آی) له تګلارو څخه یوه دا بلل کېږي چې د افغانستان بېلابېل قومونه د یو بل پر وړاندې وکاروي او د هغوی ترمنځ شخړې را وپاروي. د پاکستان د (آی ایس آی) اداره غواړی چی اوس بیا خپله زړه ستراتیژی وکاروی

دا به تاسی معلومه وی چې په ۱۹۹۲ کال کې، کابل د (آی ایس آی) په قومانده سره په سخته توګه ویجاړ او د مځکی سره برابر سو. د ځینو راپورونو له مخې، له ۶۵،۰۰۰ څخه زیاتو خلکو خپل ژوند له لاسه ورکړ، پداسې حال کې چې نور اټکلونه د مړو شمیر تر ۲۰۰،۰۰۰ پورې ښیي.

یو څو ملي خائنان سته چې د غلامانو غلامي کوي. تاسو ښه پوهېږئ چې د ۲۰۰۱ څخه تر ۲۰۲۱ پورې د افغانستان حکومت د ځینو قومونو تر نامه لاندی د افغان مافیا په لاس کې وو. هغوی نه خپلو قومونو ته خدمت وکړ او نه یې د افغانستان ولس ته. اوس دغه غداران یو ځل بیا د (آی ایس آی) تر قوماندې لاندې هڅه کوي چې کورني او قومي شخړې او جنګونه را منځته کړي. هوښیار اوسئ. د پنجابستان د کرایه سوو غلو او ډاکوانو د ګټو لپاره خپل ځان مه وژنئ.

موږ د لوی افغانستان ټول قومونه یو افغان ولس یو. موږ نه افغان مافیا غواړو او نه د طالبانو رژیم. خو موږ دا هم نه غواړو چې طالبان ووژل سي.

موږ خبر سوي یو چې د افغانستان د کانونو او طبیعي زېرمو په تړاو څو ځله شخړې رامنځته سوې دي، چې له امله یې بېګناه خلک وژل سوي او یا ټپیان سوي دي.

د افغانستان طبیعي زېرمې ـ که د سرو زرو کانونه وي او که نورې شتمنۍ په بدخشان یا د هېواد په نورو سیمو کې وی ـ د ټول افغان ولس ګډ ملکیت دی او په بیت المال پوری اړه لری چی باید د شخړو او وینې تویېدو لامل ونه ګرځي.

له همدې امله موږ په بدخشان کې د خپلو خویندو او وروڼو څخه ، او همدارنګه د لوی افغانستان د ټولو قومونو څخه، دا غوښتنه کوو چې د ورورولۍ، یووالي او همغږۍ لاسونه سره ورکړئ او د پاکستان د کرایه سوو غلامانو پر وړاندی سره یو سی

To the People of Afghanistan and Badakhshan,

Be wise, vigilant, and act with sound judgment. Use your reason and do not allow yourselves to be turned against one another. It has long been part of the strategy of Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) to play Afghanistan's different tribes against each other and to incite conflict among them.

It is well known that Kabul was heavily devastated in 1992 under the direction and with the support of the ISI. According to some reports, more than 65,000 people lost their lives, while other estimates place the death toll as high as 200,000.

There are a number of national traitors who serve as slaves to other slaves. They know that from 2001 to 2021, the government of Afghanistan, acting in the name of certain tribes, was controlled by what is described as an Afghan mafia. They served neither their own tribes nor the Afghan people.

Now these traitors are once again attempting, under the direction of the ISI, to provoke internal and tribal conflicts.

Be wise. Do not sacrifice yourselves for the interests of hired thieves and bandits from Punjabistan. All the tribes of Greater Afghanistan are one Afghan nation.

We want neither an Afghan mafia nor the Taliban regime. At the same time, we do not want Taliban members to be killed.

Pakistan's ISI is once again attempting to revive its old strategies. We have learned that repeated conflicts have occurred over Afghanistan's mineral resources, resulting in innocent people being killed or injured.

Afghanistan's natural resources—whether gold mines or other mineral wealth in Badakhshan or elsewhere in the country—belong to the entire Afghan people. They are a shared national heritage and must not become a cause of conflict and bloodshed.

Therefore, we appeal to our sisters and brothers in Badakhshan, and to all the tribes of Greater Afghanistan: Extend to one another the hand of brotherhood and unity. Stand together against Pakistan's hired proxies.
