دپاکستان دغلو او ډاکوګانو تروریستی حکومت ته: ځانونه مه غولوی،  د بلوچستان او پښتونخوا څخه ووزی

دپنجابستان ډاکوګانو! تاسی ته ښه معلومه ده چی تاسی په افغانستان کی د زرهاوو بیګناه انسانانو وینی پر سړکانو توی کړلی او د وینو ویالی مو وبهیولی. تاسی دشیرخورو ماشومانو څخه نیولی تر سپین ږیرو انسانانو پوری په ترور کی ووژل. تاسی هدفی وژنی وکړلی. تاسی په ودونو کی انسانان ووژل او دافغانانو خوشحالی مو په خوابدی وربدلی کړی. تاسی په روغتونو کی دامیندوارو ښځو پر نسونو ډزی وکړی او ومو وژلی. تاسی داسی ماشومان ووژل چی یو یا دوه ساعته مخکی نوی زیږیدلی وه. تاسی په ښوونځیو او پوهنتونونو کی وینی توی کړی بیګناه متعلمین او محصلین مو ووژل. تاسی دمسافرو بسونه په بمونو کی والوزول او بیګناه مسافر مو ووژل. تاسی په بازارونو او مارکیټونو کی وینی توی کړی بیګناه خلګ مو ووژل.  تاسی په هوایی ډګرونو کی چاودنی وکړلی او د بیګناه خلګو وینی مو توی کړی.  تاسی په ښارونو او کلو کی وینی توی کړی بیګناه خلګ مو ووژل. تاسی په دولتی ادارو او دفترونو کی, د پوځ او پولیسو په تاسیساتو کی  وینی توی کړی بیګناه خلګ مو ووژل. لنډه داچی که کوچنیان وه، که ښځی وی، که سپین ږیری وه، که ناروغان وه, که امیندواری ښځی وی، که ملکی کسان وه، که  مامورین وه، که صاحبمنصبان وه، که متعلمین وه، که محصلین وه،که معلمین وه, که ډاکټران وه، که انجینران وه، که خبریالان وه، که کارګر وه, که دکانداران وه، که تجاران وه,  که اهل تسنن وه, که اهل تشیع وه،او داسی نور، تاسی قتل عام کړل. علاوه پر انسانانو تاسی زموږ اهلی حیوانات هم ووژل. تاسی زموږ زیربناوی او تاسیسات ویجاړ کړل. تاسی زموږ پلونه په بمونو والوزول. ټاسی زموږ د برق خادی چپه کړلی. تاسی زموږ جوماتونه او د اهل هنود دغبادت ځایونه ویجاړ کړل

تاسی دا ظلمونه او د بیګناه  انسانانو قتل عام نه یوازی  په افغانستان کی تر سره کړل بلکی همدارنګه مو په بلوچستان او پښتونخوا کی په زرهاوو بیګناه نفر بندیان کړی, لت او شکنحه مو کړل او و مو وژل. ددوی کورونه مو ور و نړول.  په بلوچستان او پښتونخوا کی تر ۸۰ زره زیات انسانان ورک دی چی د ژوند او مرګ  درک یی معلوم نه دی. تاسی د ډیورنډ دکرښی ددواړو خواوو پرافغان ولس باندی هر ډول ظلمونه وکړل او هر ډول تاوانونه مو ور ورسول. تاسی غوښتل چی د ډیورنډ د کرښی ددواړو خواوو ته افغان ولس په ظلم او زور د ځان تابع کړی خو خپلو شومو موخو ته  و نه رسیدلاست. نو ښه به داوی چی تاسی نور د عقل او فکر څخه کار واخلی، د بلوچستان او پښتونخوا څخه په خوشحالی او په سوله ایز ډول ووزی. که چیری داسی و نه کړی نو دا د زرهاوو بیګناه انسانانو وینی چی تاسی د ډیورنډ دکرښی دواړو خواوو ته توی کړی په پایله کی به یی تاوانونه تاسی ته هم در ورسیږی. د ډیورنډ دکرښی دواړو خواوو ته د افغان ولس  پر ضد ستاسی هر عمل د دوی عکس العمل را پاروی. نو هغه اور چی تاسی دکلونو راهیسی  د ډیورنډ دکرښی دواړو خواوو ته پر افغان ولس بل کړی دی, لمبی به یی ستاسی لمنی ته هم  در ورسېږی. یعنی   ستاسی په  ښوونځیو،  پوهنتونونو، بازارونو، مارکیټونو او د پنجابستان په ښارونو او کلو کی به هم داسی د وینو ویالی و بهیږی لکه د افغان ولس په خاوره کی چی تاسی و بهیولی، ستاسی په پنجابستان کی به هم پولیس خپل ژوند د لاسه ورکړی،د ریل ګاډی خطونه به مو په بمونو کی والوزول سی، د برق خادی به مو چپه سی او داسی نور. په پښتو کی یو متل دی چی وایی « مه کوه په چا چی و به سی په تا» ځکه نو یو ځل بیا تاسی ته وایو چی ځانونه مه غولوی، ښه به داوی چی ژر تر ژره د بلوچستان او پښتونخوا څخه ووزی

To the terrorist government of Pakistani bandits and robbers: Do not deceive yourselves, leave Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa.

The bandits of Punjabistan! It is well known to you that you have spilled the blood of thousands of innocent people on the streets of Afghanistan, causing streams of blood to flow.

You have killed people from infants to the elderly in terror. You have committed targeted murders. You have killed people at weddings, turning the joy of Afghans into grief. You have shot pregnant women in the abdomen in hospitals and killed them. You have murdered infants who had been born only one or two hours earlier. You have spilled blood in schools and universities, killing innocent students and pupils. You have blown up buses with bombs and killed innocent travelers. You have spilled blood in markets and shopping centers, murdering innocent people. You have caused explosions at airports, spilling the blood of innocent people. You have spilled blood in cities and villages, murdering innocent people. You have spilled blood in state institutions, offices, and in the facilities of the police and military, killing innocent people.

In short, whether they were children, women, elderly people, the sick, pregnant women, civilians, officials, officers, pupils, students, teachers, doctors, engineers, journalists, workers, shopkeepers, traders, Sunnis, Shiites, or others – you have massacred them. In addition to people, you have also killed our livestock. You have destroyed our infrastructure and facilities. You have blown up our bridges. You have destroyed our power pylons. You have destroyed our mosques and the places of worship of Hindus.

You have committed the atrocities and massacres described above, not only in Afghanistan but also captured, tortured, and killed thousands of innocent people in Balochistan and Pakhtunkhwa. You have destroyed their homes. In Balochistan and Pakhtunkhwa, more than 80,000 people are missing, their fate unknown. You have inflicted all kinds of violence and suffering on the Afghan people on both sides of the Durand Line. You wanted to subjugate the Afghan people on both sides of the Durand Line through oppression and violence, but you have not achieved your evil goals.

It would be better if you now use reason and wisdom and peacefully and voluntarily leave Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa. If you do not, the streams of blood you have spilled on both sides of the Durand Line will result in harm coming to you as well. Every one of your crimes against the Afghan people on both sides of the Durand Line will provoke a reaction. The fire you have kindled against the Afghan people for years will also reach you. It will result in streams of blood flowing in your schools, universities, markets, cities, and villages in Punjabistan, just as you have caused them to flow on Afghan soil. Consequently, police officers in Punjabistan will lose their lives, railway tracks will be blown up, power pylons will be destroyed, and so on.

There is a Pashto proverb that says: "Do not do evil to anyone, or evil may befall you." Therefore, we say to you once again: Do not deceive yourselves! It is better that you leave Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa as soon as possible.
