آغلو او ښاغلو

لکه څنګه چې تاسو ته معلومه ده، ستاسو پارلمان په حقیقت کی هېڅ د پرېکړې واک نه لري. له همدې امله دا یو ظاهري یا جعلی پارلمان بلل کېږي. اصلي واک د ولس د ټاکل سوو استازو په لاس کې نه دی. هم تاسو او هم نړیواله ټولنه پوهېږي چې د پاکستان د پوځي جنرالانو پر وړاندې ښکاره نیوکه کول عملاً ناممکن دی. 
 د پارلمان د غړو په توګه، تاسو مجبوره سوی یاست چې د پوځ امرونه پلي کړئ، که داسی و نه کړی نو له جدي پایلوسره مخامخ کېږی –لکه بندی کیدل, شکنجه او حتی وژل کیږی
د پاکستان پوځي جنرالان – که هغه عاصم منیر دي، که قمر جاوېد باجوه وو او که نور جنرالان – خپل ولس ته د خدمت کولو پر ځای د انګریزانو د غلامانو په توګه دنده اجرا کوي. که په معقول ډول فکر وکړي، دا د پوځي جنرالانو له مسلکي مسؤلیت سره په ټکر کې ده چې جنرالان د بشري حقونو په سرغړونو کی لکه د ماشومانو، ښځو او بې‌ګناه خلکو په وژنه کې ښکېل وي، د بهرنیو هیوادونو په غوښتنه له ۳۰ څخه زیاتې وسله‌والې ترهګرې ډلې وروزي یا یې ملاتړ وکړي، د بیت  المال څخه میلیاردونه ډالره غلا کړي او په بهر کې په دغه پیسو جایدادونه واخلي یا پیسې پرخپل نوم او  د خپلوانو پر نوم په بانکی حسابونو کی ذخیره کړي

په نړۍ کې ډېر هېوادونه د ټکنالوژی له پلوه ډېر پرمختللي دي. ځینې هېوادونه سپوږمکۍ فضا ته استوي او توغندي او فضايي بېړۍ تر سپوږمۍ رسوي. سربېره پر دې، ګڼ هېوادونه په خپل منځ کی تخنیکي همکارۍ لري او دوه‌اړخیزه سوداګري یې په دوامداره توګه وده کوي
خو پاکستان د پر مختګ په برخه کې په ټپه ولاړ پاته سوی دی. هغه کسان چې د انګریزانو د غلامانو په توګه دنده اجرا کوي، ښکاري چې لومړنی هدف یې د بهرنیو هیوادونو د ګټو لپاره خدمت کول دي: د بهرنیو هیوادونو په غوښتنه وسله‌والې ډلې روزل، شخصي شتمني زیاتول، د ولس – له ماشومانو تر سپین‌ږیرو پورې – حقونه تر پښو لاندې کول او بې‌ګناه خلک وژل. دا چلند د پاکستان د پوځي جنرالانو یعنی د انګریز د غلامانو کار دي

که تاسو غواړئ چې خپل پارلمان له بهرني نفوذه خپلواک کړئ، نو باید د ولس د استازو په توګه په ګډه یو موټی سئ. هغه واک چې اوس د جنرالانو په لاس کې متمرکز دی، باید پارلمان ته وسپارل سي، څو سیاسي پرېکړې یوازې په پارلمان کی د ټاکل سوو استازو له خوا وسي – نه د پوځي جنرالانو له خوا
په نړی کې د پوځي جنرالانو دنده په قرارګاوو کې د سرتېرو روزنه ده، حال دا چې سیاست او سیاسی پرېکړې د  سیاستوالو وظیفه ده، نه د پوځي جنرالانو

که پارلمان د پرېکړې كولو بشپړ واک په لاس کې واخلي، دا به د پاکستان د ولس د هوساینې، اقتصادي پرمختګ، ودې او ثبات سبب سي. خو که جنګي جنایتکار پوځي جنرالان واک ته دوام ورکړي او سیاسي پرېکړې  په خپله وکړي، نو پاکستان له جدي خطر سره مخ کېدای سي او ښايي سخته ګډوډي رامنځته سي. سربېره پر دې، د پاکستان محکمې هم خپلواکې نه دي؛ قاضیان او څارنوالان د انګریزانو د غلامانو تر اغېز لاندې دي

موږ په خپلو پخوانیو لیکونو کې هم یادونه کړې ده او بیا یې په ډاګه کوو چې بلوچستان او پښتونخوا د افغانستان خاوره ده او د ډیورنډ کرښې دواړو غاړو ته یو ولس او یو افغانستان دی. موږ به د خپلې خاورې یو سانتي متر هم پر پاکستان خرڅ نه کړو او نه به یې ورته ډالۍ کړو. سرحدي پوستې باید اټک ته انتقال سي

