We condemn the massacre of worshippers in Baghlan in the strongest possible terms.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

On November 21, 2024, a terrorist opened fire on worshippers in a mosque in Baghlan Province, Nahrin District, brutally massacring eleven innocent people. We condemn this heinous crime in the strongest possible terms.

Our deepest condolences go out to the families of the victims who have endured immense suffering as a result of this senseless act of violence.

To ensure the perpetrator is brought to justice, we are offering a reward of 120,000 Afghanis from the Afghan state treasury to anyone who identifies the murderer and facilitates their arrest by the authorities.

The families of the martyrs of this cowardly attack will each receive financial support of 3,000 USD from the state treasury. Those severely injured will be granted 1,000 USD in assistance to help alleviate their burden during this difficult time.

Sincerely
