Petition to the United Nations, the International Community, and Human Rights Organizations: We demand the inclusion of Pakistani terrorists on the blacklist

د ملګرو ملتونو، نړیوالې ټولنې، او د بشري حقونو سازمانونو ته غوښتنلیک: موږ  غوښتنه کووچی  پاکستاني تروریستان په تور لیست کې شامل کړی

پاکستان له ۳۰ څخه زیاتې ترهګرې ډلې روزلې دي او لا هم ورته روزنه ورکوي. د دې ډلو څخه یوه د خراسان داعش ډله ده چې د پاکستان د نظامي استخباراتو ادارې (آی ایس آی) لخوا ملاتړ او روزنه ورکول کېږي. موږ ستاسی غوښتنه کوو چې د پاکستان دیکتاتوران او جنګي جنایتکاره جنرالان په تور لیست کې شامل کړی او پر هغوی بندیزونه ولګوي

د بلوچستان د آزادۍ جبهه (بی ایل ایف) د آزادۍ مبارزین دي چې غواړي بلوچستان د پاکستان د ظلم او استبداد څخه آزاد کړي. دوی ترهګر نه دي. د بلوچستان د ولس حقونه له ۷۷ کلونو راهیسې په سیستماتیک ډول تر پښو لاندې سوی دي. په بلوچستان کې ګڼ شمېر کسان د جنګي جنایتکارو جنرالانو او دیکتاتورانو لخوا وژل سوي دي. له ۸۰,۰۰۰ څخه زیات خلک بې درکه سوي دي، او د هغوی د برخلیک په اړه هېڅ معلومات نسته. په بلوچستان کې بې‌ګناه خلک تښتول کېږي، بندیان کېږي، وهل ټکول کېږي، شکنجه کېږي، او وژل کېږي. د دوی کورونه سوځول کېږي او ویجاړیږي. هغه کسان چې خپل حقونه او عدالت غواړي، تر فشار اوظلم لاندې راوستل کېږي. خبریالان چې د دې ظلمونو په اړه راپورونه خپروي، بندیان کېږي او وژل کیږی. څوک چې د پاکستاني واکمنانو او پوځ له ظلم او استبداد سره مخالفت کوي یا په مظاهرو کې ګډون کوي، له دولتي دندو ګوښه کېږي، تښتول کېږي، نیول کېږي او حتی وژل کېږي. ګڼ شمېر بندیان بې درکه سوي دي.

همدارنګه، د تحریک طالبان پاکستان (ټی ټی پی) سره ورته چلند کېږي. که څه هم دوی "طالبان" بلل کېږي، خو په حقیقت کې طالبان نه دي.  (ټی ټی پی)  د ښځو حقونه مراعات کوی او د نجونو د زده‌کړې حق ته درناوی لري. د دې غورځنګ غړي اکثراً تعلیم‌یافته او هوښیار کسان دي چې د پاکستاني دیکتاتورانو او جنرالانو لخوا د ګڼو ظلمونو او جبرونو ښکار سوي دي. د پاکستان ترهګره پوځ په پښتونخوا کې پر بې‌ګناه ملکیانو بمباري کړې ده او ګڼ شمېر عام وژنې یې ترسره کړې دي. د بشري حقونو سیستماتیکه سرغړونه کېږي. په پښتونخوا کې بې‌ګناه خلک تښتول کېږي، بندیان کېږي، وهل ټکول کېږي، شکنجه کېږي، او وژل کېږي. د دوی کورونه سوځول کېږي او ویجاړېږي. هغه کسان چې خپل حقونه او عدالت غواړي، تر فشار او ظلم لاندې راوستل کېږي. خبریالان چې د دې ظلمونو په اړه راپورونه خپروي، بندیان کېږي او وژل کیږی.څوک چې د پاکستاني واکمنانو او پوځ له ظلم او استبداد سره مخالفت کوي یا په مظاهرو کې ګډون کوي، له دولتي دندو ګوښه کېږي، تښتول کېږي، نیول کېږي او حتی وژل کېږي. ګڼ شمېر بندیان بې درکه سوي دي.

