د ۲۰۲۶ کال د فبرورۍ په ۲۱مه، پاکستانی ظالمانو د افغانستان د ننګرهار ولایت په بهسود ولسوالی کې د بمبارۍ له لارې د ۸ کلن ماشوم نورعلم کورنۍ له منځه یوړه؛ په دې پېښه کې پاکستانی ظالمانو د نورعلم د کورنۍ ۱۷ غړي شهیدان کړل او ژوند یی ور ختم کی, او ځینی نوریی ټپیان کړل. د دوی کور د بمباری له امله داسی ونړیدی چی د مځکې سره برابر سو. همدارنګه د دوی یو کوچنی موټر، چې کورنۍ یې د لرګو د ترانسپرټ لپاره کار ځینی اخیستی، هم له منځه یوړل سو
موږ د پاکستاني جنګي مجرمینو او دیکتاتورانو دا وحشیانه ترهګریز برید په کلکه غندو، چې د ړندو بمباریو له امله یې بېګناه ملکي وګړي، په ځانګړې توګه ماشومان او ښځې ووژل
موږ ګران ماشوم نور علم ته او د هغه هغو خپلوانو ته چې له دې هوايي برید څخه ژوندي پاتې سوي دي، خپل د زړه له کومي تسلیت وړاندې کوو او هغوی ته د صبر او زغم هیله کوو. شهیدانو ته د جنت فردوس دعا کوو. د دې پېښې ټپیانو ته د بشپړې شفا هیله لرو
د نور علم د کورنۍ غړو ته دې له دولتي خزانې څخه د هر شهید پر سر ۵۰۰۰ امریکايي ډالر او د هر ټپي کس لپاره ۲۰۰۰ امریکايي ډالر ورکول سي. د نړول سوي کور لپاره دې ۳۰۰۰ امریکايي ډالر او د ویجاړ سوي موټر لپاره دې ۲۰۰۰ امریکايي ډالر ورکول سي
څرنګه چې د نور علم د کورنۍ ټول غړي، لکه خویندې، وروڼه او نور، له منځه تللي دي، نو د نور علم سره دې ځانګړې مرسته وسي. د هغه په نوم دې په ننګرهار، کابل یا د افغانستان په کوم بل ښار کې چی د نورعلم خوښه وی د ۶۰،۰۰۰ امریکايي ډالرو په ارزښت یو کور واخیستل سي. نور علم دې د ملکیت په سند (قباله) کې د مالک په توګه ثبت سي. تر ۱۸ کلنۍ پورې به نورعلم ته د دغه کور د خرڅلاو اجازه نه وي؛ خو کله چې ۱۸ کلنۍ ته ورسېږي، نو هغه به د کور د خرڅلاو په باره کی اختیار ولري

Financial Assistance to Noor Alam and his Relatives
On February 21, 2026, Pakistani forces carried out a bombing in the Behsud district of Nangarhar Province, Afghanistan, which resulted in the destruction of the family of 8-year-old Noor Alam. In this incident, 17 members of Noor Alam’s family were killed, and several others were injured. Their home was completely destroyed and leveled to the ground due to the bombing. Additionally, a small vehicle used by the family for transporting firewood was also destroyed.
We strongly condemn this brutal terrorist attack carried out by Pakistani war criminals and dictators, who, through indiscriminate bombings, killed innocent civilians, especially children and women.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to the dear child Noor Alam and to those of his relatives who survived the airstrike, and we wish them patience and strength. We pray that the martyrs are granted the highest place in Paradise. We also wish the injured a full and speedy recovery.
From the state treasury, the relatives of Noor Alam should receive 5,000 USD for each martyr and 2,000 USD for each injured person. For the destroyed house, they should receive 3,000 USD, and for the destroyed vehicle, 2,000 USD.
As all members of Noor Alam’s immediate family, including sisters, brothers, and others, have been lost, Noor Alam should receive special support. A house worth 60,000 USD should be purchased in his name in Nangarhar, Kabul, or any other city in Afghanistan of his choosing. Noor Alam should be registered as the owner in the property deed. Until he reaches the age of 18, he will not be allowed to sell the house; however, once he turns 18, he will have full authority to decide on any potential sale.