لکه څنګه چې تاسو پوهیږئ، موږ له پاکستان سره خپله دوه اړخیزه سوداګري صفر ته راټیټه کړې ده. سربیره پردې، موږ د پاکستان او مرکزي آسیا ترمنځ سوداګریزو توکو ته د افغانستان له لارې د ټرانزیټ لارې کارولو اجازه نه ورکوو

یوازې هغه وخت چې سیاسي واک د انګریزانو له غلامانو یعنې پوځي جنرالانو څخه پارلمان ته وسپارل سي او پرېکړې پارلمان وکړي – نه جنرالان – نو لوی افغانستان به چمتو وي چې له پاکستان سره خپلې دوه‌اړخیزې اړیکې عادي کړي. په دې صورت کې کېدای سي د دواړو هېوادونو ترمنځ سوداګري هم بېرته پیل سي

موږ ته معلومه ده چې په تېرو وختونو کې څو ځله خطا ایستنی سوې دی. نه یوازې د افغانستان ولس، بلکې نور هېوادونه هم خطا ایستل سوي دي. دا چلند نړیوالې ټولنې ته هم معلوم دی. له همدې امله موږ ټینګار کوو چې تر هغه وخته پورې چې د سیاسي پرېکړې واک له جنګي جنایتکارو پوځي مشرانو څخه وا نه خیستل سي او په بشپړ ډول پارلمان ته ونه سپارل سي، موږ د خبرو اترو د پیل لپاره امکانات نه وینو

Pakistani Generals are like Slaves of the English

To the Parliament of Pakistan

Dear Sir or Madam,

As you are aware, your parliament does not possess actual decision-making authority. Therefore, it functions as a sham parliament. The decisive power does not lie in the hands of the elected representatives of the people. Both you and the international community are aware that open criticism of Pakistan’s military generals is effectively impossible. As members of parliament, you are compelled to implement the orders of the military; otherwise, you must fear serious consequences — including arrest, other forms of repression, or even death.

The military generals of Pakistan — whether Asim Munir, Qamar Javed Bajwa, or other generals — act like slaves of the English instead of serving their own people. From an objective standpoint, it contradicts the professional responsibility of military leaders to be involved in serious human rights violations such as the killing of children, women, and innocent people; to train or support more than 30 armed terrorist groups on behalf of external actors; to embezzle billions in state funds in order to acquire real estate abroad; or to transfer financial resources to their own or their family members’ foreign accounts.

Many countries around the world are highly technologically advanced. Some states send satellites into space as well as rockets and spacecraft to the moon. Moreover, numerous countries maintain close technical cooperation and engage in flourishing bilateral trade.

Pakistan, by contrast, has largely remained in a state of stagnation. Those functioning as slaves of the English appear primarily focused on serving external interests: training armed groups on behalf of foreign actors, enriching themselves personally, violating the rights of the population — from children to the elderly — and killing innocent people. This conduct characterizes the current role of the military generals’ slaves.

If you wish to restore the independence of your parliament from external influence, you as members of parliament should unite collectively. The power currently concentrated in the hands of the generals should be transferred to parliament, so that political decisions are made exclusively by elected representatives — not by military generals. In international practice, the role of military generals is to train soldiers in the barracks, while political governance and decision-making are the responsibility of elected politicians, not military generals.

If parliament assumes full decision-making authority, this will serve the well-being of the Pakistani people as well as the country’s economic development, progress, and stability. However, if war-criminal military generals continue to exercise power and make political decisions, Pakistan faces serious danger and could be plunged into severe chaos. Aggravating the situation further is the fact that Pakistan’s courts are not independent; judges and prosecutors are under the influence of the slaves of the English.

As we have stated in previous letters and wish to reiterate clearly, Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa are Afghan territory, and on both sides of the Durand Line there is one people and one Afghanistan. We will not sell or give away a single centimeter of our territory to Pakistan. The border posts are to be relocated to Attock.

As you know, we have reduced our bilateral trade with Pakistan to zero. Furthermore, we do not permit trade goods between Pakistan and Central Asia to use the transit route through Afghanistan.

Only when political power is transferred from the so-called slaves of the English — the military generals — to the parliament, and when the parliament makes the decisions rather than the generals, will Greater Afghanistan be prepared to normalize bilateral relations with Pakistan. In that case, trade between the two countries could also resume.

We are aware that there have been repeated deceptions in the past. Not only the Afghan people but also other states have been misled. This conduct is also known to the international community. Therefore, we would like to emphasize that as long as political decision-making authority is not withdrawn from the war-criminal military leaders and fully assumed by parliament, we see no basis for entering into negotiations.
