موږ د ۲۰۲۶ کال د جون په ۱۵مه د رسنیو د راپورونو له لارې خبر سوو چې د بلخ ولایت د دولت آباد ولسوالۍ په شینګل آباد کلي کې یوې مور پنځه ماشومان - درې نجونې او دوه هلکان - زیږولي دي.

موږ د لوی افغانستان د ولس په استازیتوب د دغو پنځو نوې زېږېدلو ماشومانو کورنۍ ته د زړه له کومی مبارکي وایو. ماشومانو او ټولې کورنۍ ته یی ته د روغتیا، خوشحالی، هوسا او بریالي ژوند او ښه راتلونکی هیله لرو

د موجودو معلوماتو له مخې، د پنځوګونو ماشومانو کورنۍ د مالي مرستې غوښتنه کړې ده. په یو وخت کې د پنځو ماشومانو زېږون د هرې کورنۍ لپاره یوه ستره ننګونه ده او د پام وړ مالي لګښتونه ورسره مل وي. له همدې امله، په دې ځانګړي حالت کې سخاوتمندانه مالي مرسته خورا مهمه ده.
موږ غوښتنه کوو چې د دغه پنځو نوې زېږېدلو ماشومانو مور ته د دولت له خزانې څخه  ۲۵۰،۰۰۰ افغانی مالي مرسته ورکول سي. سربېره پر دې، د ماشومانو د مور څخه باید وپوښتل سي چې آیا غواړي د مرستې د ترلاسه کولو لپاره خپل بانکي حساب پرانیزي او که د مرستې د مبلغ ترلاسه کول په بل مناسب ډول، لکه نغدي بڼه، غوره ګڼي.

Financial Support for a Mother of Quintuplets in Balkh Province, Afghanistan

Dear Sir or Madam,

On June 15, we learned through media reports that a mother in Shingalabad village, Dawlatabad District, Balkh Province, gave birth to quintuplets—three girls and two boys.

On this joyful occasion, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to the family of the five newborn children on behalf of the people of Greater Afghanistan. We wish the children a healthy, happy, and successful life, and we wish the entire family good health, strength, and prosperity.

According to available information, the family of the quintuplets has requested financial assistance. The birth of five children at the same time represents a major challenge for any family and brings with it considerable financial responsibilities. Therefore, generous support in this exceptional case is of great importance.

We therefore call upon the relevant authorities to grant the mother of the five newborn children financial assistance from state funds in the amount of 250.000 Afghani. Furthermore, the mother should be consulted regarding whether she would prefer to have the funds deposited into a personal bank account established for this purpose or whether she would prefer to receive the full amount in another appropriate form, such as a cash payment.