د پاکستان پوځ په بلوچستان او پښتونخوا کې نظامي عملیات ترسره کوي، تعلیم‌یافته ځوانان وژني، او بیا په رسنیو کې ادعا کوي چې ترهګر یې وژلي دي. پر ښوونځيو او عامه تاسیساتو برید کوي، او د دې بریدونو مسؤلیت او ملامتی په ناحقه پر نورو ډلو اچوي. په حقیقت کې د پاکستان د استخباراتو اداره (آی ایس آی)  د ترهګرۍ مرکز دی.

نړیواله ټولنه د دې حقیقت پر وړاندې سترګې پټوي. داسې ډلې لکه (بی ایل ایف) او  (ټی ټی پی)، چې د ۷۷ کلونو راهیسې یې حقونه تر پښو لاندې سوي دي، د ظلم او جبر ښکار سوي دي، شکنجه سوي او وژل سوي دي، په ناحقه د ترهګرو په لیست کې شامل سوي دي. په همدې حال کې، جنګي جنایتکاره جنرالان او دیکتاتوران، چې لاسونه یې د ګڼ شمېر بې‌ګناه خلکو په وینو ککړ دي، د ترهګرو په توګه نه پېژندل کېږي. دوی خلک تښتولي، شکنجه کړي، وژلي دی او بیره او وحشت یی خپور کړی دی. دا یوه لويه بې‌عدالتي ده.

موږ عدالت غواړو او ستاسو څخه هیله کوو چې (بی ایل ایف)  او  (ټی ټی پی) د ترهګرو له لیست څخه ایسته کړئ، ځکه چې دوی ترهګر نه دي. پاکستان د غلطو معلوماتو او بې‌اساسه تورونو له لارې دملګرو ملتونو اداره  او نړیواله ټولنه خطاایستلې ده چې دا ډلې د ترهګرو په لیست کی واچوي.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
 
Pakistan has trained more than 30 terrorist groups and continues to do so. One of these groups is IS-Khorasan, which appears to be supported and trained by the Pakistani military intelligence agency ISI. We demand that the dictators and war criminal generals of Pakistan be placed on the blacklist and that sanctions be imposed against them.
 
The Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) are freedom fighters striving for the liberation of Balochistan from Pakistani tyranny. They do not appear to be terrorists.The rights of the Baloch people have been systematically violated for 77 years. In Balochistan, numerous people have been murdered by war criminal generals and dictators. Over 80,000 people have disappeared without a trace, and no information is available about their fate. Innocent people in Balochistan are abducted, imprisoned, beaten, tortured, and murdered. Their homes are burned and destroyed. People who demand their rights and justice are oppressed. Journalists reporting on the oppression are arrested. Those who protest against the oppression by the Pakistani rulers and the army are often dismissed from public office, abducted, imprisoned, or even killed. Numerous detainees are considered to have disappeared without a trace.
 
The situation is similar for the Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP). Although they are labeled as "Taliban," they are not actually Taliban. The TTP respects women’s rights, including the right to education. Members of this movement are predominantly educated and intelligent individuals who have fallen victim to numerous atrocities and oppression by Pakistani dictators and generals. The Pakistani terror army has bombed innocent civilians in Pashtunkhwa and committed massacres. Human rights are systematically violated. Innocent people in Pashtunkhwa are abducted, imprisoned, beaten, tortured, and murdered. Their homes are burned and destroyed. People who demand their rights and justice are oppressed. Journalists reporting on the oppression are arrested. Those who protest against the oppression by the Pakistani rulers and the army are often dismissed from public office, abducted, imprisoned, or even killed. Numerous detainees are considered to have disappeared without a trace.
 
The Pakistani army conducts military operations in Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa, massacres educated young people, and then falsely claims in the media to have killed terrorists. Schools and public facilities are attacked, and responsibility is wrongly attributed to other groups. In reality, the Pakistani intelligence agency ISI seems to be the epicenter of terror.
 
The international community has turned a blind eye to this reality. Groups like the BLF and TTP, whose rights have been violated for 77 years, whose members have been tyrannized, tortured, and murdered, have been falsely placed on the terrorist list. Meanwhile, highly criminal, war criminal generals and dictators are not classified as terrorists, even though their hands are stained with the blood of countless innocent people. They have abducted, tortured, and killed people and spread fear and terror. This is a grave injustice.
 
We demand justice and suggest removing the BLF and TTP from the terrorist list, as they do not appear to be terrorists. Pakistan has misled the United Nations and the international community through false information and baseless accusations, leading to the wrongful classification of these groups as terrorist organizations.
