دشکایت عریضه: د ملګرو ملتونو څخه غوښتنه کوو چې د پښتونخوا او بلوچستان بې ګناه خلک د پاکستان له ظلمونو ازاد کړي

آغلو او ښاغلو

له ۷۷ کلونو راهیسې د پاکستان دیکتاتوران او جنرالان په جنایتونو کې لاس لري، دوی د پښتونخوا او بلوچستان پر خلکو زیات ظلمونه کړي دی، په دوامداره او پلان سوی ډول یې په دې سیمو کې بیره او ناآرامي خپره کړې ده. هرکله چې د پښتونخوا او بلوچستان خلک سوله ایزې غونډې کوي او یا د خپلو حقونو لپاره مظاهرې کوي، د پاکستان پولیس او پوځ ددوې په مقابل کی د وحشیانه تشدد څخه کاراخلي. دوی دجرګو او لاریون پر بې دفاع ګډونوالو  ډزې کوي، اوښکې بهونکی ګاز کاروي، او د جرګی کمپونه ویجاړوي. په نتیجه کی ځینی بې ګناه خلګ ووژل سی ځینی نفر ټپيان سي. ډیرکسان ونیسی اوبندیان یی کي

ښاغلی منظور پښتین د مدني حقونو فعال او د (پی ټی ایم) غورځنګ مشر دی چې د پښتنو د حقونو دپاره او د پاکستان د حکومت د ظلمونو پر ضد مبارزه کوي. پي ټي اېم پلان لري چې د ۲۰۲۴ کال د اکتوبر په ۱۱مه په پښتونخوا کې دپښتنو دپاره دعدالت غوښتنی ترعنوان لاندی یوه لویه جرګه جوړه کړي او د نړۍ پام د هغو پښتنو خواته واړوي چې د جګړې او ترهګرۍ له امله وژل سوي یا ورک سوي دي. په دې جرګه کې به د پښتنو د ستونزو د حل په اړه بحث او پرېکړې وسي. پر ښاغلي منظور پښتین او د هغه پر پلویانو څو ځله د پاکستاني پولیسو او پوځ له خوا بریدونه سوي دي. د علي وزیر په څېر فعالان څو پلا زنداني سوي دي

دا راپورونه په پښتونخوا او بلوچستان کې د پاکستاني چارواکو له خوا د بشري حقونو د بې شمېره سرغړونو او ظالمانه اقداماتو یو څو بېلګې دي. موږ په وار وار په ګڼو لیکونو کې دې ظلمونو ته د نړیوالې ټولنې پام اړولی دی. موږ یو پلا بیا له نړیوالې ټولنې په ټینګه غوښتنه  کوو چې په پاکستان کې مسؤل کسان محاکمه کړي او دخپلو اعمالو په سزا یی ورسوی

Petition: We appeal to the United Nations to liberate the innocent people of Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan from Pakistani tyranny.

Dear Sir or Madam,

For 77 years, Pakistani dictators and generals involved in criminal activities have been oppressing the people of Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan, systematically spreading fear and unrest in these regions. Whenever the people of Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan hold peaceful gatherings or demonstrate for their rights, the Pakistani police and army respond with brutal violence. They fire at the defenseless participants, use tear gas, and destroy the assembly camps. This often results in casualties and injuries among the innocent civilians. Many participants are also arbitrarily arrested.

Mr. Manzoor Pashteen is a civil rights activist and the chairman of the PTM movement, who advocates for the rights of the Pashtuns and against the ongoing oppression by the Pakistani state. PTM plans to hold a representative assembly in Pashtunkhwa on October 11, 2024, to draw global attention to the alarming number of Pashtuns who have been killed or gone missing due to war and terrorism. In this assembly, solutions to the current problems will be discussed and decided upon. Mr. Manzoor Pashteen and his supporters have been repeatedly attacked by the Pakistani police and army in the past. Activists like Ali Wazir have been repeatedly imprisoned.

Below are some recent reports on human rights violations and repression by the Pakistani authorities:

Report from October 1, 2024 (VOA-Deewa)
According to Mr. Manzoor Pashteen, the leader of PTM, the preparation camps for the planned assembly in the Khyber area of Pashtunkhwa Province were attacked by the police. Shots were fired at young people, and tear gas was used. Several people were injured and rendered unconscious.

Human rights activist Ali Wazir has been repeatedly arrested and imprisoned by the Pakistani police. On August 3, 2024, he was detained at PIMS Hospital in Islamabad after a car accident. On October 1, 2024, he was released from prison, only to be re-arrested by the Punjab Police a few hours later and taken to an unknown location.

According to Mr. Manzoor Pashteen, the preparation camps for the assembly on October 11, 2024, were attacked again. Shots were fired at the people present, and the use of tear gas led to numerous injuries.

The PTM movement reports that the police again attacked the camp on October 2, 2024, on a large scale. Tear gas was used, and several people were injured or lost consciousness. According to PTM, during the attack, the tents were set on fire by the police, and equipment from the camp was stolen.

These reports are only a few examples of the numerous human rights violations and oppressive measures by the Pakistani authorities in Pashtunkhwa and Balochistan. We have repeatedly drawn the attention of the international community to these atrocities in numerous letters. We hereby renew our urgent appeal to the global community to hold the responsible parties in Pakistan accountable.
