د ۲۰۲۶ کال د جنورۍ په ۱۹مه نېټه، په کابل، افغانستان کې د «لانژو بیف نوډل» په نوم چینایي رستورانت کې مېلمانه ناست وه، چې یو ځانمرګي بریدګر هلته ترهګریز برید ترسره کړ. د دې برید په پایله کې اووه کسان ووژل سول، چې پکښې یو چینایي تبعه او شپږ افغان اتباع شامل دي. سربېره پر دې، یوولس نور کسان ټپیان سول
موږ دا بزدلانه او وحشیانه ترهګریز برید په کلکو ټکو غندو. د وژل سوو قربانیانو له کورنیو سره خپله ژوره خواخوږي او تسلیت څرګندوو. ټپیانو ته د بشپړې او چټکې روغتیا هیله کوو
د رسنیو د راپورونو له مخې، د (داعش) ترهګرې ډلې د دې برید مسؤلیت منلی دی. همدارنګه د بل راپور پر اساس دا برید د داعش د یوه قومندان، خالد المنات، له خوا تنظیم سوی وو، چې په نوشهره کې د شاوخوا ۵۰ ترهګرو یوه ډله روزي. نوشهره د پاکستان تر ادارې لاندې ده او هلته د پاکستان پوځي تاسیسات سته. همدارنګه د حقانیه مدرسه هم نوشهره ته په نږدې سیمه کې موقعیت لري.
داعش–خراسان د داعش ترهګرې ډلې یوه څانګه ده. د راپورونو له مخې، داعش–خراسان د پاکستان د پوځي استخباراتي ادارې (آی ایس آی) له خوا روزل کېږي او ملاتړ یې کېږي. دغه ملاتړ د دې لامل ګرځي چې ترهګریز بریدونه ترسره سي او بېګناه انسانان ووژل سي
موږ له نړیوالې ټولنې څخه په کلکه غوښتنه کوو چې د دغو جرمونو مسؤلین — د پاکستان د ماشومانو وژونکي، د ښځو وژونکي او د بېګناه خلکو قاتلان — محاکمه کړي
موږ همدارنګه غوښتنه کوو چې د یاد سوي برید د هر وژل سوي قرباني کورنۍ ته د افغانستان له دولتي خزانې څخه د ۳۰۰۰ امریکایي ډالرو په اندازه مالی مرسته ورکول سي او هر سخت ټپي ته ۱۰۰۰ امریکایي ډالر ورکول سي. دا مرستې باید د قربانیانو د تابعیت په پام کې نیولو پرته ورکول سي. سربېره پر دې، د رستورانت مالک ته باید ۲۰۰۰ امریکایي ډالر د مالي جبران په توګه ورکول سي

Terrorist Attack of 19 January 2026 on a Chinese Restaurant in Kabul, Afghanistan
Dear Sir or Madam,
On 19 January 2026, guests were present at the Chinese restaurant “Lanzhou Beef Noodle” in Kabul, Afghanistan, when a suicide bomber carried out a terrorist attack. As a result of this attack, seven people lost their lives, including one Chinese national and six Afghan nationals. In addition, eleven other individuals were injured.
We condemn this cowardly and barbaric terrorist attack in the strongest possible terms. We extend our deepest condolences to the families of the victims who lost their lives. We wish the injured a full and speedy recovery.
According to media reports, the terrorist organization “Islamic State” (IS) has claimed responsibility for this attack. It has further been reported that the attack was organized by an IS commander named Khalid Al-Manat, who trains a group of approximately 50 terrorists in Nowshera. Nowshera is under Pakistani administration and hosts Pakistani military facilities. The Haqqania Madrassa (Islamic religious school) is also located nearby.
IS-Khorasan is an affiliate of the terrorist organization IS. According to reports, IS-Khorasan is trained and supported by Pakistan’s military intelligence service, the ISI. This support enables the carrying out of terrorist attacks in which innocent people are killed. We urgently call on the international community to hold those responsible for such crimes—Pakistani murderers of children, women, and innocent people—accountable.
We further demand that the families of the victims who lost their lives in the above-mentioned attack each receive compensation in the amount of 3,000 US dollars, and that those who were seriously injured each receive 1,000 US dollars from the Afghan state treasury. These payments should be made regardless of the nationality of those affected. In addition, the owner of the restaurant should be granted financial compensation in the amount of 2,000 US dollars.
