موږ څو ځله په څرګنده ویلي دي چې موږ په هېڅ صورت نه غواړو د افغانستان په حکومت کې د افغان مافیايي کړیو سره یو ځای کار وکړو
دا خبره څرګنده ده چې دغو ډلو د ۲۰۰۱ څخه تر ۲۰۲۱ کلونو پورې ګڼ شمېر درانه جرمونه ترسره کړي دي. په دې کې وژنې، فساد، له واک څخه ناوړه ګټه اخیستنه، جنسي تېري، د شخصي ملیشو او زندانونو جوړول، شکنجه، او د نشهیي توکو قاچاق شامل دي. دولتي چوکۍ تر یو میلیون امریکایي ډالرو پورې پلورل کېدې. سربېره پر دې، دوی د درغلیو او لاسوهنو له لارې د افغانستان د دولت له خزانې څخه میلیاردونه ډالر غلا کړل او شخصي جیبونه یی په ډک کړل
د افغان مافیا مشرانو د خپلو قومونو څخه ناوړه استفاده کول، خو نه یې د خپلو قومونو په ګټه کار وکړی او نه د افغانستان په ګټه. د هغوی کړنې یوازې د شخصي ګټو لپاره وې. د افغانستان په ډېرو سیمو کې د همدې له امله بېنظمي (انارشی) واکمنه وه
د دې مافیا ډېری مشرانو د افغانستان د ګټو پر ځای د پاکستان د استخباراتي ادارې (آی ایس آی) د پاره کار کاوه. په اوس وخت کی، د دغو کسانو ډېری په ترکیه، تاجکستان، انګلستان او نورو هېوادونو کې ژوند کوي
افغان مافیا په قصدي ډول په هېواد کې ګډوډي رامنځته کړې وه. که موږ په افغانستان کی د حکومت مسؤلیت ترلاسه کړو، موږ غواړو چې دغه کسان د عدالت په خاطر محاکمه کړو

All tribes of Greater Afghanistan on both sides of the Durand Line belong to one Afghan people.
To the international community,
We have repeatedly made it clear that under no circumstances are we willing to cooperate with the Afghan mafia within the Afghan government.
It is well known that these groups committed numerous serious crimes during the period from 2001 to 2021. These include murder, corruption, abuse of office, rape, the establishment of private militias and prisons, torture, as well as drug trafficking. Government positions were sold for sums of up to one million US dollars. In addition, billions were embezzled from the Afghan state treasury through fraud and manipulation and diverted into private pockets.
The leaders of the Afghan mafia abused the names and affiliations of their tribes, yet acted neither in the interest of their tribes nor in the interest of Afghanistan. Their actions served solely their personal enrichment. As a result, anarchy prevailed in large parts of Afghanistan.
Most of these mafia bosses did not act in the interest of Afghanistan, but were instead in the service of Pakistan’s intelligence agency, the ISI. Today, many of these individuals live in countries such as Turkey, Tajikistan, England, and others.
The Afghan mafia deliberately fostered chaos in the country. Should we assume responsibility for governing, it is our aim to hold these individuals accountable in the interest of justice.
