محترمو آغلو او ښاغلو

ستاسو هېوادونو په تېرو وختونو کې څو ځله له افغانستان سره مرستی کړې دی او زموږ سلګونو زرو کډوالو ته مو په سختو وختونو کې په درناوي او عزت پناه ورکړې ده. د دې دوامداره ملاتړ او ژمنتیا له امله موږ غواړو خپله ځانګړې مننه څرګنده کړو

په ورته وخت کې غواړو ټینګار وکړو چې دا لیک باید د افغانستان د طبیعي زېرمو په اړه د تړونونو د منلو یا تایید په توګه ونه ګڼل سي. تر هغه وخته پورې چې په افغانستان کې دوامداره او هراړخیزه سوله رامنځته نه سي، د افغانستان د طبیعي زېرمو په اړه ټول تړونونه چی د طالبانو یا له نورو اړخونو سره پخوا سوي وي،یا په  راتلونکي کی وسی, هیڅ قانوني اعتبار نه لري

موږ په افغانستان کې د یوی باثباته او هر اړخیزې سولې له رامنځته کېدو وروسته، له آلمان، هندوستان، ترکیې او قطر سره د باوري او عادلانه اقتصادي اړیکو جوړولو ته سترګې په لار یو

موږ د رغنده او متقابل احترام پر بنسټ ولاړې همکارۍ هیله لرو

We welcome the Federal Republic of Germany, India, Turkey, and Qatar to Afghanistan.

Dear Sir or Madam,

Your countries have repeatedly supported Afghanistan in the past and have welcomed hundreds of thousands of our refugees with dignity and respect during difficult times. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for this continued commitment.

At the same time, we wish to emphasize that this letter should not be understood as consent to enter into contracts concerning Afghanistan’s mineral resources. All past and future agreements regarding Afghanistan’s mineral resources with the Taliban or other parties shall not be legally binding until a sustainable and comprehensive peace is established in Afghanistan.

We look forward to building trustworthy and fair economic relations with the Federal Republic of Germany, India, Turkey, and Qatar once a stable and comprehensive peace has been achieved in Afghanistan.
