محترمو اغلو او ښاغلو
د رسنیو د راپورونو له مخې، د ۲۰۲۶ کال د اپرېل په ۲۷مه، د پاکستان پوځ د افغانستان د کونړ ولایت کې پر ملکي اهدافو بمباري وکړه. په دې بریدونو کې استوګنیز کورونه او د سید جمالالدین افغان پوهنتون د جنګی الوتکو او بېپیلوټه الوتکو له لارې په نښه سوي دی او هم د توغندیو، د هاوان مرمیو او توپچي وسلو بریدونه سوی دی. د بيبيسي او نورو رسنیو د راپورونو له مخې، په دې پېښه کې ۷ کسان – چې ښځې او ماشومان هم پکښې شامل دي – وژل سوي دی او ۷۵ نور ټپیان سوي دي، چې ۳۰ تنه یې محصلین دي
دا ډول پیښه لمړی ځل نه ده. په تیرو ۲۰ کلونو کې، پاکستان په مکرر ډول د افغانستان پر هوایي حریم تیری کړی دی او د افغانستان پر ډیرو ولایتونو یې ګڼ شمیر پوځي بریدونه کړي دي. په دغو بریدونو کې توغندي، د هاوان مرمی، توپچي وسلې او د جنګی الوتکی او بېپیلوټه الوتکی کارول سوي دي. ډېری دغه بریدونه پر استوګنیزو سیمو، روغتونونو، سوداګریزو مرکزونو، ښوونځیو او نورو ملکي تاسیساتو ترسره سوي دی، چې له امله یې ګڼ شمېر بېګناه خلک وژل سوي او ټپیان سوي دي، چې ماشومان، ښځې او سپینږیري هم پکښې شامل دی.
په ډیرو بریدونو کې ملکی خلک د شپې په خپلو کورونو کې د خوب پر مهال په نښه سوي دي. په نورو پېښو کې ښځې د ورځنیو کارونو لکه پخلي او کالی مینځلو پر مهال او ماشومان د لوبو په حالت کی وژل سوي دي. همدارنګه، ملکي خلک د سفر پر مهال تر برید لاندې راغلي دي. د راپورونو له مخې، څو ځوانان چې د کرکټ له لوبې وروسته په یوه کور کې راټول سوي وه، د پاکستان په هوايي برید کي وژل سوي دي.
موږ مخکې هم څو ځله د ملګرو ملتونو اداری ته، اروپايي ټولنې ته او د هاګ نړیوالې جزایي محکمې ته عریضې استولې دي تر څو د افغانستان پر هوايي حریم د پاکستان تیری او پر ملکي وګړو د پاکستان پوځي بریدونه محکوم کړی. له بده مرغه، موږ تر اوسه د یادو سوو بنسټونو له خوا هېڅ ډول غبرګون نه دی لیدلی او نه یی هم داسې اغېزمن ګامونه اخیستی دي چې د پاکستان د دا ډول کړنو مخه ونیسي یا پاکستان د جنګی جرمونو په خاطر محاکمه کړي.
له همدې امله، موږ یو ځل بیا په ټینګار سره له نړیوالې ټولنې غوښتنه کوو چې په پاکستان کې د دغو کړنو عاملین محکمي ته راکش کړی او د ملکي وګړو د ساتنې لپاره مناسب اقدامات ترسره کړي.
موږ څو ځله یادونه کړې ده چې تر څو پوری چې د افغانستان د خاورې دواړه خواوی بېرته سره یو ځای سوی نه وی، شخړې به دوام ولري. همدارنګه، تر څو پوری چې په پاکستان کې د حکومت واک د پوځ په لاس کې وي، په مرکزي اسیا کې به ناارامۍ او شخړې دوام ولری

Petition to the International Community, the United Nations, the European Union, and the International Criminal Court
Dear Sir or Madam,
On April 27, 2026, Pakistani military forces reportedly bombed civilian targets in Kunar Province in Afghanistan. Residential homes as well as the Said Jamaladin Afghan University were attacked using fighter jets and drones, and were struck with rockets, grenades, and artillery fire. According to media reports, including the BBC, 7 people were killed—among them women and children—and 75 others were injured, including approximately 30 students.
This is not an isolated incident. Over the past 20 years, there have been repeated violations of Afghan airspace by Pakistan, along with numerous military attacks in various provinces of Afghanistan. These attacks have involved the use of grenades, rockets, artillery shells, and airstrikes carried out by fighter jets and drones. Many of these strikes have hit residential areas, hospitals, commercial districts, schools, and other civilian facilities, resulting in the deaths and injuries of many innocent people, including children, women, and the elderly.
In several cases, people were struck in their homes at night while asleep. In other instances, women were killed during everyday activities such as cooking or washing, and children were killed while playing. Civilians traveling were also targeted. Reports further indicate that young people who had gathered in a house after a cricket match were among the victims of Pakistani airstrikes.
We have repeatedly submitted petitions to the United Nations, the European Union, and the International Criminal Court in The Hague to draw attention to the violations of Afghan airspace and the military attacks on civilians in Afghanistan. Unfortunately, we have not observed any response from these institutions so far, nor have effective measures been taken to prevent such actions or to hold Pakistan accountable.
We therefore once again urgently appeal to the international community to hold those responsible in Pakistan accountable for these actions and to take appropriate measures to protect the civilian population.
We have repeatedly pointed out that conflicts will continue to arise as long as the two sides of Afghan territory are not reunified. Likewise, unrest and conflict will persist in the Central Asian region as long as governmental power in Pakistan remains in the hands of the military.
