د ۲۰۲۴ کال د اکتوبر په ۱۱ مه د پښتونخوا په خېبر سیمه کې ګڼ شمېر خلک دجرګی په نیت راغونډ سوي وه. د جرګی په پیل کی د پاکستان د پوځ د ظلمونو او د بشري حقونو د پایمالولو یادونه وسول کوم چی له ډیرو کلونو راهیسې په دې سیمه کې  تر سره سوی دي او په زرهاوو بیګناه کسان د دوی د استبداد قربانی سوی دی لکه انسان وژنی، خپلسري نیول او بندی کول، د بې ګناه خلکو جبري بې درکه کول, د پنجاب د واکمنانو لخوا د پښتونخوا د طبیعي زیرمو او شتمنیو لوټول اوداسی نور. د غونډې ګډونوالو له سیمې څخه د پاکستاني پوځ د وتلو، د ټولو سیاسي بندیانو د خوشي کولو او د لادرکه سوو کسانو  په اړه د وضاحت غوښتنه وکړه

د بلوچستان او پښتونخوا له سیمو څخه څه دپاسه ۸۰ زره کسان تښتول سوي دی او لادرکه بلل سوي دي. موږ له ملګرو ملتونو، نړیوالې ټولنې او د بشري حقونو له سازمانونو غوښتنه کوو چې له پاکستاني چارواکو څخه د دغو کسانو په اړه د هر اړخیز معلومات غوښتنه وکړي او له پاکستانه وغواړي چې ژر تر ژره ټول سیاسي بندیان خوشې کړي

علاوه پر دغه موږ دا غوښتنه کوو چې د پښتونخوا او بلوچستان پر ولسونو چی کوم ظلمونه سوی دی دعدالت په خاطر د پاکستان ذمه وار چارواکی، ديکتاتوران او جنرالان د هالیند په هاګ کی د جرمونو نړيوالې محکمې ته وسپاري.

Petition to the United Nations, the International Community, and Human Rights Organizations: The Dictators, Murderers, and Criminal Generals of Pakistan Have Unleashed a Fire of Oppression on the People of Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa

Dear Sir or Madam,

On October 11, 2024, numerous people gathered in the Khyber District of the Pashtunkhwa Province to draw attention to the severe human rights violations committed by the Pakistani army in this region for many years. These include murders, arbitrary arrests, forced disappearances of innocent people, and the exploitation of natural resources in Pashtunkhwa by the rulers from Punjab. The participants demanded the withdrawal of the Pakistani army from the region, the release of all political prisoners, and clarification on the whereabouts of the disappeared persons.

According to reports from BBC and VOA, mass protests were held again on October 20, 2024, in several districts of Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan, where people reiterated the demands they had raised on October 11, 2024.

The oppression and tyranny by the Pakistani authorities in Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa continue unabated. Below, we highlight some of the recent incidents:

• VOA report from October 18, 2024: According to the "Baloch Yakjehti Committee," nine young Baloch individuals were abducted by Pakistani authorities in Karachi on October 16, 2024, and have been missing ever since. Most of them were students.
• VOA report from October 18, 2024: The detention of civil activist Mr. Ali Wazir has been extended. (Mr. Ali Wazir was arrested on August 3, 2024, in Islamabad and was initially released on September 30, but was re-arrested a few hours later and transferred to another prison in Punjab. For years, Mr. Ali Wazir has been repeatedly detained by Pakistani authorities on false charges and, after being released by court orders, has consistently been re-arrested.)
• Tand-News report from October 20, 2024: Civil activist Mr. Manzoor Pashteen reported on Facebook that more than 1,000 members of the PTM movement, who peacefully advocate for the rights of Pashtuns, were arrested by Pakistani authorities and remain in custody.
• VOA report from October 21, 2024: Supporters of the "Baloch Yakjehti Committee," led by Dr. Mahrang Baloch, protested outside the Press Club in Karachi against the forced disappearances in Balochistan. The Pakistani police violently detained several participants of the peaceful protest, including Mr. Lala Abdul Wahab and five other members of the aforementioned organization. They were taken to an unknown location and have been missing since. According to Dr. Mahrang Baloch, dozens of Baloch individuals, especially students, have disappeared without a trace in recent weeks.
• VOA report from October 22, 2024: Eyewitnesses reported that on October 21, a shop on the main street of Tirah (Pashtunkhwa) was hit by a mortar shell, injuring 25 people, including 12 children. Other eyewitnesses reported it as a drone attack.

More than 80,000 people have been abducted from the provinces of Balochistan and Pashtunkhwa and are considered missing. We appeal to the United Nations, the international community, and human rights organizations to demand a thorough investigation into the whereabouts of these individuals from the Pakistani authorities and to urge Pakistan to immediately release all political prisoners.

Furthermore, in the name of justice, we request that the responsible rulers, dictators, and generals of Pakistan be brought before the International Criminal Court in The Hague for the atrocities committed against the people of Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan.
