عریضه: ملګري ملتونه د څه لپاره دي

ګرانو آغلو او ښاغلو 

د ۲۰۲۶ کال د مارچ په ۱۶ مه نېټه، د پاکستاني جنګي جنايتکارانو له خوا په افغانستان کې پر څو ښارونو، لکه خوست، کنړ او پلازمینه کابل، باندې ړنده او وحشی بمبارۍ ترسره سول. په دې بریدونو کې د کابل يو روغتون هم په نښه سو، چېرته چې د ناروغه ملکی کسانو درملنه کېدل. د رسنیو د راپورونو له مخې، شاوخوا ۴۰۰ کسان وژل سوي او لږ تر لږه ۲۵۰ نور ټپیان سوی دي. د کابل طبي مرکزونه د ټپیانو د لوړې شمیرې له امله په بشپړه توګه ډک دي

له ۲۰۲۶ کال د فبروري د ۲۱ مې نېټې راهیسې، په افغانستان کې د پاکستاني جنګي جنايتکارانو لخوا په څو ښارونو باندې د بریدونو سلسله دوام لري، چې تقریبا هره ورځ ترسره کېږي. دوی ړندی بمبارۍ کوي او مختلف وسایل لکه  د هاوان مرمی او توغندی کاروي، چې په پایله کی ګڼ شمېر ملکیان وژل سوي یا سخت ټپیان سوي دي – د دغو بریدونو په قربانیانو کې زیات شمیر نوي زیږیدلي ماشومان، کوچنیان، ښځې او زاړه خلک شامل دي – . د پاکستان جنګي جنايتکارانو په پورته یا دو سوو کړنو سره د بې ګناه وژل سوو خلکو ژوند بې دلیله د منځه یوړی

ډېرې د بشر د حقونو سازمانونه، لکه «یوناما» او د بښنی نړیوال سازمان«امنیسټی انټرنشنل» څو ځله راپور ورکړی دی چې پاکستان د خپلو بریدونو په ترڅ کې بې ګناه ملکیان، په ځانګړې توګه ماشومان او ښځې، وژلي دي. پاکستان دغه راپورونه نادیده نیسي او داسی ښکاری لکه دوی ته چی دا موضوع بی تفاوته وی 

په دې پس منظر کې، موږ د ملګرو ملتونو او د نړیوالی جزایي محکمی څخه پوښتنه   کوو: که دا ډول اعمال جنګي جنايت نه ګڼل کېږي، نو بیا جنګي جنايت څه ته وایی؟

موږ په کلکه له نړيوالې ټولنې، په ځانګړې توګه له ملګرو ملتونو، د هاګ ښار د نړیوالی جزایي محکمې او د اروپایي اتحادیې څخه غوښتنه کوو: لطفاًد پاکستاني جنګي جنايتکارانو حمایت مه کوی، کوم چې د میلیونونو افغانانو ژوند یې د ډیورنډ کرښې دواړو غاړو کې، له ماشومانو نیولی تر زاړه کسانو پورې، له منځه وړی دی

موږ په کلکه غوښتنه کوو چې د  پورته یاد سوي پیښو عاملین، یعنې پاکستاني جنګي جنايتکاران باید په جدی توګه تعقیب سی، ونیول سي، د قانون منګولو ته وسپارل سي او داسې اقدامات وسي چې نور افغان ولس ته د زیان رسېدو مخه ونیول سي. د ملکیانو ساتنه او د نړیوال قانون عملي کول باید تر ټولو لومړیتوب ولري

Petition: What Do the United Nations Stand For?

Dear Sir or Madam,

On March 16, 2026, Pakistani war criminals carried out indiscriminate airstrikes on several cities in Afghanistan, including Khost, Kunar, and the capital Kabul. Among the targets was a hospital in Kabul where sick civilians were being treated. According to media reports, approximately 400 people were killed and around 250 others injured. Medical facilities in Kabul are now completely overwhelmed due to the high number of casualties.

Since February 21, 2026, repeated, almost daily attacks by Pakistani war criminals have targeted multiple cities in Afghanistan. These attacks involve indiscriminate bombings and the use of various weapons such as grenades, rockets, and mortar shells, resulting in the deaths or serious injuries of numerous civilians, including infants, children, women, and the elderly. The lives of innocent victims have been senselessly extinguished.

Numerous human rights organizations, including UNAMA and Amnesty International, have repeatedly reported that Pakistan has killed innocent civilians, including children and women, in its attacks on Afghanistan. Pakistan has ignored these reports and has shown no interest in addressing them.

In this context, we pose the following question to the United Nations and the International Criminal Court: if such actions do not constitute war crimes, then what does?

We urgently appeal to the international community, particularly the United Nations, the International Criminal Court in The Hague, and the European Union: Please do not protect the Pakistani war criminals who have destroyed the lives of millions of Afghan people, from infants to the elderly, on both sides of the Durand Line.

We strongly demand that the perpetrators of the aforementioned incidents, namely the Pakistani war criminals, be thoroughly investigated and held accountable, and that appropriate measures be taken to prevent further suffering of the Afghan people. The protection of civilians and the enforcement of international law must be an absolute priority.
